The upstairs spa bath motel was well appointed clean and comfortable everything we needed with cooking was provided, we had e-bikes which we carted upstairs and stored outside on the balcony
Clean towels provided each day which we appreciated but didn’t expect

The room was dated and needs some attention. The bathroom configuration was awkward. With the massive tub, you had to maneuver around the vanity to access the toilet. Check in was at the hotel motel next door, which wasn't clear until you pulled into the parking lot that was very small and challenging to navigate. As well, the number of stalls did not seem to match the number of rooms - unless there were no guests requiring the accessible stalls.

I had a really enjoyable four night stay at The Westport Spa Motel. All of the motel staff were very friendly and provided valuable information on the local places of interest in the Westport area. The accommodation was very comfortable and the service excellent. The motel is close to the centre of Westport and is an easy drive to Carters Beach, Cape Foulwind and historic mining area of Dennison. I would recommend The Westport Spa Motel to anyone who just wants a few nights in the town or wishes to stay for a longer period to explore this area of the West Coast.

We were attended out of hours as we were late ,really appreciated.
Room was ok ,we checked out day early.rooms are bit outdated .Shower water pressure was very low.
Hand towels were not replaced they were re hung on the rail even though they were dirty .Bed wasn’t made .
Probably short staff !

Great spa soak!

True to its name, our room had a spa tub which was a welcome delight after several days of touring. The room was spacious. Hotel is well located to the Millenium Walk or Kawatiri Coastal Trail for walking or biking. Staff were helpful. Nice for overnight stay.

The bathroom in the handicapped unit had a bad odor and we didn't like the noise from the people walking around upstairs. We also could hear traffic outside-single glazed windows were installed. However, at least the room was clean. I've booked through Expedia - and we will never do it again. Due to unforseen circumstances (and my health), we stayed only 1 night and yet the owner He said that we had to pay for all 3 nights and said that Expedia had our details and would come after us., blah, blah, blah. We were too tired to argue. Never again will we ever go through a middle-man and/or stay at this motel. We will not recommend this motel to anyone. What a SCAM!!
