My family and I booked Crystal Waters for a 10 night stay and we were very much looking forward to it! The photos and reviews looked promising, unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations.
We found that for the price that was being charged per night (in the $600/night range), the amenities were seriously lacking and the staff, albeit very friendly, were not attentive.
The amenities in our rooms were inexistent - we were only provided with 1 towel per person, a broken kettle, no coffee machine and they do not replenish water upon cleaning of the rooms. The air conditioning worked great, however be warned that it does shut off anytime you open a door or window to the room.
The staff would also leave the balcony doors open after servicing the room, so we would come back to an extremely hot room (it was over 45 degrees during our stay). The staff was very nice, however not attentive to guest needs.
The location is great! Very close to shops, grocery stores, good restaurants (we would highly recommend Yianni’s) and only a 15 minute drive into Lefkada town.
The parking was also very convenient, which was great! We never had an issue with our car.
The grounds are also beautiful and well maintained, as well as the pool area was clean and inviting. (Just a small note, if you cannot do stairs, this might not be the right hotel for you)
Overall, our stay was very nice and we enjoyed our time in Lefkada, however we found that it was not worth the price per night.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a pool.
The property was well kept, but slightly dated in places. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom were small in our room. It was however cleaned daily and had comfy beds.
The pools were quite shallow I think the deepest was around 1.5m. Lack of sun beds, people would put towels out early morning meaning that it was difficult to find a space. It is on a steep slope, our room was at the top of the slope and the breakfast area main pool and reception were at the bottom. Not for people with mobility issues. All in all a very nice hotel with a good breakfast and very child friendly. Lots of restaurants close by. A car is a must if you want to leave the complex and explore.

Lots of charm, the design in the rooms is modern, the breakfast is excellent and very varied. The staff is very friendly and do everything to make you happy. It is important!! The place is not accessible to people with disabilities, there are a lot of stairs inside the room as well.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel which was awsome but what really made the trip memorable was the unbelievable staff.
Best in Greece by far.
Irini the front office manager treated us as if we were her family. She was unbelievable and went above and beyond in every aspect. Always smililing and willing to make our stay memorable which it was.
Ali was also unbelievable and always went out of his way to come ask us if we needed anything. Older bfast staff were sweet and by the 3rd day new exactly what we wanted without us asking. I cant say enough good things about the staff.
Thank you Irini for making our trip pleasurable and comfortable. We will definitely sing your praises and be back.

Plenty of choice for the pool areas to relax and it was peaceful and quiet. Our room had a lovely view across the waters and was comfortable, cool and spacious. The food was excellent and a special mention must be made for all the restaurant team who were unfailingly professional but also super friendly, kind and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thank you - we had a great time and can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived to the when we left two weeks later, Crystal Waters was an oasis of calm and relaxation.

The layout of the hotel, spread around 3 super pool areas was excellent and gave it much more of a resort feel.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was excellent, both for the wide range of breakfast options and the excellent dinner choices.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and happy to indulge my attempts at the Greek language.

If the opportunity arises, we will most definitely return to Crystal Waters.

The staff was great the breakfast was perfect. Only bad experience was the fine dinning restaurant was a bit of a tourist trap. I didn’t mind the high prices of the entrées and appetizers especially since everything was tasty but they charged me 14 euro for 4 slices of bread and 5 euro for 1 bottle of water was a bit much. I am in the restaurant business so I understand that everything costs money and should be paid for but it should be within reason. It was 22 euros for tun tartar which I considered fair

Beautifully decorated hotel, rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Pool areas are lovely with comfortable sun beds. Would definitely consider upgrading to pool room as they looked fab. Breakfast was good. Staff at pool bar and Emerald restaurant very helpful.

Staff at reception were not as attentive, knowledgeable or helpful as would have been expected for a 4 star hotel. Manager was rude and constantly spoke over me during an interaction. Food and drinks very overpriced. Shower doors fitted on wrong side of door so bathroom flooded every time it was used.

Nikiana itself not the most attractive village, limited choice of restaurants and nowhere to walk or sit in the evening. However, the NV beach bar close by was nice and it is a good base for exploring the area.

