The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked staying here, until I turned on the air conditioner. I don't know how often the hotel cleans the A/C system, but my fiance and I both got respiratory problems from the A/C, and got quite sick. As soon as we turned off the A/C, the air quality got much better and we instantly recovered. It was a pity that we got sick, but otherwise we would have stayed longer.

Very honest review: Stayed here for six nights in Jan. You will be pampered at this hotel. Every guest is warmly greeted throughout the day. Very clean room, fresh linens, fridge, safe, super comfortable bed, smart TV. Restaurant on top floor with an amazing view offers a full buffet breakfast with daily changing options. Soup, egg station, meats, veggies, salads, local steamed dishes, breads, fruits etc. Spa, convenient washer/dryer/ironing facilities. Pool. About 15 mins walk to the beach, 20 mins to the Dragon Bridge. Thanks Lien for your hospitality, professionalism and help. Will always return.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hadana as the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is well located in Da Nang but you will need to rent a car or order a grab to get around as the places to see are far apart and not all within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was good and vegetarian friendly and the hotel has a washer and dryer on site that you can use to do a load of laundry for an affordable price. All in all, a great stay!

The room was spacious and met our needs. It was in a decent location. Breakfast was also good. The only thing that was a little awkward was the bathtub. It sits high off the ground so you have to step onto a step stool to get in and out. The stool is not that stable so you have to be careful going in and out of the tub/shower. Also, make sure to turn the hot water button on 10-15 minutes before you shower. Lastly, I tried to communicate with the hotel through hotels.com but they were not responsive. Communication could be better through the app.

A small hotel but facilities are complete. Spa, restaurant, gym room and swimming pool are all available. All staff are very nice and helpful. The service is wonderful. The restaurant on the top of the building have a nice city view both in the morning and in the evening. Although small, food is pretty good. Highly recommended.

From the welcome drinks the staff if this hotel had been amazing, very helpful and goes out of their way to help. Love our room clean one of the best bed I slept in for a hotel. Elegant Boutique Hotel

It’s a beautiful and elegant hotel. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable! The bathroom is huge and bright. We loved the free, delicious breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. The view is fantastic! You can eat outside in the fresh air or inside in the air conditioning. This hotel is located close to restaurants and minimarts. We used the free bikes to go to the beach, shopping and the Cham Museum. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Da Nang. It was a perfect stay! Thank you.

There's not much around unless you're wanting to hike in the heat and walk long blocks to the beach.

Reception desk staff was courteous and friendly, especially Annie. For breakfast, as a vegan, I could not find much to eat at their buffet except some toast. The chef obliged me with a plate of noodles which were a bunch of noodles with some vegetable on top, so this is not a place if you are vegetarian or vegan. The reception desk gave me some recommendations of vegetarian restaurants. Location wise, I would say, it was close to the beach and other places of interest.

Great staff always doing their best to please and help their guests in every way possible. Quiet place in general. Stayed there 12 nights, The food at the restaurant on the 10 floor is good, but twice I had to return my plates because the salmon or the steak was undercooked. However, they fixed it right away.
I guess it depends who was the cook that they. I enjoyed a great Face Massage and a full Vietnamese Body massage at their spa. Again, very nice staff and nice facility.

The hotel is perfect value for money and if I come back to Da Nang I will definitely come back and stay. It is very clean, modern and super comfortable. All the staff (reception, spa, restaurant) were very courteous and friendly, especially Tracy & William. The only downside is the hotel pool faces the main road otherwise I would have make use of the facility.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our own private tours set up but they could have helped arrange if we needed anything. We enjoyed their morning breakfast in pretty roof top and ate dinner there one evening after long day. An early morning walk to the beach easy and nice but walking in the evening anywhere more difficult. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was our 2nd hotel in Da Nang and it was disappointing because the location was bad, lots of constructions around and empty lots full of garbage. The pool was super small and no where to lay around with only 3 loungers. The breakfast was not very fresh and not very good as well.The only good thing was we only had to spend barely 2 nights there because we were flying back home and it was the end of our trip. I will never go back there. I'm glad that we had gone to other hotels that were far better and only 3 stars. this one was a big disappointment :(

Loved our stay there! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and caring. The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is a plus as it is in between downtown and the beach. A lot of minimarts in a short walking distance. A good BBQ resto is just next door. Another yummy Vietnamese resto is only 5-10 min walk toward the beach. Walking to the beach in the early morning is highly recommended as the weather is nice, the sand is soft, and the sea is just beautiful. Will definitely go back to this hotel again when visiting Danang! Thank you, Sophia, Tracy, and every staff member!

