I was really impressed with the quality of furnishings and cleanliness. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed the rain shower head and size of the shower. Starting my morning with an Illy coffee was also great!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of The Shipyards. The location truly cannot be beat, you’re steps away from the waterfront, incredible restaurants, local shops, and the vibrant energy of Lower Lonsdale. It’s the perfect blend of scenic views and walkable convenience.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay special. The level of service felt thoughtful and personal, which made a lasting impression.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. You can tell they take great pride in their housekeeping standards. The space felt both luxurious and comfortable, making it easy to fully relax.
And the happy hour? Truly a highlight. Fantastic drinks, great atmosphere, and the perfect way to unwind after exploring the area.

Room was in good condition, but it would be recommended to have thicker duvets, and a smart TV for easier access to Netflix. Wifi was also slow and we had a hard time accessing chrome cast or connecting to the internet.

Everyone (FD, maint, hskg, houseman etc.) was so friendly and welcoming. The finishes at the hotel felt nice quality. Room was compact but all we needed. Bathroom and walk in shower was a nice space. Really enjoyed the breakfast package and glad we added that on. Extra special mention to our breakfast host, Eric. We would come back and stay again just because of his excellent service. Shout out to Krish at the front desk - he was very helpful when I called ahead about room information and had the best attitude when I checked in. He as well as everyone else were eager to help with recommendations and advice for everything we inquired about.

The restaurant on-site (S&P) had AMAZING food. Don’t overlook it if staying here, you can’t find anything better in the neighborhood.

Our room was bigger than anticipated and we had a cool view of the skating rink and a 45° side view to the water/downtown. Bed was comfy and bathroom was super clean. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed at the Seaside Hotel for one night during a work event, and while the staff were genuinely lovely and tried their best, the room itself had several issues that made the stay disappointing.

When we returned from working all day, the shower water was either freezing cold or suddenly scalding hot without touching the faucet. Someone came up right away and explained that we needed to turn on the sink faucets to regulate the shower temperature, which felt very odd. The next morning, the water took so long to heat up that we had to leave before we could even use it. The in-room steamer and coffee machine also never heated up.

The lighting in the room was very minimal, making it surprisingly hard to see or pack our things. The next day when we asked to store our bags for the day, we were told they’d be held inside. When we returned for them we were brought someone else's bags and then there was confusion where our bags were. Turned out they had been left in our car in the parking, something we had specifically asked them not to do for safely.

They did comp our parking and offered an upgrade for next time, which we appreciated, but for a $260 room, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’d stay again.

The receptionist at check in was great to speak to, and had good recommendations for activities to do during my vacation to Vancouver. The room was clean, and when we asked the cleaners to make our bed, they did a good clean, and folded our laundry that was left out.

This will be the hotel of choice for my next stay!

The pictures do not accurately portray that there is no lobby, no where for dogs to go to the bathroom, and the food is terrible!!!!!! You have no choice but to use the parking garage which is ridiculously over priced!!!

We had a great experience staying at the Seaside Hotel in North Vancouver. The Front Desk staff, especially Jason, was extremely helpful — he assisted us with using the cart to move all of our luggage from the parking garage to our room, and he also recommended several nearby restaurants and bars. We ended up going to one of his suggestions, South Castle, and loved it. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and everything met our expectations. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

What a lovely area to stay in. We had a beautiful harbour view, and being right next to the skating rink made the experience feel magical. Visiting in December was perfect — the Christmas market right outside the door was to die for. Joey’s Restaurant is just below the hotel, and there’s so much to access only a fingertip away.
The hotel itself is incredible. The in-house spa services were such a bonus, and truly, this has become one of my favourite hotels to date. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and convenience in the heart of North Vancouver.

Bathroom tap did not work at all, I ask reception if they were aware of the problem and they said \"yes, you have to keep trying and pushing it in to get it to work and I tried for 5 mins and still no running water.\" I was only there 1 night so I used the shower tap.

Amazing place to stay. Walkable and accessible. The Christmas Market is just literally downstairs and the Quay Market is just a few steps away. Staff are also friendly and accomodating.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

***Please note: Parking is just hard to find and expensive especially if you’re going on a weekend this time of the year. We paid $40 for 24 hours!
