Staying in this place, even for just one night, felt like torture. There were cockroaches, constant noise, and everything looked worn out, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The television didn’t work at all, and the faucet didn’t even have a filter/aerator, so the water was pouring out like a waterfall and splashing everywhere.

Honestly, I was shocked. We even slept with the lights on because we were afraid the cockroaches would crawl onto the bed.

The only positive thing about this place is the staff. A huge thank you to them — they are kind, polite, and very pleasant people. They honestly deserve a medal for working in such a terrible place.

Dear staff members, please don’t be offended by this review. It is about the hotel, not about you. You deserve to work in a much better place.

Missed 2 emails regarding my booking after i showed them booking regerence number.
Eventually found booking whilst i wad on hold with expedia.
Then offered refund as there were no rooms left at 10Pm this was unacceptable.
Finally arranged room which was cheaper at a run dowm hotel next door. Suspect this was a bait and switch tactic

Convenient location!

We stayed one night before flying out the next day. There are lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby, and we were able to WALK to the airport the next day, so the location was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean and staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Came here twice. The room was worth the best for its price and location. Staffs are friendly and attentive, they’re always there when you give a call. The hotel is about 5 mins of driving to the Tan Son Nhat airport, you can easily catch a Grab car to get there with around $1 or $2 and like in a heartbeat. There’s a traditional food store famously called Bun Dau Mam Tom which is 2 mins of walking from the hotel and a shopping mall which is just 2 or 3 blocks from there. There’s also a convenient shop on the other direction.
Definitely recommended as I am a tourist who was on a 4 days vacation at Ho Chi Minh city. make sure you keep some cash in vietnam currency to pay for miscellaneous things you happen to need.

Awesome stay. Close to many places, and coffee. Bahn Mi stands everywhere. For the westerners, Starbucks is a close walk. Hot water, comfy bed, and WiFi. My only complaint was that some people were really loud about 0400 hrs. Probably too much alcohol. Otherwise, many places to see and culture to enjoy.

Basic crash pad for nominal cost

It's a simple crash pad for Travellers traveling through the HCM international airport. For the price I paid (S$20 a night) - i had no complains at all.. Definitely better than sleeping in the airport...

Be prepared for dirty bed covers. Bed bugs. Mosquitos. Terrible experience but lucky we only needed to stay for a day as we had a flight the next morning. Please note that some taxi drivers will be grumpy about having to drop you off so close to the airportt. Overall. Bad experience here. Wouldn't ever come back. It was very cheap though. So you get what you pay for.

Awesome, clean hotel very close to airport!

Very clean room, bed and bathroom. Fast check in. Was just a 10 minute walk from the airport. Easy to find with a large lit up sign above the other buildings. Perfect place to stay when getting in late from the airport and you won’t need to arrange a taxi to get here. Also has air conditioning which is a definitely needed! Very highly recommend staying here and it is a good price as well!

OK for a night

This hotel was just for a one night stay before continuing on. I arrived early evening and left again early morning.

It is walking distance from the airport - but it's not a particularly easy walk! My suggestion from the airport is to walk through the car park - then cross the wide road (cross past and to the left of the flyover), then turn right and walk along the pavement. After that cross the next road (quite a challenge with the traffic - but just walk!), and then walk down the small road, then cross the next and turn left and walk on the pavement, past the ibis. Hotel is not far along this road.

When leaving, go the same direction - but if you go to another Vietnam destination - go to the domestic terminal which is to the left of the main international one!

Hotel itself is fine for a night (especially when tired). Bathroom is a wet room, but OK. Bed is reasonable. No food is available in the hotel - there is food outside but I didn't venture out due to tiredness!

It’s close to airport and that’s why I chose to stay there. I won’t stay there again. Both the beds in my room were made but when I pulled the blankets on both beds there was a lot of hair from previous guests. The room was also dirty. Floored definitely wasn’t swept. Needless to say I was happy it was only for one night. I had to use one of the towels (they were clean) as a pillow case and slept on my sarongs. I had dinner at pho 10 right beside the hotel and it was great. Good price, food and excellent service. Erato wasn’t run down and rooms were in good shape just really dirty.

