Hotel from outside looks very good, the reception area and the restaurant in downstairs is awesome. Best food there. But the rooms looks very old, not upto the mark. We didn’t even get the hot water. TV is very small.

I have been coming to tirupati for last 20 years, I have been several hotels but this hotel stands out, it's spacious at decent price with luxury options. Love this hotel, easy to any where in the city and also to Tirumala Hills. Restaurant food is also decent.

Very large property with spacious rooms. Nothing fancy but clean beds. Bathrooms need to be maintained better. Swimming pool seems good and breakfast buffet is awesome - limited items but all tasty. Extremely spacious compared to lot of other hotels.

Comfortable stay and value for money.

Stayed here with family while visiting Temple. It’s location is comfortable from airport as well as the temple. The look of this place is quite old. Furniture inside rooms also have an old look. Service and other amenities are great. Staff is also very professional. But they need to provide more information about the city and temple. Overall it was value for money to stay here with family.

Very bad experience. Told me the payment was while check in time but demanded payment while checking out time at morning 6.00 AM and refused to accept card payment. My request to check with their accounts or front office manager fell in deaf ears. Service was. Very bad. Intercoms was not working. All electrical plug point was very loose and I am unable recharge the phones. The linen was not good.
In total the selection of this hotel to stay was a disaster
Is it possible for you to check the payment made through online and cash payment and arrange to get reimbursement if doubled payment was realized by the hotel

Nice hotel to stay!!

nice hotel in center of the city. good n decent facilities with swiming pool. Food are bit costlier, we had ordered 2 horlicks with 1 coffee for 210rs over all 8/10 i would give.

Too much mosquito. My three-year-old got 14-15 mosquito bites. Next night I had to ask for mosquito repellant. Otherwise, the stay was ok.

be it your booking or bill, nothing is connected, even your water is charged for new bottle's that is supposed to be free, call the service guy and he will never show up even after repeated reminder 6 times.

Hotel is not maintained at all. Pictures on the website is deciving. Rooms are very dirty, restaurant stinks. This hotel is not worth more than ₹1000 / night. Also do call this hotel a 3/4 star hotel. It doesn't deserve any stars.

They charged me extra 500 inr

I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child with exact age but the hotel charged me for child (500 Inr) without prior notice. I booked for king bed they gave me single single small bed and said that we don't have king bed.
I asked when u don't have king bed then why did you took booking for the same and why didn't you mentioned .
Over all they charged me 500 rupees extra for only room which I hadn't booked.
Overall disappointed.
This is not expected from Ramee Guestline Hotels as I have stayed in Mumbai juhu and dadar also but this was worst.

We had a great stay. The best part was our room (which was a double room, turned into one), and for a family of 5 it worked out very well. The hotel lobby area is great. The restaurant serves good food. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool looked great, although we did not have much time to use it. The only major issue was with the Wi-Fi. The signal strength in our room was very poor. I had literally stand next to the reception desk to get whatever signal I could get. Their staff was very courteous. The local taxi service to Tirumala and Airport drop was also great. The driver was very a real gentleman and doubled up as our local tour guide.

Nice Hotel in Tirupati

We did a road trip from Hyderabad, arrived late to this hotel for getting some sleep. Unfortunately there is confusion about reservation so check-in took longer time than expected.
It has a good looking swimming pool.

An good experience. Upgraded to Suite which is a large and comfortable. Would have been better had there been a Tea making machine in the room as a standard amenity. Charged additionally for Child breakfast though it was told by Expedia that breakfast has been included in the charges paid by me in advance.

A/C & flush was not working

The hotel is reasonably good. The fact that it had working AC. The room was very large with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. This was more than sufficient for our family of 4. The stay would have been perfect had there been hot water 24x7. Hot water is a basic expectation. So this was let down as we had to leave very early in the morning (3.30 AM) without taking bath. Break fast was very tasty and the spread was good. Overall liked the stay. The other let down was the fact that Ramee did not receive our booking confirmation. And as a result refused the accommodation at the beginning. And if it was not for Hotels.com doing alternate booking, we would have been searching for the accommodation that night.

Less than what I expected in a 3 Star hotel

For the money I paid and 3 star rating of the hotel, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Furniture seems old including the mini-fridge. It is close to the city and Tirupathi temple, which is the only plus point.

I would never recommend anybody in this world to stay in this hotel. My booking was for two double beds and a request for room with microwave as we had a 15 months baby. To my surprise I was given a room with two single beds, when I showed them the printout of my booking , I was told they did not receive any requests. Anywhere they charged me another RS 1800 and gave me a room with three beds. The following day at 1030 am they was no hot water, after checking with the reception we were told after 9am they shut down the heaters that is why we won't have any and we have to wait till they put it on in the evening or the next day. I requested as the baby have to bathe and since I had the flight in the afternoon to delhi, they were so rude at the counter advising us that we should get up early in the morning and bathe. I was a bit annoyed asking them why don't they mention online the water timings for hot water. Anywhere we came to a solution they would send me a bucket of hot water for the baby to bathe, to my surprise they took two hours to send me the same. And in that two hours I had to call room service they story was they are waiting for orders from the front desk, in the front desk they story was they are busy with a wedding group and already informed the room service, who to believe. Even asked for the owner name or telephone number they refused to give details.

We stayed here for 2 nights en route to the Tirupati temple. The room and hotel are decently maintained. The menu is limited and does not offer varienty. The staff is courteous, though the service is a bit slow. The tirupati temple from the hotel is almost a 45 min drive. Overall the experience of staying in the hotel has been good.

the rooms and bathroom were not clean and also the beds were tiny and were not at all comfortable.

The room had felt stuffy and all the furniture and equipment were old and rickety. However the breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very good and staff there were friendly and helpful
If there was a separate rating allowed for food alone i would rate a 4.5 out of 5 for the excellent breakfast that was included with the club room rate

Worst hotel - Do Not Stay here

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. EVER! The location is very remote, the hotel very badly maintained, the staff callous to your needs and the whole idea appears to be rob the visitor of his money. The first room allotted was stinking of perfumed oil. When i objected, they showed me 6 rooms and all of them were equally bad and the maintenance was worse. DO NOT Stay at this hotel. Other better alternatives are available in Tirupati City.

AVOID AT ALL COST

the hotel is not a good hotel . The condition of the room is very poor. The elevator does not work properly. My family and I were stuck in the elevator. Please avoid this hotel if you are visiting tirupati.
