I stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good.
The room however was very cold. There was a crack in the window from almost top to bottom that was covered with Scotch tape. Cold air was definitely coming from the windows. The blower in the heater constantly ran. So when it was regulating and the heat was blowing it was nice and warm but when the heat turned off the blower was still going, blowing the cold air straight at the bed because the heater is under the window right next to the bed.
In hindsight I should have come out and complained and asked to be moved to a different room. But I'm not one for confrontation so I built myself a little barricade on the bed of pillows and blankets so the air wouldn't hit me.

The staff was friendly above and beyond expectations as I stayed there 4 nights. I was visiting in Butler but ended up driving 26 miles every night because of the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. Upon arrival at 4pm I had to ring the bell twice and wait several minutes for someone to come and check us in. The roof in the hall was leaking into a mop bucket just sitting in the middle of the floor. And we barely got any sleep because the walls were super thin and we had loud snoring on one side and a screaming toddler in the other. It was fine for our one night stay but I won’t be returning.

The breakfast assortment was surprising, with eggs and sausage, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, and more! All at a fair price, lower than other hotels in the area. It’s taken all day out of the room but we’re finally starting to recover.

We had enjoyed our stay, breakfast was not good, was cold. However we did enjoy the waffles, they saved the day! First night was great and relaxing. Second night we got a ice storm and the rooms became packed. Whoever was above us kept waking us up almost every hour fighting and slamming doors. Also our floor smelled like weed so bad, it's to be non smoking and I was respectful and went outside, apparently weed is an exception I guess. The vending machine was a joke offered 4 drinks most diet and like 4 snacks. Thankfully many place around to get snacks and dinner. The evening shift guy was great very welcoming. However we did not care for the girl working in the morning. Felt like we were being watched non stop during breakfast. Not sure if we will be back or not.

I wish I could give zero stars. I'm 7 months pregnant and didn't sleep at all. The first room my partner and I were given, the room key didn't work for the door, so we were locked out for 20 minutes while waiting for staff to figure it out. Once we were in and settled, the room next to us decided to start up a jacuzzi and play loud music. So, we got moved to a room on the second floor. Which, SURPRISE! It was next to a jacuzzi room, as well. I barely slept all night. In the morning, I got breakfast and started eating only to find out that my yogurt was expired by a full month! The texture of the eggs was disgusting and the sausage was inedible and chewy. This hotel was awful. Super disappointed.
