This hotel has strong smell of urine, very dirty. The staff is extremely rude, they don’t allow me to ask questions about wifi and even requested me to love out immediately around 2am, they said if I am not happy then I can move our immediately. Unbelievable, don’t go this hotel, it’s a hell!

Of the two mediocre options near the airport, this option is most lacking . Air conditioning not operating in my room (temp never got lower than 79), stained bathroom towels, two bottles of conditioner without any shampoo. All adds up to a definite lack of care evident at the property.

We needed a place to stay because a flight delay caused us to miss our connecting flight out of Honolulu. The Best Western near the Honolulu Airport was a convenient location for us because it was close to the airport and they offered a free airport shuttle. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a definite plus. If we are in the same situation again, we would not hesitate to stay hear again.

Room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. It is rather noisy out by the pool due to the many roads that converge in the area. Shuttle to the airport was helpful, but it might be helpful if they ran in the half-hour (not just hourly). Room air conditioning did the job, but is rather noisy. Nice staff. Good on convenience being close to airport. Beds were comfy and rooms decent. Breakfast was nice as well.
But cmom Hotels.com please be upfront about actual costs. Front desk staff says that it’s noted on their website but third-party operators don’t often share the parking cost.

I Would stay there again if the need arose. Who wants to drive into Waikiki if no need? lol

AC wasn’t working - sent maintenance who said ac was working just needed time (he used his temperature tool to show the vent air was cool (62). I travel with a thermometer (to know temp when thermostat just has high/low settings). The room showed 75 - and was 75 when we woke…. So I guess his tool is broken!

I was surprised how nice this place was. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but we checked it out and it seems very nice. The airport shuttle was a little confusing and slow to arrive but I’m grateful it exists. You can walk from the airport to the hotel in less than 20 mins if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle.

It's a basic airport hotel. When you book with Hotels.com (Expedia) you get a room in the rear overlooking the access road that is very loud. There is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The staff admits it's a terrible room but those are the cheapest ones and they give them to Expedia bookings.. Stayed twice and got the same area. Staff is very nice - even held our phone that had been left in the room till we got back to HNL.

I had read previous reviews, so knew there would be traffic noise, there are 3 levels of traffic and did hear noise all night long. Despite the hotel having guests arrive 10 minutes early for airport drop off, the shuttle was 15 minutes late in picking up guests for airport drop off. This is an airport hotel with a reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. It had the added benefit of an outdoor pool with a nice fenced in deck only minutes from the airport. It served our purpose to get a good night’s rest prior to an early morning flight without having to worry about traffic tie-ups.

This hotel is only worth staying if you’re in a short layover or transit. The breakfast is good in the morning. If you’re staying in the adjacent room outside the main building, ask for a room change. It feels unsafe and there is lots of noise. In addition, the rooms feel neglected by housekeeping than the main property. Lastly if management is reading this, please place safety boxes (safes) in the room.

We stayed overnight near airport for an international flight out. Epic Honolulu rainstorm likely colored our experience. Free shuttle from airport was nice. Staff pleasant. Rooms a bit dated and the heavy winds/rain entered our sliding windows, soaking the nearby carpet. Gym modest but nice. Complimentary breakfast average. No restaurants on the property but two malls a short walk away, one with a great lineup of Asian eateries (Thai/Lao/Viet, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese). The walk during the rainstorm got us soaked but the food was great! I wouldn't stay there for a vacation in Honolulu but it was quite adequate for what we needed -- a short stay over near the airport.

Clean room, comfort bed, but the corridor, room door and window are dated (can hear drift and road noise through the gap). The staff are friendly and the breakfast is pretty decent (scramble eggs, turkey sausage, waffle, fresh pineapple, oranges and blueberries etc..)

Shuttle bus is small bus, only run once every hour to the airport. Short ride, make sure be there early to lineup. Pickup from the airport seems to be on request.

Everything about this hotel is horrible...from being charged an extra $50 for a couple of hours early check in (exhausted from flight) to the depressing dark room, with dodgy locks to pool area, which sounded like you were in the middle of the Santa Pod racetrack, being situated right next to the underpass. I can't find one thing that was acceptable ( maybe the pillows). Breakfast inedible.
We booked here because it was reasonably priced and near the airport, but I would pay to not stay here again.
