Little disappointed with the room allocation, they allocated accessible room (designed for seniors) in ground floor quoting no other rooms are available. Bed was not very comfortable, I would not rate it 5 star, there is no divider between toilet and shower, it’s safety risk as someone might struggle.

Krishna restaurant was excellent including the chef and servers.

Everything is find except the food quality at the breakfast and overall. Breakfast was free but the dinner was way too expensive for the quality. I couldn’t eat anything in that buffet as everything was so spicy and tasteless. I paid over 1000 rupees and left eating just curd rice as everything else was too spicy and tasteless

The food was fantastic. Huge buffet selection, and all the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities are great and the shared facilities looks great. But the rooms seems neglected and not well maintained, especially the bathrooms. The rooms need a makeover.

New facility, good vibe & surroundings. Little hard to reach, no issues if you have vehicle.

Restaurant food is great.

Service needs improvement. WiFi password not shared at check in, called from room to find & associate was supposed to call back with details, never did. Locked out of room once with key access issues. Requested for early checkout, and carryon breakfast. Request got lost, need to wait at checkout time.

I am a repeat customer for this property. It is a wonderful oasis in the middle of a thick concrete jungle. The ambiance is contemporary and serene. Over the years I noticed the suite maintenance aging. Food is great. Breakfast is wonderful.
They have good hand-crafts shopping center. The choices are excellent.
Great location for resort like getaway.

Need improvement in electrical and pool towels. There is no USB port in the suite. Some power outlets are loose or not holding the plug properly. Not all power sockets are international compliant. In-suite lighting could be more contemporary and inviting.
Checkin was a breeze. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

Over all good hotel to stay with easy access to tirumala and Tirupathi city. Good property

Cons:
At times international travel credit cards won’t work at the hotel check in and hotel restaurants won’t accept international travel credit cards.

There were flies found at the hotel lotus restaurant and bathroom sink has stains. Iron box was broken, with water leaking risking for electric shock.

Food menu could be better.

We had a horrible stay at this hotel. The hygiene levels were really low in both their restaurant and the property. We spotted at least 5 cockroaches while having dinner at their a la carte restaurant & the buffet breakfast restaurant had a lot of flies. In the rooms, the sinks were getting clogged up & was taking forever for the water to drain out. The staff weren't even courteous to acknowledge and act up on our situation.

Overall, a really bad experience and won't be visiting again for sure.

I liked the property and it’s unique. Attendants are professional and greets everyone. Food is great both alacarte and buffet. Room service is excellent.
Suggestion:
There are no ceiling fans in the room. Middle of the I wanted to stop AC since I was cold. I asked the front desk to provide me the fan but they didn’t have one. I think room should have ceiling fans as an alternative.

Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber.

While the property itself is nice and decently maintained, it cannot call itself a 5 star hotel. At best it is a 4 star hotel with 3 star service.

The aircon in the room cannot be controlled by the user, it requires someone from maintenance to configure it - for which I had to speak to reception three times.

The water in the shower, at the highest setting, was tepid at best. This too needed me to speak to reception multiple times, unfortunately with no resolution.

The safe/locker in the room was non functional, and nothing was done about it despite me speaking to reception several times.

Overall, it was a disappointing stay. The hotel cannot call itself a 5 star hotel because it falls very short of the level of service/comfort you would expect from a true 5 star hotel.

We stayed here for one night in Sept 2023. The cleanliness, decor, staff service etc were spot on. Karthik and Jahnavi took care of our check in very effectively.
The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Since we arrived late at night we did not try the restaurant/ room service etc.
The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive and well prepared. I was surprised that the rating was only 7.2 in Hotels.com. this should be atleast a 9.
With respect to location, this is a beautiful one, however guests must realize that nearby eating options are limited.
This is definitely my number one choice in Tirupathi

Check-in experience was really bad. I was coming after a long day and didn't expected that I'll have to wait at 4 PM to check-in. This was particularly bad due to the fact that I had senior citizens and a small kid with me.

4 PM is really quite late to check-in and the hotel should have had my room ready before my arrival.

This single event marred the otherwise a fantastic trip.

There is no paved road to this property so you have to be ready for an extremely bumpy ride. Property is not maintained and staff is unresponsive. Bathrooms were not cleaned and dirty. Not sure how or why this one is a 5-star. Never been to anything like this being called a 5-star

I booked for a 2 night stay from 29-31 if July. This room is for my parents. Overall they are happy with the stay and the facilities. The hotel is little further away from the town but given the resort type nature it makes sense. Only issue I want to mention is with AC as it made the room too cold at night and f welt uncomfortable sleep. Other than that I received good feedback from my parents and we will comeback again in the future.

worst experience in a premium hotel

it was very disappointing to experience such a terible service in a premium hotel like marasa sarovar. They are limiting the air conditioning in almost whole place. Even the room AC was terrible and the on complaining they just told it is the way it it will work. Really disappointed and I will never return to this place and neither recommend to anyone else.

When complained about rest room ventilation not working reception staff took more than 1 hour to change the room which has neither pool nor hill view. Frustrating specially after long drive of not able to use rest room due to this. No staff to receive, no help to shift our luggage, lean staff, expensive food with lean menu n slow service. Highlighting to top management to review n correct themselves or else they lose business to completion.

This hotel is like one star, Room is so dirty, the smell in Washroom, so many stains on the floor both in the room and bathroom. No proper towels or toiletries kept. Power has gone three times. For the first time power came back after 20 minutes that too after calling three times to Front desk and this was happened in the night at 2 am. In one word this place a not suitable for 5 star. Also, it took almost 1 hour to check-in and the front desk person informed that they only check the emails from 9 am to 6 pm. So with his answer, I came to know this hotel didn't train the staff according to 5-star hotel requirements. Also, room switches don't work properly, i have to charge my cell with my laptop so pls don't book in this hotel unless if all hotels r full.
