I’m not a fan of nosy hotel. Booking it only when there is no other alternative. However everywhere you come to mods it looks the same and it’s clean. What I like is led lightning. Breakfast was also nice.
Rooms could be little bigger with bigger tables. Also here in KTW there’s was some racket from AC/heating fan that couldn’t be stopped. And it was not in just one room. That was really annoying and we were not able to have a good sleep.

The heating system doesnt work, itwas set to 23°C too hot to sleep in. We couldn't get it yo turn off or turn the temperature down. Ive called reception. Someone came up and said ghat they turned it off, but it wasnt it was still vety hot and we could hear the system on. My son and I couldn't sleep, my son was so tired he was sick in the morning. I would never stay at this hotel again, overpriced for what service you get.

No restaurant. Loopy idea of motion sensors that switch on lights under the bed whenever you get out of it, but is set off by any movement eg your duvet waving at it. Sign says you can switch it off but I never found the switch. Hotel should disable this as soon as possible.

A great, relaxed and trendy style hotel in a great location for the airport. Social areas and rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. Food availability is basic (microwave meals and some specials) so don't expect a high cuisine restaurant. Some very interesting 'ornaments' around to add a bit of interest!

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. There was something magical about the Moxy. This would be my highest compliment. I loved the food, the music, the atmosphere. The artwork, The hotel room. This hotel experience really felt futuristic. I wish I could stay at more of these types of hotels, Thank you Moxie for a really great experience, and wow, the proximity to the Katowice airport too.

Amazing from the beginning to the end of my stay. Perfect location, 3 minutes from the airport, after night and delayed flights. Since I get into the hotel the staff was very friendly and approachable, with very fast check in and giving me all the information I needed for my stay. The room as in other moxy hotels, was very clean, all the amenities necessaries and very comfy bed, nice pillows. Because I arrived late the kitchen was closed but I was offered other meals plus nice polish piwo. The location and hotel very quiet at night, good sleep. In the morning the breakfast was very good variety of cold and hot dishes. The check out was smooth. Overall it’s a perfect place to stay, even more than one night. The staff made my day after the long journey, I enjoyed my stay with them. Thanks

We are family with two kids (6 & 14) planned our Poland vacation ahead and due to our flight arrives Katowice very late (~12AM) we decided to chose this hotel based on it location (very close to the airport) and also due to it is 4* level hotel, so we expected good level of hosting and service.
We had ordered two rooms in the hotel about half year ahead and asked to locate our reserved rooms close each to other. during 5 months we didn't received any response. Only a month before our stay we resend our request to the marriott bonvoy (the club this hotel is belong) then we received the positive response on our request. But on arrival the girl in the lobby told us that the double and twin rooms could not be located close, so our small girl should sleep in the end of corridor while our double room is in the middle. It was very late so awe accepted the rooms. After we put our luggage to the rooms I wanted to buy the beer from the open hotel stall with snacks, but got answer from other girl in the lobby that they are in the 15 min break although stall with snacks was still opened.

We have been rippied off and forced to pay a fee to re-enter the room after they said that they had found a broken shelf in the bathroom. They forced us us to pay 700zt (235$CAD) and locked access to the room until we pay the fee. No manager on site to discuss the issue.

This is a fun place to stay that is close to the airport. The lobby has many comfortable choices for seating, provided games, and has a restaurant/bar/self service area where food and drink is available. The room is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a smart TV, motion sensing lighting, and a shower head that allows you to control the pressure and temperature. You walk a few minutes to get to the airport and the local bus options. The staff was very friendly and helped us with figuring out how to travel around the city. I only wish that I could rate this hotel better.

Hotel is brand new and short walk to the airport. Rooms are nice and very comfortable. Took a while to warm up my room so I got switched to another one. Staff is really helpful. Breakfast has good choices. The only issue is that the air in the room was tainted with the outside smog, which made my sinuses overreact and clog. People still burn coal in homes around and the smog somehow gets into the rooms. They can use better filtration system. Other than that it was excellent.
