I enjoyed my stay. I guess you can say I am family since I am a regular guest there. I just can’t wait till they fix the cable for the channels ( English). Also the selection of the breakfast could be a little more appetizing. It seem to be the same flavor every morning. Give a little turn of other cultures flavors. Overall I am happy with my stay.

I wished they had a microwave in the room. Also I did not like the hanging hooks and towel racks. They are sooo high. I almost fell trying to retrieve a towel. Please try to lower it. Think of us short people. Thank you in advance.

Check-in was very quick! I was able to sleep peacefully and experienced no disruptions. The rooms do not have a USB charging dock so it's best to bring your own. The rooms are equipped with a minibar that you will need to pay for if you take the items. If you are unmarried, then you will need to provide a copy of your marriage certificate.

Nice Hotel and close by restaurants

My stay was Ok and the workers were vary nice. The rooms could us an upgrade. The rooms are old style and the TV have mostly Arabic channels. Need more sports channels. Other than that I had a very nice stay and will go back to this hotel. I will be looking forward to the rooms getting upgraded to the new style and more channels on the TV. I know that OSN is all over the Gulf states and the middle east.There is two best western and make sure you double check before booking. Mahboula is little out of the city. Rooms are okay and wifi Works as good as it can be. Freindly stuff. Good for business based on your customer location.I have stayed at this hotel a few times and found it very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and polite, nothing is too much trouble for them. I stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have open buffet breakfast and it's not bad but could be better and I would suggest that at least they would have eggs to order any way you may like them. One day I scrambled and the next day was boiled and that is the only choice you have. Labelling this hotel as a luxury one might be a bit too much and raise expectations which it won't be able to fulfill. Hotels are expensive in Kuwait, but, - possibly because it is newly built and this one offered good value and I would come back here for one or two nights, but be aware of its location is not close to Kuwait City. Last minute travel plans, BW to the rescue.

Great reception and easy check in. Room was quiet and clean and morning breakfast was just right. Really good bang for your buck and this is a step up from any BW I've stayed at elsewhere.

Nice Stay but they hate visitors.

Eventhough I paid for my Nieces stay the some of the Staff told us (my wife and I) we could not go up to her room by 2 staff members even when my wife provided proof of relation by having same last name. Other staff were most accomodating and very pleasant to work with.
