Stayed here for 3 nights while attending the Rose Festival. What a lovely hotel to stay in. The reception staff were superb, so friendly and helpful, especially Gamze. She helped when we needed taxis and would speak
To the driver on our behalf and explain where we wanted to go. The rooms were very clean with comfortable king size bed and bathroom with all toiletries supplied and good sized hairdryer. Breakfast was buffet style with the option of having a freshly made omelette of your choice. The restaurant for evening meal had a great selection to choose from. The hotel itself is attached to a shopping mall with another range of restaurants. Plenty parking available too if you have a car. I would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Isparta in the future.

First class hotel in the rose town of Isparta. Attached to a shopping mall with various eateries. The hotel itself did a lovely buffet breakfast or you could order a fresh omelette of your choice. The restaurant for evening meals had a huge menu to choose from. Our room was a king size bed with seating area and bathroom with lovely big shower. All toiletries were included in bathroom as well as a very good hairdryer. The staff on reception were excellent. They couldn’t help us enough from our queries regarding the rose festival to ordering taxis and instructing taxi driver where to take us. Quite a few of them spoke very good English which was a big bonus. There was ample parking for cars and a taxi rank just outside.
Would I stay here again….. without a doubt I would. It was excellent.

Great hotel for our visit

Overall our stay was great. The room was really clean and comfortable.
Service from reception was good (full 5 stars for the ladies) and they gave a very welcoming feeling with good information.
Unfortunately service in the restaurant was non-existing, which drops the score lower. On the first morning the waiter in blue shirt was serving everyone else except us. On the second morning the waiter in white shirt was just staring at us from the other side of the room and again all other tables were getting their drinks to their tables with polite service while we sat waiting with the empty glasses. When we got the tea ourselves, we got dirty looks from the waiters. Both mornings there were less than 5 tables at breakfast at the same time so even rush can't be used as an excuse.

Cleaning of bathroom was awful !!

It was a one night staying with my family. The room was good even though it was small. But cleaning of bathroom was terrible. Someone's hair every where on ground especially in shower. When I complained they changed immidiately my room. Unfortunately the cleaning of toilet was very awful in another room. I dont think to stay in this hotel again. they need to change cleaning service urgently

Good Hotel - Bad Management

I stayed in this hotel with my wife, daughter and son in law. I reserved two twin bed rooms. However my daughter preferred a double room, for which the rate was the same. When we asked for a change, we had a very determined “no”. The reason was that I made the reservation through hotels.com, therefore even though they had rooms available and there were no price difference we were told that a change cannot be made. I told the lady in reception that this was the first time I hear such an excuse. She did not even bother giving a reply. When we wanted to talk to the manager, she said maybe she could do something, and changed the room. This is not a good management. The second incident was having a used coffee cup in the room. But the worst thing was having a reply as if it was something very normal when I made a complaint. The reply was “OK will replace it”. It was not replaced one hour, after which I called the front desk and thus had clean cups.
It is a very good hotel with bad management .

Pretty good, but.

Overall a good experience. Staff pleasant and helpful, food quite good. Rooms pleasant and clean if a little on the small side compared with similar hotels. Only one little niggle, Whilst respecting the Turkish customs, as someone that likes a glass of wine with his meal I was somewhat surprised to find a chain like Hilton does not serve alcohol during Ramadan as most Hotels continue to do so . I feel that this should be put on their web site so guests are not surprised as I was..
