2nd time staying here and had a beautiful spacious room, thank you! Staff really welcoming and we went to the NYE event which was fab!
The 1st time we stayed in November, they charged us for wine glasses which I think is a little unfair. I think a deposit should be sufficient. But we came again and our 2nd visit really made up for it. Lovely decor and so clean.
Car parking is a little difficult though but location fantastic and breakfast was lovely! We will come again

Average breakfast food. Nothing cooked to order. Nice distant views from restaurant.
Gym equipment would not turn on. Reported problem to reception and maintenance man came quickly, but said it was probably an electrical problem so he couldn’t fix it. Obviously gym is not checked and maintained.
Strange ‘pub’ joined on to the front of the hotel, which is not like a pub at all. Strange atmosphere. Has a ‘no smoking’ poster warning you will pay a fine if you smoke, but the staff give every table a small cup for your ash - which just about everyone used.

The hotel looked and felt very new. I stayed at the king suite and it was a great one. Very large seating, dining area as well as a true separate bedroom. The hallway and foyer areas were also large. The hotel is new and clean the bed is comfortable. Only issue was the blasting live music (on a weekday) from somewhere around. The music went beyond midnight and had to use earplugs to sleep.

I had a great stay at the Ramada by Wyndham. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I really appreciated how responsive the team was to any requests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

Excellent stay in a fabulous, enormous room (corner suite). Lovely large rooftop restaurant, with (thankfully) a separate smoking area (we are non smokers). Good location for coach station and main shopping centre (approx 15 minute walk). One slightly strange thing, only 4 coathangers in wardrobe (the annoying fixed ones). Would highly recommend this hotel :)

A nice hotel for 1 night stop

Very excelent hotel to stay for 1 night in Isparta. Great locationand very clean hotel. One of old reception lady had not interest to us nor was helpfull..to extent I asked her what is in Isparta to see..her answer was there is nothing. That was shocking to me as you are working on hotel/tourism sectore..you should be positive about where you work.
Luckily there wa younger lady ..i think still under training..who just pulled a paper and started writing us some name of places and even suggested a resturant for dinner..she was all smilling and talkative although the limited english she had..i found out she is from konya..and when I told her I am heading there..she recommend to stay in Ramada their..which I did booked for 2 nights. She also gave us things to do in konya and where to stop along the way..thanks alot young lady..although I cant remeber your name

The hotel in general is very good. My note is that I visited the hotel in July and the weather is hot in summer and the air conditioning is automatically turned off every 3 hours. I have to call the front desk to restart it. The sheets and towels are old and worn out.

😍The staff is excellent and frindly and room service is fast.

The most convenient hotel in Sparta

I really enjoyed the staying there, very convenient quality hotel and services. Although i tried other hotels in the same city with similar stars though I wish I staid all my 7 nights in Ramada.

Location is a walking distance from every thing.

Breakfast at roof with a panoramic view on the city and surrounding mountains is a story by itself.

Internet speed is unbeatable 160-200 MB comparing to 4-8 MB

Considering all 4 stars details such as tissue box, ear cotton, etc it’s well taking care of. It is notable in the part of Turkey.

We spent 5 days at Isparta with my family and stayed at Ramada hotel. It was an amazing experience. Room was super clean, food was delicious and staff was extraordinary well. Very polite, helpful and positive. I highly recommend! We will stay at Ramada when we go back to Isparta again.

Location is good, rooms are comfortable, good choice of TV station, nice bathroom with rain shower. Breakfast was good with delicious honey, fresh bread and nice tea. Coffee was just instant and fresh orange juice cost extra.

Nice hotel but people don’t speak English there . Also, there is a lot of noise because there is a nightclub next to it. It kept us up til 2 am.

Its a Ramada, what you see is what you get. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Staff excellent, only down side for us was that the food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. My meal was excellent but two of our party got served very indifferent food. The breakfast buffet was as usual very good.

First time at Ramada Isparta

We try to stay in the Ramada hotels when travelling in Turkey normally in Antalya. All Ways good service whilst there. The Ramada in Asparta however this time not quite got it to there standards yet. The main area of let down being restaurant service. I also found it strange that they allowed smoking in parts of the main restaurant when I was lead to believe that smoking is banned in Turkey? The first evening mentioned this to a waiter who just shrugged his shoulders. Next evening lots more people in more smokers and poor service. They had ran out of the wine we ordered, they did offer another wine but said we would have to pay the difference. In normal curcumstances this would have been offered at the price of the wine ordered.

Otel temizdi bazı eşyalar çalışmıyordu ve televizyon kumandasını bulamadık. Sabunluk biz gece uyurken kendi kendine düştü ödemek zorunda kalıcaz diye korktuk. Ancak neredeyse mükemmel bir tatil oldu! Kahbaltı çok lezzetliydi ve ses neredeyse yoktu.

Mükemmel konaklama

Gayet güzel bir otel hem konumu hem merkeze yakınlığı tercih edilir, otopark sorunu yok, çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever , odalar geniş bakımlı oldukça hijyen artık ısparta seyahatlerinde tek konaklayacağım otel. Fiyat performans da benzerlerinden çok daha iyi , güzel ağırlama için teşekkürler .

Kötü bir başlangıç iyi bir final

Gece otele geldiğimde sıfır karşılama somurtmuş bay bayan hane nerden geldin dercesine vale desen aracımı almadı kendim park ettim. Birde üstelik beni elektrikli araç yerine koydurdu. Sabah 6:30’da da kaldırıp aracınızı çekin dediler ama sabahki resepsiyon çok Nazik ve Güleryüz’ü bir beyfendiydi. He bu arada gece geldiğimde valizlerimi alıp odama eşlik edilmedi ailem ile beraber kendi odamamıza valizlerimiz ile çıktık. Bu anlattıklarım dışında her hangi bir sorun olmadı.

Memnun kalmadım. Oda temiz değildi, çok ağır sigara kokusu sinmiş, her yerinde sigara izleri ve yanıklar olan bir suitte konakladım, yatak örtüleri temiz kokmuyordu.

Tek eksik restorandaki tabaklar iyi yıkanmamıştı, aralarından temiz olanı bulmamız gerekti. Geri kalan her şey iyi olduğu için çok üzerinde durmadık.

Odalar geniş ve güzel ancak ne yazık ki temiz değil. House keeping çağırıp tekrar temizlettik tek gün kalacağımız yerde 1 saat oda temizliği ile ilgilenmek hiç iyi değildi. Böyle birşey için iyi oteller özür diler küçük de olsa jest yapar. Çocuklar birkaç saat TV izlesin diye açtık. TV ler internete bağlı değil. Odadaki ketıl bir çalışır bir bozuk. Bu kadar güzel ve geniş odalar nasıl bu kadar kötü işletiliyor?

Kaldığım suit oda çok hoş döşenmişti. Genel olarak temizdi. Kahvaltı da ortalama bir kahvaltıydı. Isparta'da kalınabilecek en iyi bir kaç otelden biri olduğunu düşünüyorum. Merkezde olduğundan herhangi bir güvensizlik duygusu da yaşatmıyor çevresi.
