Perfect stay!

That was an amazing vacation. The view, garden, building and rooms are in perfect condition. Never expected that.
Food quality and service should get the higher rate. Hotel staff from the top to the bottom, is very friendly and helpfull.

We pulled up to the hotel and when we got out of the car the smell of the mandarin orange trees was amazing. We stayed in the room with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. The split plan provided great privacy. The condition of the room was perfect. We quickly became friends with the hotel staff. They were extremely friendly and they took care of us really well. We ate at the hotel 2 nights in a row and the food was great. They have a good wine selection. The breakfast was also perfect.

Satsuma Boutique Hotel offers great value for money.

You get to enjoy a nice and clean room with a comfortable bed.

A breakfast is delicious.
Everything is organic and homemade.
You enjoy the luxury of being away from the noise of town, while it is still within minutes reach.

Ahmet, The Owner, is an excellent professional.

Pay him a visit if you're around!

We have stayed in Satsuma Butik Hotel in a week in August 9-16 and we really loved the hotel. Hotel was clean and nice and very relaxing and we had very nice times in the hotel. Ahmet is the owner hotel was very nice and helpful person and engaging with us and other guest in the hotels very polite an nicely and giving very nice hospitality to the guest and make the guest feel very comfortable as they are staying in their home. Breakfast was very delicious and well organized under the mandarin trees and anything you need then Ahmet was there for you to make up your needs and also Suna was working together with Ahmet was very nice lady and polite helping for us during our stay. We really recomend this hotel everyone who really needs to stay quite ,calm and home ambient place... We really thank to Ahmet and Suna was making our time wonderful in the hotel

Mandalina bahçeleri içinde, doğayla iç içe konumlanan bu küçük butik otel gerçekten beklentilerin üzerinde çıktı. Oda temiz, bakımlı ve klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı ise otelin en güçlü yanı: taze, yerel ürünlerle hazırlanmış ev yapımı lezzetler, bahçede servis edilince başlı başına bir keyfe dönüşüyor.
Personel son derece ilgili ve samimi; karşılandığınız andan itibaren evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Sığacık merkezine ve Akarca Plajı'na kısa mesafede olması da büyük avantaj. Araçla her yere kolayca ulaşılıyor.
Şehrin gürültüsünden uzak, sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil arıyorsanız Satsuma kesinlikle doğru tercih.

Ne diyebilirim ki, işleten çift misafirlere o kadar samimi ve içten davranıyor ki evinizde hissediyorsunuz kendinizi. Tavsiye ediyorum herkes gelebilir. Kahvaltı gayet iyi, açık büfe değil ama açık büfeden bu kadar şey almam. Pişi ve omlet getiriyorlar her seferinde. Ve pişiler öyle fabrikasyon değil el yapımı :) Her gün işletmenin sahibi tarafından güler yüzle 'günaydın' duymak gününüzü aydın ediyor zaten. Ağaçlıklar bahçeler içinde bir yerde kalmak ve hem uygun hem temiz hem de mutlulukla kalayım istiyorsanız burası tam size göre tekrar gelirsem tekrar burada kalacağım :)

Eşim ve çocuğumla 2 gece kaldık. İlk girişte rezerve ettiğim manzaralı odaya değil de giriş katta başka bir odaya aldılar. İtiraz edince hemen kendi odamıza aldılar. Bendeki tek olumsuz izlenim o oldu. Bunun dışında çok rahat ettik. Mandalina bahçeleri arasında sakin, küçük sevimli bir aile işletmesi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, temizliği de oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça yeterliydi. Sakinlik ve huzur arayanlar için çok uygun. Tavsiye ederim.

Cok huzurlu

Doganin icinde sakin bir otel. Personel cok ilgili, her talebimiz hemen karsilandi, cok alakadar oldular. Otelden cikisi sabaha karsi yapmamiz gerekiyordu, gun dogumunda uyanip bahcede kahvemizi icerken kuslarin sesleri sahaneydi. Burada kalirsaniz bir gun gun dogumunda bahcede biraz vakit gecirmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Otel genel olarak oldukça temiz, sade ve konumu güzel. Mandalina bahçesi içinde konumlanmış, sakinlik isteyenler için uygun bir seçenek. İşletmeci ve çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve cana yakın. Odalar basit ve sade döşenmiş, minimum ihtiyaçları karşılar durumda. Ancak, kötü havalarda bahçe veya terası kullanmak mümkün değil, dolayısıyla bu durumda ya odaya kapanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz ya da otel dışında bir mekana gitmeniz gerekiyor. Kısacası kışın veya bahar aylarında konaklama biraz sıkıntılı olabilir. Bahçe çok keyifli ama yaz ayları dışında kullanımı sınırlı. Konfor açısından temel beklentiyi karşılayacak durumda. Bşr de aracınızı otel dışında park etmeniz gerekiyor.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, harika!

