Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast is very basic but ok. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Good wifi strength. Carpet in the hallway needs to be changed. Good value for the money, I think. I will stay here again.

This is a wonderful location, just off the train. Exit the train station underground to cross the traffic lanes in front of the station and you come out very near the hotel! The desk and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. It was a beautiful room😊

Hotel is conveniently located near to Morioka train station. Was a good stopover place before heading off to Iwate. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Room was a bit small though, as with most Japanese hotels, I suppose.
