Very professional, friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. Good location beside a shopping center. It felt clean and safe with the precautions for Covid-19. The wi-fi worked well and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious.

Unfortunately service in the restaurant was non-existing, which drops the score lower. On the first morning the waiter in blue shirt was serving everyone else except us. On the second morning the waiter in white shirt was just staring at us from the other side of the room and again all other tables were getting their drinks to their tables with polite service while we sat waiting with the empty glasses. When we got the tea ourselves, we got dirty looks from the waiters. Both mornings there were less than 5 tables at breakfast at the same time so even rush can't be used as an excuse.

It was a one night staying with my family. The room was good even though it was small. But cleaning of bathroom was terrible. Someone's hair every where on ground especially in shower. When I complained they changed immidiately my room. Unfortunately the cleaning of toilet was very awful in another room. I dont think to stay in this hotel again. they need to change cleaning service urgently

Good Hotel - Bad Management
I stayed in this hotel with my wife, daughter and son in law. I reserved two twin bed rooms. However my daughter preferred a double room, for which the rate was the same. When we asked for a change, we had a very determined “no”. The reason was that I made the reservation through hotels.com, therefore even though they had rooms available and there were no price difference we were told that a change cannot be made. I told the lady in reception that this was the first time I hear such an excuse. She did not even bother giving a reply. When we wanted to talk to the manager, she said maybe she could do something, and changed the room. This is not a good management. The second incident was having a used coffee cup in the room. But the worst thing was having a reply as if it was something very normal when I made a complaint. The reply was “OK will replace it”. It was not replaced one hour, after which I called the front desk and thus had clean cups.

Brand new hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Next to a shopping center that has multiple restaurants and starbucks. This city needed this level of service for a long time. Staying for few days or just passing by, great place to spend the night.

Only one little niggle, Whilst respecting the Turkish customs, as someone that likes a glass of wine with his meal I was somewhat surprised to find a chain like Hilton does not serve alcohol during Ramadan as most Hotels continue to do so . Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar olsun, temizlik ekibi olsun hepsi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, girişten çıkış anımıza kadar hizmette hiç bir sınır yoktu. Sessizlik, temizlik, nezihlik ne ararsanız var. Oda gerçekten o kadar sessizdi ki hayatımda böyle güzel uyku uyumadım. Perdeleri de çekince içerisi kapkaranlık oluyor. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Odaya sipariş verelim dedik ama odada otelle (ve dolayısıyla oda servisi vb ile) ilgili yazılı bir bilgilendirme yoktu. Qr kod vardı ve okutmamız isteniyordu ama kod çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona bilgi versek de o akşam düzeltilmedi. Minibar boştu (aşağıdan doldurulabileceği yazıyordu). Mecburen dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Banyoda sabun dışında bir tuvalet malzemesi yoktu.
Artıları: Oda son derece temizdi. Yatak takımları da kaliteli ve konforluydu, o anlamda masraftan kaçınılmamış.
