Unfortunately, the A/C was not working properly when we stayed. We tried to change the setting as per instruction but it was not reading it. It was comfortable but expecting a bit more colder since the \"Fan\" was in a full mode.
The variety of food during breakfast was also limited. We came down around 7am and expected traditional menu like Tapsilog, Tosilog, BangSilog, Corn beef, Bacon. There are beef and chicken but it has Sauce that usually serve during brunch or Lunch. Although there were fruits and pastries and Cereal, I was expected more on \"traditional Filipino\" at that hour.

I stayed at Park Inn for 6 days total split between two stays. The rooms were okay, bedding and sheets were clean but the bathrooms had mold in the tile and shower and seemed like the floors/walls weren't regularly mopped each time someone had checked out. Our 2nd room had a weird smell and we could see stains on the floor. Now for the positives, the food is good you can order and dine in in the restaurant 24/7. Also the employees are very nice and professional. The premier rooms have Japanese style bidets which is a huge plus. If the rooms were cleaner I would give this place a solid 5 stars.

BBQ and karoke by the pool was great. only issue is getting into the property as there is really only one car entrance. If you get there during traffic its frustrating

I arrived early and couldn’t check in yet. So I asked if I could at least leave my luggage at the front desk. They took my luggage and left it unattended in an open hallway where anyone could take it. I had to tell them to put it away. When I got to the room, the AC was turned off and had to be turned on by maintenance who was was wrangling for a tip. When I asked for an iron in the evening, they forgot. I had to call again in the morning to remind them. Not the best experience.

Our washroom floor needs more scrubbing. Paint on the sink is peeling off. Needs more parking space near the hotel not mall parking. Pancakes and hashbrowns are hard as a rock, breakfast charge was not worth it. Staff service is excellent though! The hotel claims Clark Airport is 10 minutes ride but it was 22 minutes. But it’s still a decent hotel to stay. I would stay here again in the future.

It's worth it even though only 1 night

The receptionist who checked us in was very accommodating (Yanna i think the name). She explain all the amenities they offer even we are only staying for 1 night. After checking in it was raining so we didn't use the gym and pool until the next morning. The building still in good condition. The shower head have soap scum which is normally considering the turnover of each guest. The area was very convenient as it was connected to SM and restaurants.

had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team was always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any requests.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining everything spotless throughout my visit.

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the restaurant offered a great selection of food with fresh, flavorful dishes. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

The location is another highlight — conveniently close to Clark International Airport, SM City Clark, and many other attractions. It made getting around the area very easy.

Overall, Park Inn by Radisson Clark exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Clark area and will definitely return on my next trip.

I expected a lot more regarding the highish price of the room.
There were multiple little annoying details: Toilet flush kept jamming, TV was quite awkward to use, at breakfast food often ran out; nobody answered the room service telephone, so we had to go to the reception desk to make order, and when they fetched the dishes, one plate was left behind, and even the room service never took it. Maybe we were unlucky, but too many bad details.
Pool was very nice but sometimes there was no service at the pool bar, and the service time ended quite early in the evening. In general the staff was very nice, though.

Very nice hotel!! Booked on Expedia for $105 for one night awaiting a Clark to Bangkok flight. Took Joy Bus from Baguio and walked an easy 6 minutes to the hotel with luggage from Genesis/Joy Bus drop off pint in front of SM Clark.

Room was just the right size for two people, well appointed with coffee, high end towels and linens, quiet, great WiFi and perfect shower with faucets on the correct side of the wall so you can turn on without getting wet.

Basically connected to SM Clark so shipping, groceries and restaurants are very, very close by. Perfect location.

Included breakfast buffet was excellent!! Great choice of western and Asian food. Very enjoyable.

Check-in was at 3pm, but I checked in at 2:00pm and my room was ready with a smile. Thank you Park Inn!

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to Clark International Airport, so perfect for catching a flight or returning home. All in all, a highly recommended hotel.

I had to wait a long time for check-in because there was only one receptionist. The room smelled like cigarettes and the hallway. Bathroom

It was our second time here at the Park Inn Radisson. The first time, we checked in late and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working so we dealt with the heat and sweat for the entire night. We appreciated them relocating us to a better room the next day. The staff we encountered were very kind and helpful, especially Jasmine who always smiles when you see her. The second time we checked in, we were greeted and attended by Mr. Ace the duty manager and he was excellent! Our room was clean and comfortable thanks to the duo of Aldy and Jimmy! Denver who works the front desk took care of our transportation to the airport, however he ended up driving us himself! Thank you Denver for going the extra mile to assist us!

The property is located adjacent to SM mall with just a few steps away.
Transportation is easily accessible from the hotel via Grab, or Taxi cab or shuttle bus from the mall, not to mention the that the property can also provide transportation if needed.

The property has all the amenities like gym, swimming pool, spas, restaurants etc.
There is an option for breakfast within the property that offers good quality food and great service.
The staff members are really great in making sure you receive the best service you deserve and they go out their way to assist in any situation that may come whether from within the property itself or even outside when you need transportation.

I highly recommend this facility because of its excellent location. You have easy access to the mall and to everything that you may need or want.

Special acknowledgment to the duty manager, who on several occasions went the extra mile and made sure that issues and concerns were addressed and resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

We’ve been staying at your hotel almost monthly and have always appreciated the comfort and service you provide. However, during our recent stays, we’ve noticed a persistent musty or sweaty odor upon entering the room. It’s quite noticeable and detracts from the otherwise pleasant experience.
Additionally, the towels no longer have the fresh, fragrant scent they used to; it makes us wonder if there’s been a change in the laundry detergent or process recently.
We’re sharing this feedback because we genuinely like your hotel and would prefer not to look elsewhere. We hope you can look into this matter and bring back the level of freshness we’ve come to enjoy in your rooms.

The property is located near SM City Clark. So, you won't have any problem with dining options. If shopping is in your to-do-list, this location would be great for you.

Cons during our stay were parking and A/C. You'll have 3 options to park. 1 Infront of the property, first come first serve basis. There's not much slot I think there's about 10. 2. Steel deck parking. You'll have to drop your things at the front door 'cause this option will make you walk from the parking to the properry thru traffic. Very inconvenient. 3. Parking in SM. This is a tricky parking. You have to go to the front door to get a stub then circle around to go to the parking area. It's easy to miss the parking so make sure you see the entrance on your left.
It would be better if you give guest a map or guide to park. Please make a slot dedicated for guests. Instead of driving around looking for free space.

Now, the A/C. When we arrived the A/C's fan was blowing but was not cold. We waited thinking it will work eventually but didn't. So, we asked the front desk clerk to check on it while we went out to eat. When we came back we were told they cleaned the A/C and it's now working. We went to our room and viola! Still not working. I called front desk told him A/C's still not working. He said he'll talk to the manager for options. We got another room same type and transferred after about 45minutes. The 2nd room's A/C was still not working but better than the first.

We booked a suite room.
