A popular and value living hotel, the Sure Hotel by Best Western Vilsta Sporthotell is located just outside of Eskilstuna Centrum with the Vilsta Nature Reserve just around the corner. The environment is friendly for children and families.

Frukosten har egenlagad äggkaka och ugnsbakade tomater, pannkakor m.m. och det bjuds ofta på nybakad mjuk kaka.
Sängarna är sköna och rummet helt ok.
Kanonbra att man har tillgång till två kök med kylskåp, och en generös matsal.
Tyvärr börjar det bli mögel i siliconet i duschen, som känns lite ofrächt. Annars har vi inget att klaga på!

Dörren till rummet /lägenheten stod öppen när vi kom till rummet. Tv stod placerad uppe på kylskåpet högt upp i mot taket, så att man inte ser hela bilden. Vissa kanaler hade inget ljud
kyl eller frys har låtit illa hela natten.

Det fanns en stor trappa utomhus som gick att få upp barnvagnen på, trappan inomhus var väldigt smal och fick knappt upp vagnen. Ingen hiss. Fanns en ramp på utsidan.

Fungerar för en natt.

Vi reste med barnbarnen och stannade en natt.

Rummet var väldigt trångt, frukosten hade mycket att välja på men var ändå sisådär

Ett gammalt hotell som är ganska slitet.
Men rummet var billigt och frukost ingick så man kan väl säga att man får vad man betalar för.
Men skulle nog inte stanna mer än en natt.

Hotellet ligger en bit utanför city vid en skidbacke/friluftsanläggning och en camping.

Det finns en restaurang, eller rättare sagt typ servering, i området som är öppen till 20:00.
Funkade för oss men vill man äta bättre så får man bege sig till city. Går buss från området om man inte vill åka egen bil.

Parkeringen var gratis och personalen var trevlig.

Rätt små trånga rum. Det luktade avlopp i båda av våra rum, inte trevligt. Det ena rummet fick även matos. Saknades fläkt och städa ej skylt i ett av rummen fick säga till. Vi hade mycket strul med korten. Ingen hiss! Men fanns en ramp på sidan av huset. Ok frukost men liten matsal. Bra service av personalen. Kunde använda ett kök med möjlighet att använda kylskåp, frys, micro och kunde lag mat. Nära till vattnet och en ok restaurang på området. Mycket möjligheter till att träna.

Ett smutsigt hotell.

Inte alls rent hotell. Rummen var dammiga och det låg glasbitar på golvet i rummet. Korridoren var nog aldrig dammsugen. Dom försökte sopa en heltäckningsmatta som städning. Så smutsigt. Frukosten var bra.

Skick och renlighet var en besvikelse. Var där med små barn så festen som grannrummet hade var inte så uppskattad.
Kommer tyvärr inte välja detta hotell igen. Rekommenderas inte för barnfamiljer.

Det var skitigt på rummet, hårstrån i sängen och på stolen. Dammigt. Sängarna inte mer än dugliga. Receptionisten såg ut att hata sitt jobb och var väldigt få ordig i bemötandet. Bra frukost med stort utbud och fräscht.

Prisvärt vid friluftsområde

Har bott här många gånger och ofta haft problem med städning, men detta rum vi hade nu kändes mycket fräschare och renare. Vi fick dessutom rummet städat varje dag vilket vi inte alltid fått förut.

Frukosten funkar, men inte för den som är petig med kaffet. Torrt bröd och väldigt flottiga (och hårda) pannkakor. Men, du blir mätt och frukten är helt ok.

Hotellet är lite lyhört så har du otur och inte synkar med närliggande gäster får du lite sömnbrist men även detta hade vi tur me denna gång. Tyst, svalt och så sköna sängar.

Sunkigt som hotell. Säkert bättre som camping men hade definitivt behövt uppfräschning både rum och reception. Badrummet var sunkigt. Dock sköna täcken och kuddar, samt god frukost och låg fint i naturen.

Good hotel!

Really good hotel with a good breakfast.
The room was small but since we only stayed one night this was OK for us.
Very friendly staff!
Only negative was the Amusement park (moving Tivoli) that was parked 500m away and that played loud music after midnight.
We had no problem to sleep once we all fell asleep.