If you need a stopover near the airport. This place will do because of the price. Don't expect good service. We arrived at 2am and jetlag. The front desk clerk was not very nice. Maybe because we woke them up. This is actually normal for employees that work here in the graveyard shift. They will be sleeping when you arrive. Unless you are staying at a 4*and up hotel.

We arrived at 12:30am to 1AM for a layover at this Hotel to find out they did not 1. Find our reservation. 2. Hotel is fully booked.

The young man in front was calling his supervisor and manager and was still unable to find our reservation. They mentioned that they will get another hotel aprox 200m away but we already felt unsafe of the area. We called another hotel to check room availability and stay there.

We are still pending to get our refund but Expedia nor the hotel provided results.

Service is good, hotel is close to the airport so it’s very convenient. We had three rooms there, two out of three were ok, but one room has no shower door or curtain so everything gets wet when we shower makes it is very inconvenient to keep your clothes or toiletries inside. No shelving inside the bathroom either. If you want to stay there make sure you checkout the room first.

I booked this hotel due to the fact that it is just 10 min walking distance from the airport and we had early morning departure.

Locating the hotel was not that difficult - you need to follow the circular road and cross side streets twice. Couple of times I saw rats running around and once I saw a dead rat on sidewalk. This should be giving me a clue..

Check in was fast. Room is very basic - it does not even has a single chair - just bed, small fridge and shower. Mattress is very firm, but it is common in Vietnam. Also, there is ample of street noise and closing windows help little due to thin walls.

I could live with all these for just one night but next morning we discovered that mouse got inside one of our bags and ate packed crackers. And we've been on 4th floor. I do not require luxury and am budget traveller but mouse/rats in room is crossing the line.

Avoid.

3.8 is about the top and bottom of it. In order to submit this review I had to add more comments. To be honest it’s hard to find very much positive to say. It was relatively clean and relatively quiet because we insisted a rear room which faced away from the main street upon which it is situated. It is within walking distance of airport which, quite honestly, is the best thing you can say about it.

Currently, breakfast has no choices but just one piece of bread, one fried egg, one small cup of coffee with no refill. Had to ask for butter, unfriendly service man/waiter, grouchy. The room was very small and the bathroom was very claustrophobic. The shower glass screen didn't close all the way. The worst of all was the sound proofing of the rooms was non-existent. There was a chime that went off every 30 seconds whenever somebody used the elevator, absolutely ridiculous that the chime isn't silenced!

Very clean, simple accommodation right next to the International Airport in Hi Chi Minh City. Staff are exceptional in the friendliness and helpfulness, although their English is limited.
Highly recommended for the budget traveller.

It was a good and cheap hotel near the airport. I just needed something close so that I can fly out the next morning. It was an older hotel. Cheap and sufficient. My only complaint is that my shower drain was a little clogged, so it would back up while I am taking a shower. Therefore, I had to take a quick shower in order to avoid the backed up water.

Good hotel for stopover

Stayed at this hotel for my stopover. This hotel is in a walking distance of about 10 min from the airport although ones have to cross traffic of Ho Chi Minh city (you know if you've been there) a couple of times. I was happy I could walk to this hotel as it can be difficult to get a cab for a short distance in Vietnam. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Room is a bit small but clean has everything you need for stopover stay. Only thing I was not too happy about was that it was a bit noisy in early morning as I could hear sound from the neighbourhood.

Great location, walkable distance to Hanoi airport

We used this hotel for one night only as it really close to hanoi airport so is very convenient. We ha dan early morning flight to catch and could walk to the airport from the hotel. Takes around 10 minutes.
Overall, it was a short stay but the hotel is very clean, comfortable and is in a fantastic location if you need to catch a flight. Would definitely recommend.
