Lobby staff was super helpful and spoke many languages. Assisted us with shipping luggage and gave us an additional box. The room was clean and spacious but bland (like white walls and nothing else kinda unnerving) and I wish I had more than one pillow.

Good breakfast. Unfortunately need to pay for hotel parking and on first come first serve basis. Else need to park somewhere near the hotel. Once the carpark lot is available and park on the first day, they will reserve the lot for you on your full stay.

Rooms are super clean, you don’t need to bring any toiletries, they have everything you need.

Very respectful and courteous staffs all around. From parking attendants to restaurant servers.

The breakfast was good, but you kind of got tired of eating almost the same things if you stay more than 2 days.

We were fortunate to have a parking space. Parked at an expensive parking lot the first night because of construction and miscommunication with staff. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Small window could not be opened and was frosted so could not see outside at all. Made use of the lounge and it was nice to have complimentary beverages. Close to susukino and tanukikoji.

酒店位置在狸小路旁，所以購物和找食肆十分方便；房間乾淨舒服，唯窗口的窗簾不能打開，感覺有點暗，飯店設有大浴場，不過地方比較細少，2/F設有免費飲料和小食，非常貼心。

I only stayed here as I began a tour here the next day. I am really glad that we did. It is quite a little treasure. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant for dinner was a great find with new and interesting food. The Japanese house white wine was very pleasing. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Shopping gallery goes for streets behind the hotel and down into Pole shopping. Oh and great value BTW!

I wanted to get a bigger room, but due to availability, I could only get a double. We had alot of luggage, so took up alot of space. But the rooms are actually spacious.

The service was very good. Even if they do not clean your room everyday, they give you towels and new bottles of water and fresh towels hung outside yoir room which is not common from my experiance . Tpyically its only on check-in.

Staff are helpful and answer questions patiently. Many could communicate well in English. When we checked out, one staff even helped to cut a plastic bag to serve as a cover for one goodies bag which is a paper bag. There are also onsen, if you are interested.

Rooms are very clean.

Location is good. Near underground shopping mall and Tanukuji shopping street. Value for money.

The resturant which serve breakfast is also not bad. For 2200 yen, you get a \"All You Can Eat* buffet. The spread is quite good.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A few of the staff understood and spoke in English, which was very helpful for our group that didn't know too much Japanese. Rooms were partially cleaned daily with full cleaning at least once during our stay, which was nice to see as most U.S. hotels no longer offer daily cleaning. Hotel was right next to shopping and dining options, less than a few minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay at Karaksa hotel again next time we visit Sapporo.

Clean hotel, great location and one of the larger size hotel rooms in Japan. Split bathroom and toilet system, helps to save time when sharing the room. All the staffs at the hotel are also extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend booking this place!

My car is SUV , so I couldn’t park my car in hotel’s parking . Hotel staff asked me to move my car to another Parking which was too far from hotel . It’s better if hotel contract with closer parking to hotel.
2: Room was too small and dark . There was a small window that you could not see any thing out of window!
3: that price for that kind of hotel is too much!

Location is absolutely amazing, being right next to Tankukoji Sjopping Street and Susukino Station. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant was also surprisingly good with its seafood donburi. Totally recommended.

Excellent hotel, room has enough space to store and open the luggages, with split space for toilet, shower and wash basin!

One major plus point which the hotel didn't actively advertise is the back door that walks right into Tanukikoji street!

Level 2 facilities include onsen, washing machine and dryer, and a leisure hall with free ice-cream.

Totally impressed with the hotel.

Hotel is within the shopping streets and the market - extremely convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful too. When we checked out of the hotel, a male staff further offered us heating pads as it started to get colder. A plus point for this hotel is they do provide a 2-pc onsen suit/pajamas - really thoughtful. Downside is the expensive washer (500JPY) and dryer - also only 2 sets were available. Difficult to park for those intending to drive - no parking within the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and a few members of the staff spoke english as well as other languages like korean and thai. The hotel is perfectly located in a shopping area with lots of food choices and within walking distance of the train station. The room was a good size for a family. The onsen was clean and was never overcrowded.

Excellent location right in the middle of Tanukikoji Street, literally within a minute to underground shopping tunnel, walkable to Sapporo Station.
Bus to Chitose airport very nearby.
Great hotel front desk that spoke good English and Chinese.
Amenities were great, with public hot bath and coins to exchange for drinks from a vending machine if you choose the \"eco\" mode for housekeeping.
Will stay here again if I come back to Sapporo.

Hotel is right in the middle of the walking street in Sapporo city, which is very convenient to find food or toiletries.

We got a connecting room for our family of four, and it's very convenient to have a public bath and washer/dryer (coin) under the property.

The hotel staff were also very approachable and had helped us to courier our personal belonging which was left behind after we checked out, and headed to Tokyo.
Bonus for the kind assistance!

Superb location but no bottled water provided

The hotel's location is superb. Walking distance to most attractions and shopping. There is a back door that leads directly to the shopping street and the bus to the airport is 1 min walk away. The hotel is relatively new and modern looking, the rooms are comfortable and its not hot spring but rather they have hot public baths. There is no mineral water provided in the rooms, but if u have a bottle i think u can get it from the public bath. I love this hotel and will choose this hotel again if i come to Sapporo.

The location is perfect! Room is very clean without odors. I think the room is bigger than other ordinary Japanese hotel rooms because we were able to open our 2 luggages and there were still space to walk around. The public bath is not huge but clean and supports a good relaxing moment after walking for so long to shop. We will definitely come back again if we are visiting Sapporo again.
