certainly an experience I don't want to repeat

on arrival i found out that i was on the 5th floor and the lift only goes to the 4th floor , the lights on the stairs go off when your half way up or down ( very dangerous) the room was tiny couldn't sit at the desk as the bed was in the way. also no wifi /internet only worked on the ground floor so had to use another hotel during the day to get any work done. toilet seat was loose so had to adjust and tighten it myself, shower head squirted water everywhere except in the shower cubical mainy all over the electric cables to the shower. 2nd day the water went off ( no water in the sink/toilet or shower but the shower head was fixed. towels were thread bear and the bed sheets and pillows were not ironed very creased. overall the worst place i,ve stayed in ever.

There was a real problem, which was the presence of cats in abundance, especially in the breakfast hall.
Where there are those among us who have a high sensitivity to animals and some of us are afraid of them.

10 nights and well worth it

I will recommend this hotel. I stayed with my girlfriend for ten nights. My experience was a good clean room. A double room with modern facilities. My girl was happy with everything and that was very important for me. And wow for a very very good price too. We were more than happy with what we paid for. Nice and service focused staff who made us feel welcome and at all times were courteous. The location is perfect too. It was a wonderful stay so well done.

My first room was ok but wifi was weak for me and so I asked the front desk receptionist and he was very kind to move us to another room with excellent internet connection.. What I liked most about this place is the staff who were very kind and helpful and the fact that I can walk to the mall and the shopping area in less than 15 minutes.. the rooms are good.. not too luxurious but nice and clean.. I would stay here again just because the hospitality was beyond what I expected.. keep up the good work

It's a budget hotel, but looks quite prominent inside even thou surrounding area is clearly less represantative. Located close to tram stop, in a 5 min walk from the old town (Kaleici). We stayed in Exporoyal for 2 days and decided to check other places. Our biggest concern was poor wifi which didn't quite reach to second floor so we often had to go down to lobby to get our things done. The room looked nice, not very spacious, but that was fine for us. The bed was big and comfortable. We really liked the staff, they were fun and friendly. Another big plus was really decent continental breakfast and I think we just paid 2€ extra for that, totally worth it.

Good value. Meets all the basic requirements.Just don't be misguided by the name Royal, because it is an old tastelessly decorated hotel in a newly gentrified but formerly notorious area. My room seemed updated and amply furnished, but the bathroom was way outdated and inconvenient. The soundproofing is not excellent, and the curtains were short, which may make one feel insecure. TV, refrigerator, and AC, all worked fine. It will make for a well priced, reasonably sufficient stay in an all-around accessible location.

Great 13 nights in Antalya

Great Hotel, centrally located, and close to the tram line that takes you to the Airport terminal one for less than 3 Lira, a further 10 lira gets you a taxi to terminal 2.
Basic facilities in the hotel with a pleasant lobby area with wi-fi. No alcohol / bar, no pool and no rooms with balconies.
My room was clean with a double bed, dresser and wardrobe, fridge and en-suite shower room.
I would recommend using the tram to get a perspective of the City.
I booked room only as there are plenty of places to eat out, and they are very reasonably priced.
The old town of Kaleici is within walking distance which has a heritage tram line that takes you to the beach areas.
Really enjoyed my stay and have re-booked for a month in October when hopefully it will have cooled down a little.

I stayed at this hotel, for four days and when I first arrived I was not even acknowledged and was not even welcomed properly. The lift is very small and slow, could only fit two people, probably best to walk up the stairs.

My room was decent for its price but the bath it’s self had yellow stained around it and the bathroom mirror also has stains all over it. Which made the stay worse was that I could easily tell I was being discriminated against, I would walk past and everyone would just stare, some of the staff would then talk in their language and then begin to laugh at me, if went to ask a question.

To conclude my phone went missing after the first day and my official IPhone wire was stolen and swapped with a dirty broken one after I had given it to the person at the reception to charge. After I had realised, I went to simply ask for it back, he began to verbally attack me. He refused to open the draw by his desk where I believed my wire was and when I asked him to check the CCTV he entered ‘12345’ on two occasions and then told me he doesn’t know the password.

I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re coming from another country

Hotel was had plenty of shops around and supermarkets to save you money. It was close to to the main high streets shops which had everything. Mark Antalya Mall was not that far if you wanted some high street branded shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were ok and helpfull.

Exporoyal Hotel is an above average budget hotel in Antalya. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The lobby is large with a variety of seating choices where you can relax, read and enjoy a beverage. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the photogenic and fascinating old city with fantastic view of the port.

It was nice to be greeted so warmly upon our arrival. The friendly reception staff were professional, efficient, assisted us with parking our car and attended to our needs immediately. The room was comfortable and appeared to be soundproof, as we did not hear the call to prayers speakers either night at 3:30 am. We highly recommend this comfortable hotel.

The bathroom was a nightmare, you could slip and fall down every time you enter it. The room was so cold when we arrived and when we asked for extra blanket they said they don't have. The heating wasn't working at the beginning but luckily it worked after a while but still the weather was cold.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en bord de mer. La chambre était propre, bien que le ménage ne soit pas effectué quotidiennement. Le petit déjeuner, servi jusqu’à 10h30, était délicieux et varié. J’ai malheureusement oublié mon sac contenant une somme d’argent importante, mais heureusement, il était toujours là à mon retour. La seule amélioration à suggérer serait la rénovation des toilettes et de la salle de bains. Dans l’ensemble, un excellent rapport qualité-prix que je recommande vivement.

Intet varmt vand overhovedet. Værelset ligner et fængsel, vinduer nærmest på lofthøjde og lukket til så intet lys kommer i værelset.
Safeboks er noget der er købt fra legetøjsbutik - du kan låse den men åbne den igen.

Morgenmad består af 1 hårdkogt æg. 2 skiver tomater og agurker samt 3 skiver pålæg med smør, og marmelade.

Vi tjekkede ud allerede dagen efter. Undgå dette sted ligemeget hvad.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Merkeze oldukça yakın , temizlik gayet iyi. Otopark sorunu yok. Sıcak su sorunu yaşadık çözülmeli. Kısa geziler için oldukça uygun.
