We stayed at this hotel first time June 20th one night & we loved it. Hotel is very clean, room was very clean & staff at front desk were amazing. Check in time the guy was very nice and at check out time the Punjabi guy with turban didn’t get his name he was supper nice.
So we will be coming back whenever we go do our night out again.

On Friday night there was loud music at the Lonsdale Quay until 10pm. When we talked to the front desk next morning. They said there was no music. We won’t stay there again.

Parking is a bit hit & miss as it’s in shared public parking . Our registration was taken at check-in so you don’t get fined for parking however they got it wrong & day 1 we got a parking fine ! A trip to reception was needed to sort it but just felt hotel staff were a little careless . Otherwise pretty good & nice location near the water .

My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary at the Seaside Hotel and it was wonderful! The staff are lovely and super accommodating. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. I had the seafood linguine and it was very flavorful and fresh. My husband and I really enjoyed their cocktails. They are good and creative. Be mindful of parking. You must use valet and when you arrive, you’ll need to park at the loading zone and let them know you have arrived. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and cozy getaway

It was absolutely gorgeous!!! I was gifted an upgrade, by my surprise and what a gift it was. The ocean view suite was unmatched. Beautiful views, fabulous restaurants and all amenities steps away!!! I am sold and will stay on my many trips to North Vancouver.

Our stay at Seaside was great. From the very beginning until we departed, each staff member was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms, lobby and restaurant were all very clean. We opted to have breakfast included in our stay, which was a great value.
The hotel is located right on the shipyard pier and is an easy commute to downtown via the seabus.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a Vancouver trip.

Very conducive for staycations, especially if you love being by the water. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There’s plenty to see and do around the area, especially since there are always some kind of event along the Shipyards. I keep coming back because the experience is consistently enjoyable.

Convenient location in North Vancouver - easy to get to hiking trails and downtown Vancouver. Hotel promotes a contactless experience but all staff were friendly and accommodating. The deluxe king room wasn’t big but was well appointed. Bathroom was large and with plenty of storage space. Bathrobe provided was bizarrely small!

I stayed here first for 2 days. At first I thought the cost was a bit high for room size, however, it is a major city and like all Hong Kong, New York etc., quality rooms are more costly. On the last day of my trip I stayed one additional night. The hotel gave me an upgrade which was simply phenomenal. The view was great. Obviously the room and bathroom were very big and had many amenities. Overall all 3 nights the bed was great and very restful. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seaside Hotel, and would stay again if travelling in and around Vancouver. We can't say enough about the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. That includes those working in reception, the restaurant, cleaning and maintenance staff. My husband and I have agreed this is the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. It remained absolutely spotless for our 5 day stay. The complimentary robes and slippers were a nice touch, too.

The Seaside Hotel's location is excellent surrounded by a myriad of restaurants, shops, large children's play area, and many outdoor seating options with an incredible view of the harbour. The Sea Bus dock & bus terminal are within easy walking distance. It is just a short drive to the Capilano & Grouse Mountain attractions, too.

The only amenity that we missed having in our room was a microwave oven, but with the many other pluses mentioned above that wasn't the end of the world!

This is a lovely hotel with an awesome location on the waterfront in Lonsdale Quay. Modern room, spotlessly clean, well thought out design, quiet with a comfortable bed. Lovely quality linens and in room amenities. Safe, secure and convenient parking garage with elevator access to hotel. Great area to walk about with art galleries, a large thriving indoor market with various food choices and fun shops. The breakfast menu at the hotel restaurant (Provisions) was a bit limited; perhaps the focus was more on dinner as it was an Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant with an amazing view of the harbor and downtown Vancouver, just steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend. This will be our new favorite hotel whenever visiting Vancouver.

Very modernized,bright hotel in a fabulous location. Room was huge (corner room, had all the right amenities, huge soaker tub and huge walk in shower, 2 sinks in the bathroom). Only thing we weren't crazy about were the taps and shower handles. Took us a while to figure out how to use them. Everything is modernized and controlled by switches. Parking was easy, fabulous hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

The location truly cannot be beat, you’re steps away from the waterfront, incredible restaurants, local shops, and the vibrant energy of Lower Lonsdale. Everyone (FD, maint, hskg, houseman etc.) was so friendly and welcoming. The finishes at the hotel felt nice quality. Room was compact but all we needed. Bathroom and walk in shower was a nice space. Really enjoyed the breakfast package and glad we added that on. Extra special mention to our breakfast host, Eric. We would come back and stay again just because of his excellent service.
