I booked this property because it had a restaurant. However, the restaurant was closed for 'renovations'. Frankly from the look of the property it was on the verge of demolition. No attendant at front desk. Carpets stained. First room I was given had unmade bed. I would have moved, but I prepaid on Expedia. Most rundown hotel I've stayed in in for decades.

The building is older and very run down on the outside - we were questioning whether we wanted to go inside. We checked out the room and it seemed fine. A note to the hotel; Please ask the cleaners to clean the coffee pot and dump out the old grinds, we are tea drinkers, so it was pretty gross. I would also consider changing the 1970's bathroom floor with all the old cigarette burns in it. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet.

Overall clean and quiet stay. Only thing I would advise is that the hotel does not have cable TV, so if you want to watch any live sports you need to rely on your own apps and subscriptions.

I am using this space toadvise Expedia that i will be going out of my way to expose Expedia for its failure to deliver services. Left abandoned on by Expedia Cust. Service at a booking shut done for Health reasons,lmy dequest fir a call back from management never happened.

The hotel roof was under construction while I was there.
There was work being done at 7am on the roof. It was noisy as I was on the 3rd floor. 3 ceiling panels had come down outside my door. There was a ladder and debris from that just laying around.
The restaurant was closed. No breakfast included.
No where in the write up for the property did it say either of those things.
The write up for the property stated there was no free wifi, but there was.

No place to eat in the hotel. They did have a good truck outside wasn’t interested in the food truck. The first day no room service we asked but it was too late. The second day we got room service but they did not replenish our coffee and supplies.

The hotel itself is 1 star (or less), but the staff was super friendly and worked hard to make the rooms clean, at least as much as could be expected considering the condition of the hotel.
Restaurant was closed for \"renovations\", which probably helped extend our life expectancy as we dodged that bullet.
The building is well past it's prime, everything is falling apart, leaking, or coming apart at the seams. The AC didn't work properly, it just made a noise like a metal chair thrown into a jet engine and leaked water all over the carpet.
It's pretty much just another dive hotel only suitable for rig workers. Shame, it used to be kinda nice when I was a kid.

I didn’t like one thing !! The place was sooo bad we had a 2 night stay . Booked out the next morning!! Could not stay another night !! No restaurant! No anything ! Banging on the roof !! Terrible !! They said we had Queen bed but it was Doulble !! It did not say it was TOTALLY horrible!!

So the hotel is very dated tiles in the bathroom ceiling were falling down air conditioning wasn’t the greatest new beds and pillows are needed I have never been to a hotel that has brown towels and they weren’t even bath towels!

We stayed there as we were passing through town, and the hotel was reasonably priced. Other hotels in the area were over 200.
The room was clean. It is an older hotel which needs a lot of upkeep but can see the potential.

👎They didnt read the notes/requests. We didnt get a room we booked with a hide a bed and they seemingly didnt know we had a dog (all was in notes).
👍It was nice they didnt charge us extra for the dog.
👎Also, the restaurant was under renovations/closed which wasnt in the hotel info & the rug in our room was old & gathering, 👍 but the bathroom was huge.
👎Their luggage trollies had flat tires which made it difficult to use.
👍The staff was very polite 👎h/e didnt seem to be current with issues & notifications.
👍 Our stay was pleasant enough, 👎just needed better communication & knowledge.

This use to be ‘the’ hotel to stay at over 40 years ago but now although it claims to be recently renovated we would not take our shoes off unless going to bed and would not shower as the bathroom was not at all up to standards with a torn foam toilet seat and stained carpets throughout

Check in was easy. Dropped stuff off in room and left. Came back that night to main doors locked and we couldn’t get in the hotel without calling a number and waiting for someone to come and open the door (it was cold and raining boooo). They were nice and friendly - it just sucked we had no idea the front doors would be locked after such a long day. Got up to our room and opened the hide a bed to find broken chips on the blanket … no big deal it happens … opened the bed to put child to sleep - huge yellow stain as if someone had peed on top of the blanket because the bed hadn’t been slept in. There is no phone in the room and no one at the front desk so we had to google the number and call to ask for diff sheets. We got some diff sheets and did not want to switch rooms (that was offered to us but it was late and we were so tired) and the man who brought the diff bedding was very nice. I am just suggesting that staff check/change the beds even tho they don’t look like they have been slept in. The bathroom needs serious updates. However I think these are new owners so those will happen in time - bathroom was clean. Hotel room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and I can’t remember much about the tv other than past guests stayed logged in on streaming accounts so we watched some things on that for a few minutes before we went to bed.

The staff is very friendly and go way beyond usual service. We arrived early for our stay, but we’re welcomed in. I asked if there was a laundry I could use and Andrea said she would see we had it done. She arrived at our door, picked up the laundry and did the wash for us! We were very impressed. We would recommend a stay here.

This property is very old and unkept, resulting in an unpleasant overnight stay:
- room smelled musty and smoky upon entry; - window was dirty and had build-up of condensation between window pains, so unable to see clearly out the window;
- window did not have option to open so unable to get fresh air into the room during our stay;
- old, worn, dirty rugs;
- burn holes on chair;
- dark discolouration/appearance of mold growth along grout of tub tiles, as well as bacterial growth on ceiling.

Sadly, in the morning we woke up and discovered bed bugs of some sort on our pillows and under the blankets, at that point we gathered and flushed eight of them down the toilet. We had to check further and found food bits under the couch cushions, shaking the cushions, we were treated with a couple more bugs, there was not even blankets on the hide a bed matress. Animal and human hair on the queen bed top blanket. Very poor experience!

The hotel is in need of a complete makeover! The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Smelled very stale! The walls need paint, carpet needs cleaning, toilet kept running after each flush! The restaurant was closed due to ownership change we were told! Came outside to a homeless person sleeping rough on the corner! Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!
