It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room

I only spent 1 day in at the hotel and it was siimply amazing. I haven't slept so well in ages. The beds are so comfy and room super clean.

Not a pleasent experience at all.
Not a good experience at all. Service was very bad, rooms were not as good as you see in the pictures. Heavy smoking smell in both of our rooms even tough i strictly requested them non smoking rooms. AC noice was loud and irretating. Room service was bad, we asked for tea bags at 7pm and they said mini bar service is closed you'll get it in the morning so i had to run to supermarket to get extra water along with tea bag. Besides reception staff all others were rude. Only advantage was that it is in the city but for us didnt matter as we had our car.

This’s not a 5 stars hotel by any means, a reassessment of the facility should take a place. The only thing that is 5 stars about this hotel are the professional staff, other than that the room was not clean at all. In fact it was stinky with a bad smell. The conditioner didn’t work and we had to open windows to be able to have a good ventilation. The hotel is located in city centre so the street noises were loud. And if you closed the windows the room will just turn into a 40 degrees box because of the broken conditioner.

Staff needs help in providing a customer service. Specifically, reception, bell boys and whole way staff need help. They are friendly but not very efficient in doing their duties. We arrived around 10:30 pm and there was no park space in front of the hotel so I left the car on the middle of the street. As I walked I asked if any can assist in parking the car and getting the luggage, I was directed to the receptionist. While I was checking in two gentlemen were asked to assist with parking and getting the luggage. They never made it to the car. I went out to see what is going on because my family members were still at the car after 15 minutes. Service at Restaurant during the breakfast was slow as well. Over all hotel facility was acceptable but we would not be returning to this hotel soon.

The hotel a nice one with very good location in the heart of city center. Unfortunately the rooms were too warm although the heating was off. Each room had one window overlooking the lobby, so there was no air cooling the room. For 2 nights we could not sleep properly and we left to another hotel although we have paid for all our stay in Zorlu Grand Hotel.Also you didn’t informed us that maintenance work was going on in the hotel.

I like that this hotel has stores in the lower level, they have a restaurant, gym. I love there small steam room I had it all to myself. They have a swimming pool. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have enough power outlets.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable and its located in prime location at the city center.
All you need is around the hotel and two minutes of walking away from the Maydani park.
I'd like to highlight the rooms furniture are old and needs to be renewed as well as the bathrooms fixtures. Water supplied by mixers is needed for the shower and sink.

Zorlu is a good hotel but not cheap tho, I booked it because I wanted something in the city center and has all facilities because my father always like walking around in the evening and early morning. However, I think there are good and cheaper hotels around the Myden ( city Center) but Zorlu has some facilities like swimming pool and massage ++ that are not available in other hotels around Myden. it all depends on your needs and with whome you are travelling. But overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Also, there was a breakfast in the hotel, so I have daily struggle that I serve a tea to myself, though it's not self-service. on the top of that, one day I asked the waiter to fill up 3rd time, he started to show that he's unhappy like if I'm asking much !!!!!! -I'm a tea addict so I don't mind refilling myself, don't offer something that you cannot or you don't wanna do/give-

This is a very good hotel that's centrally located in Trabzon. The property is relatively old but well maintained. The staff are very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The hotel has a nice patisserie and the staff went out of their way to serve a la carte food during fast breaking at Ramadan. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is difficult to get to because it squeezed in the middle of a shopping street in the middle of town.

The hotel is probably the best in the area with regards to class and location. Our stay was comfortable , the only down point is the air conditioning system which is controlled by the main system. That means hot rooms at night !
My advice is to choose a room facing the street , because the ones facing the lobby smell like smoke and extremely hot.
Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Right in the middle of the downtown.

The Zorlu's location in Trabzon is ideal. Many tours begin from in front of the hotel, or very nearby. Staff was polite and friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious (and extensive). Even though the Zorlu is smack in the heart of Trabzon, and located on a busy street, our room was quiet and peaceful. And the fitness center/Hamam bath is very nice. Services (hair salon, cafe, etc) are over-priced, but the price of the room + breakfast is excellent. We had a terrific experience and would definitely stay there again. Strongly recommend.