On arrival check in by staff was ok , we were welcomed well ,two staff behind the desk . One was very friendly the other not so much . We had booked a partial sea view room , the room had the view but was way too far from amenities and had a high set of stairs to climb. We did make a comment about the location of the room to staff and with a small price difference was offered a much more appropriate option which made my stay there are comfortable and fabulous one .Will definitely return . Also the dining staff run by Chris and his wonderful team were more than willing to help and serve us with a smile thank you

Quiet beautiful oasis

Crystal Waters is a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are lovely. The only complaint is the taxi service . Each time you call for a taxi the charge is 17euro regardless of how far you are going within the area. I found it cheaper to book a cab separately. Also the town is a bit far away so unless you have a car or are willing to take the bus or cab there is not much nearby.

Very nicely decorated, newer property. It's not that close to anything, but luckily they do have a shuttle service you can reserve for a reasonable fee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pools are also quite nice. There's not a ton of stuff nearby to walk to though. The included Breakfast buffet was a highlight. Tons of food to choose from. Dinner was ok. Plating at atmosphere was fancy, but the taste ranged from meh to solid. Overall I would still stay again, purely for nice accomodation near-ish Lefkas.

The hotel sets out to deliver 5-star service and really delivers. It’s a fairly compact resort but never felt cramped. Food in the restaurant is excellent, if on the pricy side. Dining options in the local area are pretty limited, would recommend a car to explore the nearby towns.

My husband and I stayed at Crystal Waters for our honeymoon and it was more special than we could have ever imagined. The staff team only added to this special feeling, too. Even before arriving, the hotel was on hand to recommend and organise a selection of exciting excursions as well as more practical transport arrangements, This was very much appreciated and added to our feeling of relaxation.

Nothing was too much for the team, who work tirelessly to ensure everyone has the best experience while visiting.

We would certainly love to return one day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Crystal Waters to friends and family.

The breakfast was very good, much variety and tasty. I called the hotel ahead of time and requested a room with a view, they said no problem and that all rooms had a view. When I arrived we were given a tiny room, ac was either too cold or too hot and the view was that of a wall. Very disappointed, felt claustrophobic. 😖

We stayed at Crystal Waters for three nights after a week’s sailing holiday. Really good hotel, very comfortable rooms spacious for two adults and two older teenagers. Our room had a pool view and a partial sea view which was lovely. Rooms very clean lots of attention to COVID practices around the hotel. Delicious cocktails and very attentive staff around the hotel, great swimming pools and comfy sun loungers. We also went down to the beach and had a swim there which is only five minutes walk from the hotel. Overall very good stay and we would go back

We were not told that the restaurant was closed and there would be a party on the Friday evening, which would have be useful. Hotel has lovely decor but I wouldn’t class the service at the hotel as 5* which impacted our stay.

A Great Stay

We spent a week in Lefkada, staying at a Deluxe Suite with a Private Pool, at Crystal Waters. I can't recommend staying at Crystal Waters strongly enough.
All the facilities provided where of very high quality, the whole complex is very new and it will also be expanding. Clean and comfortable beds, mosquito screens integrated at windows and doors and silent air conditioning units guaranteed a good night’s sleep. A small clean private, swimming pool was available just outside the living room, surrounded by well-maintained green grass. All the personnel were genuinely polite, very friendly and extremely helpful at all times.
A restaurant is also available, overlooking the large swimming pool. We only tried the restaurant once, as we would usually explore the island and have dinner at a different place each evening, but on that occasion the food was very tasty and the service provided great.
Crystal waters is a very short walking distance from the main road at the coast, where shops (mini market, bakery etc.), bars and restaurants are available, but I would recommend having a car as otherwise you will need to walk up a fairly steep hill. That will also provide the means to further explore the island, since the Nikiana beach, even though acceptable, it is not at the same league as other beaches in the island (with Lefkada offering some of the best beaches in the world). I will definitely stay at Crystal Waters again next time I am at Lefkada for a summer holiday.

Frühstücksmenü ist in Ordnung. Auf Dauer ist es etwas einseitig, aber frisch und qualitativ in Ordnung. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, Ausstattung gut.
Lediglich das Badezimmer roch etwas nach Abfluss, wenn man die Tür zugemacht hat, war es aber in Ordnung.
