The room was located close to all amenities shopping takeaway and restaurants and situated right on the main road into the CBD.
Staff was efficient friendly and helpful also parking in front of the room was spacious enough. All up was a great location to stay.

Bed springs were broken, had terrible back pain sleeping on an angle, after paying extra for king bed.

The walls were completely covered in a film of fury dust and limited cutlery utensils and the basic eg, coffee, sugar ect were out of date with holes in them.

Overall for the price for the one night stay, one would expect a lot more professionalism for the price charged.

Weekend Getaway in Bundy

Great Motel to come and go from as visiting family in Bundy. Bed was comfortable and room clean and tidy. Will stay again.

The cheaper rates are what attracted us compared to the other motels which are extremely overpriced for what that (don't) have to offer. Most are very tired and in desperate need of renovations in Bundy.

This motels rooms have had a reno at some stage and are more modern and very clean. Recommend staying.

The under cover parking area, which is also your room entry was very dull and old fashioned. I was quite shocked actually. It needs a fresh coat of white paint and removal of the plastic chairs.

Room 30 is situated in a very awkward position in terms of parking. It is a nightmare.

I arrived at 7pm and was unable to submit a breakfast request.

The place was advertised as having free WIFI which is essential for me as a travelling worker. This was not the case and I was unable to access my email account etc.

The exterior was rundown. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been somewhat renovated. The room had a decent bathroom with great water pressure. There was no hairdryer in room as stated in description which was an inconvenience. One very thin pillow per person which I found uncomfortable and made it uncomfortable to sit up in the bed. Was to scared to use the aircon. The sticker on it said it was last serviced 2015. It may have been serviced since then but it didnt look clean inside. We had unannounced visitors it the form of cockroaches, 3 of them which we saw and killed. One was at least 6cm long. Time to do some pest control. Staff were very nice.

Very disappointed in the standard of unit for price paid,the units seem to have been neglected for a long time carpets are all stained,mould in bath room paint work very tired needing painting and cleaning,also smoke alarm covered up with plastic bag.
The complex is very tired and well overdue for a complete make over .

The rooms where very clean and if you stay in alot of places and move beds you will understand what i mean there was no dust under the beds. For overnight stays or longer they are comfortable size rooms. Management and staff where very pleasant and helpful, my wife had to check out with a child and the front counter person came to the car to collect the keys so she did not have to get our 2yr old out of car.

We liked the spaciousness...we did not like the toilet roll holder falling off the wall...the blind did not work and had to be rolled up and down by hand...there was no tea towel...TV too small...chairs were comfortable

We arrived an hour early to check in and instead of the reception asking us to come back in a hours time she huffed and puffed and threw the pages she had in her hand on the counter mumbling that we were to early. Pool green, no microwave, no toaster, bed mattress as hard as a rock. Would never come back.

Parking was tight. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. No microwave. Staff helpful . Swimming pools dirty. One full of leaves and the other slippery and slimy. Management advised on departure. Wi-fi did not work. Would try again and see if pool and wi-fi problems remedied.

No restaurant open at the motel ovee rhe weekend. Attached to Country Comfort Motel as you booked in therre to then drive to New Bert Hinkler Motel.which ihas a different entrance. Room was very big and spacous, very clean.

Loved that I could park at the door to my room. Room quite spacious. Comfy beds. Everything worked. Carpet had marks/stains near doorway and kettle a little grubby. Otherwise, room, bathroom, bed and linens clean. Air conditioner too small to cool effectively, so found it hard to sleep. Bar fridge freezer too small to fit my ice brick, which I need to keep my medications cool while travelling. Lovely gardens. No road noise despite being in room nearest main road. Would stay here again.

the room was stuffy and smelled of old moldy carpet that hadnt been let to dry after the last clean.
the shower had calcified build up on shower head and the shower door. shower floor leaked in corner. Dirt and grime around windows. noisey exhaust fan above the shower. mould present on front door sign. no screen on window able to be left open to air the room out.

The fridge was half the size of a bar fridge. Bed too soft, very worn. TV was so small it was better to use our laptop to watch a movie.
Parking had our car parked right up against the neighbouring unit’s smoking table and had to move table to access back if our car.
To check in we had to walk through the property to another motel property behind it. Hard to find at night.
This property is all about getting your money and providing bare minimum in return.

Disappointing.
Grounds/gardens unkempt, tired (old/cracked) vinyl covered couch not appropriate in Qld climate (sweaty), abysmal WiFi signal strength, outdoor seating not cleaned - water pooling and road dust.
A bit of a Jekyll & Hyde complex. Two establishments under one management regime, sharing some facilities?
Really needs a make-over.
