30 minute walk from station or 10 minutes bus ride with 5 minutes walk or quick or affordable taxi. Onsen was great. Lots of amenities. Park with cherry blossoms, convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!

以前宿泊客した時は禁煙室でとても空気が綺麗で快適でしたが、今回2階の部屋はエアコンの空調が掃除してないのでめちゃくちゃ臭かった。救いは空気清浄機があったので気休め程度にはなった。ただ、温度センサーもホコリが付いてて反応が悪いのか温度設定もまともに効かずうるさいわ臭いわでろくに寝れなかった。

エアコンが古すぎる

エアコンの風量設定が「弱」「強」「急」しかなく「弱」でもずっと強めのボーという音がしてうるさかった。
上層階に宿泊した時は、エレベーターが宿泊者しか入れないようにヘアキーを差し込むようになっておりセキュリティはちゃんとしていたと思います。
子連れで素泊まりでしたが、比較的静かに過すことができました。

最寄駅の電車の数がすくなく、早めにチェックアウトせざるを得なかったのが残念ですが、その他は総じて及第点でした。特に建物内の清掃が行き届きキレイで、大浴場も完備されており、ゆっくり休むことができました。裏手にある「もつけ」という焼き鳥屋が美味でした。

ベッドが広くて快適に過ごせましたが、部屋はビジネスホテルの無駄な狭さだったので、子どもはせまーいと残念がってましたが綺麗でいい部屋でした。

温泉は男風呂は狭かったが綺麗でした。
女風呂はちょっと古い感じがあったし狭いってことでしたので嫁さんと意見が割れましたね。

朝食は種類も豊富でそこらへんのビジネスホテルの朝食と比べるとかなり美味しいと思いました！

エレベーターも女風呂もセキュリティキーがあって安心感ありました✨

スタッフの気遣いもあり、全体的に見れば星4くらいのいいホテルかと思います！

少し残念。

家族４人で宿泊させていただきました。
ロビーとお部屋は凄く良かったと思われます！
お風呂も少し熱めでしたが、良かったと思います。ただ、お部屋の布団の上に砂糖かな？塩かな？落ちてたのと、椅子の間にも砂糖のこぼしたものが沢山あり、非常に残念でした。
掃除してるのかな？と疑ってしまいます。
その後の、対応してくれた方々は凄く良くしてくれたと思います！
部屋の掃除が行き届いて無い以外は最高に良かったと思います！
一つ、掃除等の改善をしていただければもっと最高だと思います！改善の方をよろしくお願いします。
