The view was excellent, plenty of space in the villa, inside the villa needs a lot of renovation, and the cabinets are all broken, the shutters in the windows are all broken, the bed needs to be replaced needs a new couch and also needs to update the kitchen, underneath the sink was all flooded with water. The toilet is so old-fashioned needs to be replaced. The staff were all very nice and very polite and very helpful.

Very disappointing stay. The villa was extremely run down and did not match the photos or description shown online. It was advertised as fully air-conditioned, but this was not the case, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

The downstairs area had a strong unpleasant smell, and the downstairs shower was in very poor condition. The overall atmosphere of the villa felt creepy and uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking, and overall the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this property to other travellers unless significant improvements are made. Please read reviews carefully before booking.

Rooms were infested with insects,and millipedes,moulds under the kitchen sink and pillows ,we spent more time cleaning than enjoying our stay .
Washing machine not working,not proper instructions on the wall.
We ended up using only 1 room since no we were not bothered to get rid of the insect issue.
I would like a full refund with an apology.
Not up to standard.

We have been to this property pre Covid-19 and had a lovely time. This visit was horrible. The accomodation we stayed in had finger marks all over the fridge & other surfaces. I asked a staff to clean it, she came back with a dry cloth to wipe. I was horrified and said for her to get disinfectant cleaning product. She said to me, we don’t have any, I had to say how are you guys running this place with such poor cleaning standard and charging premium rate. I told her to talk to the manager and get disinfectant. No one came back to attend to our request. This made me feel really uneasy in the accomodation. This made me look all around the accomodation. The tv had dirty spill mark, master bedroom basin had pieces of shaved hair. The bathroom rubbish bin had a layer of dust on it. The outside of the toilet bowl was dirty with dry water marks and dirt. The shower box glass was really dirty. It was so disgusting we visited family and only went to sleep instead of enjoying the accomodation. When we checked out we mention all the above to the office staff. The reply I got was I’ll let the cleaning staff now about this.

I booked the Marina unit through Expedia as the photos looked quiet and relaxing. And I needed a place for some quiet time with nature - close to water and secluded from other cabins.
Due to late arrival (after 9pm), I was upgraded to a studio room in the main villa which had all the amenities for a stay. But not close to nature and seclusion that I wished for.
Dreamview villa took in consideration my request to use the Marina unit and I was able to spend a day there.

My only recommendation is that it would be helpful during booking to be advised of early arrival request for Marina and Seaside units. As I would be happy to have come early and stayed my entire stay at the Marina unit.

The hospitality and care from the staff and manager were exceptional. And the quiet waters and surrounding hills of West Fiji was well worth the trip.

This property is located on top of a hill. It has a superb location with views all around.

However, there is an infestation of millipedes around and in the property. The owners have failed to disclose this important fact and continue to do so.

Our bed and room both were infested with millipedes.
Around 1 am, millipedes were crawling in our bed. We could not sleep the whole night. It was a nightmare. We removed both sheets and found more millipedes in the bed. No where to go at 1am, my gf and I took turns sleeping while the other kept a watch.

Definitely not a spot for vacationers if you hate bugs.

Seaside Bach in far away from the actual villas. Dirty with lots of misquotes and centipede. Horrible road condition. Car can't go to the Bach. Have to carry your luggage for few kms. Unprofessional management. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

The view was excellent. Inside was all dirty, bathroom needs renovation, stove needs to be replaced just to make tea it took us good 45 minutes. Furniture needs to be replaced. Window blinds all falling apart. So much ants in the kitchen.Bedroom furniture and bed covers were filthy dirty.

Spectacular view and comfortable villa

Dream Villas is a real gem. And the views are spectacular. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and parents and we all loved it so much and wished we had booked additional nights. We instantly felt at home and felt like we had our own space unlike when we are in a hotel. The villa has everything we needed except for basic food items which we had to buy - which is completely fine given that it’s a self contained villas. We were able to wash our clothes and just relax with a sensational view. It felt like a private little getaway.
The pool was also a massive hit.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly rate this place and would recommend booking at least 5 nights to really unwind.

Beautiful views, beautiful property . Could use some upkeep and and maintenance in some areas ie bathrooms. A big down fall for us was aircon only being in the bedrooms. We were thus unable to make good use of the whole villa as it was way TOO hot. The manager informed us they obly recently came to manage this property so were very open and accepting of all feedback and reassured us they were getting ontomaintenance issues , great communication and quick to attempt to remedy any situation . Thank you ! We look forward to returning and aircon throughout the villa 😀

Just the room as restaurant have but need to order day before to eat food we did but had to eat in room as bring it to room without asking we have in room not restaurant ok and put sugar in my coffee without asking I thought comes on side so never said but should ask and pool is not for kids it’s only made for adults but the view and rooms ♥️♥️ perfect place to stay and not that far from town shopping restaurant