Good, quiet location but still close to the beach. Room was comfortable and tidy but smelt a bit musty when we first entered. Staff was amazing - friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was good and the shuttle service to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills was great.
Good price and great experience.
We went to a delicious restaurant close by - Vietbamboo - highly recommended (try the seafood rice 👍)

A good base to visit the local area. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool looked good in the pictures but unfortunately was overlooked by major construction work while we were there. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a decent choice of western and Asian food but they were slow to replace foods which ran out, failing to anticipate guests needs. Overall if you’re looking for a hotel which is not too dear and comfortable we would recommend staying here.

A lovely hotel with great staff who couldn't do enough for you. Particular mention to Lieu and Lai on the front desk who were very accommodating when I had to change my travel plans at the last minute, and also provided a wealth of information on the local area. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant, and the best buffet breakfast I've had in the month (and 7 or 8 different hotels) of travelling Vietnam. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. Very impressed.

Hotel is located about 1km to Da Nang beach shoreline. Staff was most helpful in providing useful info on what, where and how..to interesting spots to check out. The hotel has bicycles for hotel guests to use and had one and went for ride along Da Nang beach. Great way to explore the area...and to have a nice workout, cycling!! After cycling for almost 2hours..had a nice tan! : )

I wish to compliment the front desk staff for making arrangements for a breakfast take away pack! My flight was 6:30am and a breakfast was ready to go when I checked out at 5:00am. Thanks to the front desk staff for this lovely but very meaningful arrangement!! Event the 5star hotels do not do this service for standard staying guests!

Cheers to the staff at Hadana Hotel for making my stay a memorable one. I will be back to Da Nang and will have friend with me the next round..and will stay at Hadana Boutique Hotel!!!

Loved this hotel. Especially the staff. Lai at the front desk helped us with everything. Even went to street to get cab and talk to driver for us. Arranged our car to Hoi An at good price. We got an upgrade room. Every comfortable. Close to dragon bridge and market and Cham museum. We walked but it is a short cab. Loved the roof top restaurant. Great view to enjoy with the lovely breakfast. Used the free good bicycles to go 5 min to beach. Very good value. Would stay here again. This is a new hotel that is works hard to please. Thank you to the staff.

Great experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Free breakfast buffet is sufficient with excellent Vietnamese coffee. Spa was affordable and quite good. A decent mall with ice rink is nearby. Cons: hot water wasn't always available in our room despite turning on the hot water button. The surrounding area of the hotel isn't appealing with empty lots filled with trash. It was raining so we didn't make it to the beach. This city was a pit stop onto Hoi An and we stayed for 3 nights, one night would have been sufficient. Not much for my young children to do.

Nice hotel, modern however, our room was a bit small. We booked a room with a set up of queen and a single bed for myself, husband and 2 children (aged 6 & 7) and the actual room itself was a bit tight with our luggages. (This is the usual set up that my family would normally go for and we usually have enough space in other rooms to get around without knocking each other over :P)

Staff were lovely, Angie at the front desk was the sweetest. She assisted us in booking our Hue tour and was overall generally very helpful. We had a lady knock accidentally in the evening as she was looking for her friend and Angie apologised the next morning and offered to pay for our taxi to the airport. Think she felt bad for informing the lady the wrong room number? lol! We declined, she seemed genuinely upset by it but we weren't phased by the knock at the door. There's a peephole and chain for security anyways :)

Location wise is about a 10min taxi drive to cross the bridge and head into the busier part of town. Vincom shopping centre is about a 5min walk. Pool on the ground floor looks inviting and breakfast has good variety with an made to order omelette and ready-to-serve noodle station (different noodle soups served daily)

Overall, a lovely hotel with quite a good team to ensure your needs are met :)

We spent our last night in Da Nang because it was close to the airport. It was perfect for that. Location was about 4 blocks from the beach. An easy walk. Restaurants were close by. The restaurant in the hotel was good too. Had lunch there and breakfast. Both good. Favorite part of our short stay was the spa. So nice to get an excellent massage. Great way to end our trip. Rooms were small, but clean and efficient. Staff was very good. Most helpful in arranging early morning airport transportation. The area is under construction but the beach was lovely. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted.
