Everything was neat and spotless the bathroom and shower were very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and extra sheets smelled fresh and well-maintained, making it an overall wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in sister hotel a few steps away was plentiful with good variety. Short walk to station and close to nice food and drink. Recommend Dolfin restaurant. About 25/30 minute walk to St Marco Square but a lovely walk and nice to stop for some refreshments along the way.

We had a great stay. 6 of us met up in Venice for a day before traveling to cortina for the Olympics. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and patient. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I picked this hotel because of the convenient location next to the bus station. It made an early exit from town super easy.

We arrived a bit late BUT the staff ensured we could have a late mid-afternoon lunch/early supper at a restaurant next door, even though they were closing soon! The room was beautiful as advertised, clean but more than clean it was pristine and crisp. The water in the fridge was a nice touch, along with the nice views of the canal. There’s plenty of dinning nearby, shops are touristy, I realized that most of the shops and areas I wanted were on the other side of the islands. However I still loved this hotels location due to it being so close to the train station with my short stay to head to my next city. The air conditioning was okay, I like a cold room and could that the room stayed luke warm. It was better to open my windows and have the cold air come in throughout the night. The woman in the day at check in seemed a little tough, however she is very sweet and let me store my luggage while I had 8 hours before my train left. I was able to have a whole day just eating, and walking around Venice without struggling around with my luggage. The other male attendants are the desk were ehhh, they kept calling me George (not my name) and it was frustrating when I was tired and wanted to just get to my room to sleep. Leaving the key at the desk is a little annoying especially with other guests checking in, checking out, and asking questions. One day I was so annoyed I ended up taking my key with me because I was just going to dinner around the corner and waited 20 minutes but the desk member was with another family helping them. Overall I loved the room.

The hotel is well placed if you arrive at the bus station from Marco Polo airport. The grand canal is very close by and you can walk to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Piazza in about 15 to 20 minutes. Hotel staff were more than helpful on several occasions. Our room was not large but well appointed, very clean, comfortable bed, and had an updated and very clean bathroom. You can opt for a bigger room for additional costs. We opted for breakfast in our booking and a sister hotel 'Olympia\" a few steps away - it was a fabulous buffet suiting all tastes.

It's a lovely hotel, located in a very convenient area- close to water taxi's, bridges and the people mover to Tronchetto (which was great for us as we were heading out on a cruise). The location is great for going anywhere around Venice- we walked all over the city our first day. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. The room was very comfortable and had great air con. The front desk staff when we checked in were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly stay here ahain!

Our only challenge was that the shower was set up such that you couldn't help but get water all over the bathroom floor each time someone used it. This is a cute and well-kept hotel with an elevator and a breakfast buffet included at the sister hotel two doors down. The location is a bit farther from the main tourist attractions but still convenient with lots of food options around. The bus station with buses to the airport is across the street. We were only here for one night but would have been happy to stay for longer.

This property is located very close to the train station and bus station for easy airport travel. It was right on a small canal and very charming! There were many restaurants around the property, but while it was an extremely pleasant walk, it was still a long walk into the main tourist areas. The room was the perfect size for my family of four, very clean, and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the rooms were very nice! We were there for 2 nights before a cruise out of Ravenna. The hotel helped set up a private van for 4 of us from the airport to the hotel. The driver was awesome and helped us to the hotel and then it was a short walk to the people mover at Tronchetto to get the the cruise line shuttle bus on te day of the cruise. The breakfast next door was good and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a quick 1 night stay here. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early after a long flight from the US. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and easy to get to. Very clean. Rooms were small but what you would expect. Easy walk to all the sights and restaurants. This hotel was charming and wonderful. It was nice to be able to be so close to transit options while being on a canal close to some nice restaurants.
Only issues i have are thay the doors are thin and you can hear everything outside in the hallway and even in other rooms. It wasnt really that big of an issue as everyone was quiet, but you never know.

Excellent location with very friendly staff. Room was a good size with a canal view. Close to train station. Walkable to everywhere. The only negative was the shower. There was no curtain and it was impossible to regulate the water temp. It kept alternating between very hot to very cold no matter how you tried to get it a consistent temp.

Less than ten minutes to hotel from station but there are stairs. But there are stairs everywhere. Could get into our room early. Staff fabulous. Could not help enough. Half an hour walk from St Marks Square but you get to see a lot of Venice’s small streets along the way. But be prepared to get lost - part of the adventure. Breakfast at sister hotel next door was fabulous - even Prosecco to start your day off.

This is literally steps from the people mover/airport drop off area! Walk to bridge and turn right. It’s right there. So convenient . The staff was so friendly. The rooms are smalllllllll but adorable. This is NOT wheelchair accessible at all if you are looking for that. From here we walked for hours in all directions. Beautiful!!!

Hotel Arlecchino is a great hotel - we were less than ten minute walk from the train station and less than five minute walk from the vaporetto, meaning we could take public transportation everywhere we went. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in Venice. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Venice.

Amazing little hotel right next to bus station (land buses) for an easy transfer from the airport and a handy water bus stop close by, perfect for exploring.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff, very quaint and authentic Venice building which was very clean.
