Staff very helpful and spoke English, room excellent and clean with very comfortable beds; the problem was the parking-difficult to find the garage & have to manoeuvre the car into a lift to the basement and the access to the rooms via lifts with key cards. Also the instructions for the garage were inspiken Spanish and there would not be room in the lift for a large vehicle e.g SUV.

Lovely big room. Spotless and smells very nice. Nice big shower. Huge comfy bed with cotton bedding. Friendly staff. Just across the road from the train station so an ideal stopover for our interail trip around Europe. Also luggage storage was very useful. Highly recommend.

A true 4 star hotel - lots of class! Well situated to shops and restaurants and free parking for your car. The hotel beams and the rooms are fantastic. The staff are efficient and freindly. Excellent value for money!

This was our last stop on a month long road trip and one of the best hotel experiences we had as a pit stop! The room was large and well equipped, and above all extremely clean. (While we didn’t use the Murphy bunk beds in our room - this would be an excellent feature if traveling with kids.) Parking was secure and convenient with direct access to our room. Breakfast was delicious, abundant and typical of the region. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to spend the night while you are on the road or visiting this area for a longer stay. The price can’t be beat for a practical, clean hotel like this!

Nice and confy hotel, friendly staff and very good breakfast . The only down part is their parking garage. It's tight, and especially if you have to get into a car elevator and then go out making a really sharp turn.
I prove my self to be a heck of a sharp driver!!

Neighbourhood is weird ... people that work there are very sympatic . Room is nice & modern as the toilet.

But ! We could hear people go to toilet and take their shower from our room , even the vibrating alarm from the phone in the morning ...
To park there it is not easy ...
and the price for breakfast is wayyyy overcharge !
There is restaurent nearby that can make you coffee,natural fresh orange juice & breakfast for 3€

Not easy to find, particularly as my Freelander satnav has a curious interpretation of Spanish postcodes! Otherwise perfect for overnight en-route for Bilbao ferry.
Make sure your car can get in and out of the car park lift if paying for garaged parking, attendant assistance will be given if required.

Close to Bilbao/Santander.

Great last night in a typically unspoilt, untouristy Spanish town, before catching a ferry back to the UK--or could be your first night.
In the Rioja region, south of the mountains.
Really well modernised. Immaculately clean.
All the Staff are very friendly.
Underground parking available with a car lift.
Sadly the restaurant is closed on Mondays, as we would like to have eaten there. The breakfast was very good though.
Amazingly good value.

Bel hôtel facile à trouver en arrivant dans la ville. Excellent accueil. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel ; bon repas ; Prix corrects; excellente nuit, calme, literie parfaite. Plusieurs avis disent que le parking est difficile d'accès; ce n'est pas mon avis; j'ai une assez grosse voiture (suv hyundai Tucson); il suffit d'y aller doucement en faisant attention comme dans tout parking et ça passe sans problèmes; devant moi, il y avait un autre client avec un break Audi a6 qui est une voiture longue et il n'a pas eu de difficultés non plus. Le petit déjeuner est très bien également (21€ pour 2, c'est très correct)

Chambre corrects parking à bannir

L'hôtel est correct par contre le parking est d'une part très difficile à trouver malgré le petit document remis à l'accueil, le plan devrait comporter l'ensemble des noms de rues et d'autre part le parking est totalement inaccessible à un SUV un peu gros, d'abord il faut rentrer dans un ascenseur, se garer mais surtout il faut pour sortir cette fois rentrer en marche arrière dans l'ascenseur et cela est très très très compliqué il faut faire au moins une vingtaine de manœuvres avant de pouvoir entrer dans l'ascenseur qui est plus que juste. Donc parking exclusivement réservé aux toutes petites voitures et non pas aux voitures de 5.20 m maximum comme le dit l'accueil. De plus rien de très intéressant dans les environs de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est moyen.

Hier is echt niets op aan te merken. Tot in de kleinste details is alles geregeld. Schitterende kamer, parkeren in afgesloten privé parkeergarage van hotel. Het restaurant is een oude treinwagon aan de achterkant van hotel. Absolute aanrader. Topkwaliteit en producten uit de regio. Ook ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid .
Zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles superschoon.
Op een schaal van 1-10 is dit een 11.

Un sond strident toute la nuit - pas de solution

Dans la chambre il y a 2 haut parleur, prévu pour la musique, mais un problème provoquait un bruit insupportable toute la nuit, j’ai un enregistrement, personne ne peut dire qu’il réussirait à dormir avec ce bruit fort et strident. Après 7h de route et encore 6h30 de route aujourd’hui nous ne sommes pas reposé, pire expérience de notre vie dans un hôtel car aucune solution trouvée par le réceptionniste. Je porte réclamation et demande une remboursement !

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et avons été accueillis de façon très efficace et sympathique.
La chambre était impeccable et confortable, le petit déjeuner correct et le personnel souriant et efficace.
Le parking se trouve en sous sol et il faut prendre un ascenseur pour y accéder. Au moment de notre départ, il est malheureusement tombé en panne. Tout le monde a été très réactif et le problème a été réglé très rapidement.
Pour nous c'était une halte sur la route vers le Portugal et je réserverai volontiers à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

De passage avec ma famille, nous avons été bien accueilli dans cet établissement. Le parking est bien protégé, nous permettant de laisser une partie de nos bagages à l'intérieur du véhicule. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. C'est un établissement que je recommande que ce soit professionnellement ou personnellement.

Chambre double dispo sur un site de réservation. J’arrive à la réception pour prendre un chambre, la réceptionniste me répond qu’il ne reste que des chambres de catégorie supérieure à un prix bien plus élevé que sur le site. Je lui fais la remarque et elle m’assure que la chambre sur le site n’est pas reservable. Je ressort de l’hôtel et je fais ma réservation sur le site sans problème. Je retourne à la réception lui montre ma réservation et la confirmation. La réceptionniste reste froide et vexée, mon porte-monnaie lui était content!!!

Un detalle que deben de mejorar es retirar el rollo de papel higiénico usado por otros clientes.
A mejorar la entrada y salida del parquing, muy estrecha y pequeña que puede ocasionar daños a los vehículos, disponen de avisos pero deben de buscar soluciones a este inconveniente.
Camas cómodas, buena zona de baño que incorpora bidé.
La atención del personal excelente, muy comunicativa y te informan muy bien de todo.

Het hotel is prima. Het personeel vriendelijk.
Een heel groot probleem is het parkeren in de buurt. Hotel bezit garage met beperkte parkeerruimte wat niet te reserveren is. Gezien het slecht ter been zijn niet goed is. Ook moeilijk uit deze garage te komen met je auto omdat het zo klein is.
Voor ons een reden.om hier nooit meer naar toe te gaan.

Ha sido una experiencia muy grata. A nuestra llegada, la recepcionista fue muy amable, e incluso nos cambió de habitación para poder estar junto con las amigas que se iban a alojar con nosotras. La habitación muy limpia y acogedora. El desayuno buffet estupendo, muy organizado y bien servido (enseguida que se terminaba una bandeja o cualquier producto se reponía). Además, el pan mi celiaquita estaba preparándose a nuestra llegada al restaurante del hotel para desayunar.
La zona, céntrica y muy tranquila.
