Only thing is they had a construction my time of stay and every morning there would be hammering and the check in if you arrive early there is a wait if it’s before 2pm so you’d have to wait for a while. Staff, cleanliness, location, was all perfect. I’ve been staying here since August on and off and will keep returning. It’s hot in the elevator, maybe my only complaint but I’m not on it for too long. I’ve been to two other hotels in different countries on this trip and both have AC in the elevator. Not a deal breaker given all the other positives

One other thing I’ll mention, the Thai food menu at lunch was a disappointment. Rad na and shrimp fried rice need some changes.

Nice hotel in a convenient location right by the subway station and Chatuchak Park. Be mindful of the construction on the lower floors. We stayed on the ninth floor and could hear the construction starting around 11. That said, We were up early and didn’t have any issue at night.

Overall, it was a nice stay and we would recommend.

The overall cleanliness was very good. There was a couple of small rips in the duvet cover with some other rips repaired beforehand. Fairly minor considering that the fabric was actually quite delicate. Breakfast was hot and tasty but it was a challenge to describe how to cook an over easy egg to the egg cook. (I ended up with an omelette the first go around). 4 out of 5 stars

The staff are friendly, accommodating and smile all the time, might just be thailand. I felt safe and comfortable staying here and it has the best gym I’ve ever used in a hotel, it’s on the 6th floor. The one complaint I have, is when it’s sunny, the flooring they use around the pool area, will burn your feet, bad, terrible material choice. I had to splash water around the area of my chair, but even that didn’t help much. Other than that, everything else was great, the buffet too is phenomenal, great price too and opene early.

A decent hotel in Bangkok

The hotel is an excellent location, easy to get to the shopping centre and places to eat. The porters are particularly helpful, the reception staff are friendly but it was a bit frustrating as we booked two rooms and we specifically called to ask for the rooms next to each other, but upon checking in they said it wasn't possible. So we had to complain and they managed to get two rooms together. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide array of choices.

Staying at The Quarter Ladprao is always a great experience - MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1 is just at the doorstep and BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station nusg across the road. Union Mall and Centralworld Ladprao are both just across the road, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained and the breakfast offered always features local favourites, allowing tourists an opportunity to taste local breakfast flavours in the hotel. Do consider this for a hotel option that allows for easy access to the suburbs to experience Bangkok away from the usual tourist hotspots!

Don’t choose the room facing Union Mall which is extremely noisy. There are some bars nearby with live bands which stopped singing until midnight. However the location is good because it’s next to Yothin MRT Exit 1 and 10 minutes walking to Lat Pharo BTS & Central LadPharo Shopping centre. The room and bathroom size is reasonable even for 3 of us. I will be happy to stay with this hotel next time.

The location is highly convenient, offering easy access to both the MRT (underground train) and BTS (sky train), as well as being in close proximity to shopping malls. Additionally, there is a wide variety of restaurants and eateries in the area. The staff are courteous and attentive, consistently delivering excellent service. While the overall cleanliness is satisfactory, there are occasional odors, possibly stemming from the bathroom plumbing. On a few occasions, the housekeeping team has overlooked providing towels, face towels, and foot towels, though this may be attributed to their busy schedule. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Very convenient, 7-Eleven just outside lobby and MRT station just outside hotel, shopping across street. Great breakfast selection, changed during our 2 day stay. Staff very courteous, very helpful in anyway they can assist.
Free welcome drink, very clean and quiet although bed was a bit firm but we had good night sleep.

The hotel charge 1000 THB as deposit. If you pay from a credit card it takes 2-4 weeks for
Money to be returned which I found ridiculous!take cash with you for the deposit which they refund immediately at check out.

My wife just stayed there for a night and her room was very noisy at night ( is made from very poor quality ) could hear other hotel guests and doors closing. Breakfast buffet has egg station but she had to cooked herself. However, location is good if you have to travel around this area.

We stayed here for one night whilst flying in from the airport. Used public transport and there is a stop on the blue metro line outside the hotel. The hotel is very clean with excellent facilities. The breakfast was good but could do with some more vegetarian options but that is a Thailand thing. Central to markets and the modern part of Bangkok. Plenty of bars and shopping. Would stay here again.

Hotel was good, breakfast had a good choice of food. Bed very command shower was great! Pool nice but not super clean, not many soft mattresses but was never overly busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good if you use the train - very easy to do and cheap. If not using train hotel is very far out so probably better getting somewhere closer to centre.

A newish hotel with welcoming and friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and fitness centre, and a great breakfast catering for all tastes and ethnicities.

A 7-11 right outside the hotel door, literally a one minute walk to MRT, 2 mins to Union Mall and an assortment of other shops. Total of 67 baht to get from Suvarnabhumi airport (change lines once).

Have spent a reasonable amount of time staying in and around Bangkok and this hotel is right up with the best. If you want lots of bars, stay further south (or take the MRT there). If you're not after that sort of thing, you'd probably struggle to find a better place than The Quarter. It is great value for money.