Güleryüzlü, ilgili ve oldukça yardımseverlerdi. Otele ait olan, kahvaltı yaptığımız mandalina bahçesi tatilimize güzellik kattı. Odamızda tatlı bir balkon vardı, önü açık ve ferahtı. Kahvaltıdan sonra balkonda kahvelerimizi yudumladık. Hijyen konusunda herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Otelin önünde arabanızı park edebileceğiniz alan bulunmakta. Arabası ile geleceklerin aklında soru işareti olmasın. Doğanın içerisinde, temiz hava, güzel bir uyku ve sakin bir tatil geçirmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Eşim,Ben.Annem köpeğimiz Oğlumuz ve eşi otelde 3 oda konakladık.Memnun kaldık.Özellikle Burçin Hanımdan çok memnun kaldık.Ayrıca tşk etmek istiyorum.Otele gelice mutlaka tadilat yapılması gerekli diye düşünüyorum.Ayrıca kahvaltı daha zengin olmalı diye düşünüyorum bir de çalışan eleman sayısı arttırılmalı Odamız gayet rahat balkonlu odalardan biri idi.Sessiz sakin oluşu da ayrı bir artı.
Kafa dinlemek için harika bir yer.Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Mandalina kokularının sarıp sarmaladığı, adeta cennetten bir köşe... Otelin tam ortasında yer aldığı bu bahçede, huzur ve dinginlik her nefeste içimize işledi. Sabahları tertemiz havayı içimize çekerek bahçede kahvaltı etmek, dünyanın tüm dertlerinden arınmış gibi hissettirdi. Odalar ise en az bahçe kadar güzeldi; bizimki doğrudan bu yeşil cennete açılıyordu. Denize 2 kilometre mesafede olması, sahilin tadını çıkarmak isteyenler için büyük bir artı. Ancak en güzel kısmı, klimaya gerek duymadan serinleten o tatlı esintiydi.

Otel çalışanları, sanki yıllardır tanışıyormuşuz gibi sıcak ve ilgiliydiler; her biri işini sevgiyle yapan, misafirlerini memnun etmek için çırpınan insanlar. Her anımızda yanımızdaydılar ve bize kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler.

Eğer huzur arıyorsanız, bu otel tam size göre. Bir daha gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum; şimdiden gün saymaya başladık bile! Herkese içtenlikle tavsiye ederim.

İlk söylemek istediğim şey ücretsiz valesiz otopark yazan şey bildiğiniz yol kenarı cep, otopark falan yok yola park ediyorsunuz hem kendinizi hem de yoldaki araçları tehlikeye atan saçma sapan bir durum. Lavaboya naftalin konulmuştu yıl olmuş 2024 naftalinin zararlarından haberiniz yok sanırım. Karşılama ultra soğuk ve suratsızdı, bahçe vs çok güzel aslında daha güzel bir işletmeyle daha konforlu ve keyifli hale getirilebilir. Bir daha tercih eder miyiz derseniz asla 👎

우리 가족이 갔을때 이즈미르에
강풍이 불고 도시 전체가 정전이 되었는데
히터 난방이 안되서 좀 추웠지만 벽난로 옆에서 몸을 녹였고
팬션 주인 아흐멧과 그의 어머니가 편하게 신경 써 주셨고
차이와 감귤을 주셔서 너무 감사합니다.
음식도 주문해 주시고 벽난로도 피워 주시고
같이 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.
특히 개 제이넵과 파묵 그리고 고양이들이 무척 귀여웠습니다
세심한 배려와 가족처럼 대해주셔서 감사. 감귤 과수원 속에 분위기 있는 펜션입니다. 봄에 다시 가고 싶습니다.

Odalar konforlu ve meyve bahçesi içinde. Biz ailecek gittik ve beğendik. Kahvaltı da satın aldık, kahvaltısı güzeldi. Fakat mevsimden dolayı eleman eksikliğinden kaynaklı akşam yemeğinde sıkıntı yaşadık. Ahmet bey tek başına yetişemedi. Oldukça kibar ve yardımsever olduğunu belirtmeliyim. Gidersek yine aynı yerde kalır, akşam yemeği için farklı bir yer tercih ederiz.

Bir Naenciye Bahçesinde kurulmuş güzel bir otel. Standart bir oda seçmemize rağmen otelin müsait olması sebebiyle balkonlu bir oda tahsis edilmesi güzel bir jest oldu. Güzel, rahat bir konaklama oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
