It's clean, good value, located near the train station and pretty nice inside. WiFi was reliable. Super helpful staff also, who let us put our bike in the bike room. Perfect for what we needed.

Direkt am Landshuter Hauptbahnhof gelegen, ist das Ibis Hotel der ideale Ausgangspunkt, da auch die Bushaltestellen nur 2 min fußläufig entfernt sind. Trotz der Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig.
Die Mitarbeitenden im Hotel sind sehr, sehr freundlich und bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Das Hotel ist noch recht neu. Daher sind die Zimmer natürlich alle sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und auch ich als Veganerin hatte genügend Auswahl.

Werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Personal an der Rezeption beim Check out sehr unprofessionell. Beim Bett sollte mal Topper und Matratze getauscht werden, man lag in einem Loch, was für den Rücken unpraktisch ist.

Das Zimmer ist super bequem und schön eingerichtet. Die Preise sind sehr gut, wenn man weit im voraus bucht. Ich hatte ein Geschenk für einen Freund dabei und wollte es an der Rezeption abgegeben, damit er es beim auschecken bekommt, leider hat das nicht geklappt. Es war auch nicht möglich es einfach in sein Zimmer stellen zu lassen. Schade.

Gutes Hotel neben dem Bahnhof

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen, wenn man mit den ÖV reist und zu Fuss kommt man gut in die Altstadt. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Vom Bahnhof oder der Strasse hörte man nichts. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und hatte einiges an Auswahl. Leider konnten wir bei der Ankunft keine gute halbe Stunde vorher ins Zimmer, da die Check -In Zeit noch nicht gegeben war

Während nicht selten bei Hotels höherer Kategorie entweder rein zufällig am Tag der Anreise der Aufzug gewartet wird, die Klimaanlage defekt ist oder der Pool repariert werden muss, funktionierte hier ALLES! Bekam ein ruhiges Zimmer, alles intakt und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war bezüglich Qualität und Aufbereitung eine positive Überraschung. Kostenfreie Parkplätze ok, Laufweg zur Innenstadt ca. 10 Minuten ok.
Nicht OK: sehr laute Türen, auch im Treppenhaus. Diese müssen mal justiert werden, da sie echt knallen, wenn man sie nicht manuell leise schließt (was die wenigsten machen). Nach ca. 2 Minuten Duschzeit hat der Abfluss es nicht mehr geschafft und das Wasser stieg an in der Dusche. Ergo: Duschunterbrechung für 1 Minute :-(

Parken kostet 5€ pro Tag extra. Das ist ganz schlecht. Das Hotel kann nichts für die Lautstärke, die einige Zeitgenossen nachts um 3:00 Uhr auf der Straße verursachen. Dass das Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt wurde, ist allerdings ziemlich armselig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer gut, das Personal rar, wenn anwesend aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Insgesamt war ich zufrieden!

Mit Hindernissen ins Zimmer

Ich kam gegen 22:20 Uhr in Landshut
an.Ich musste die Hotline anrufen.Leider dauerte es eine gute 1/2 h bis sich eine Mitarbeierin meldete.Zudem bekam ich immer zu einen Anrufbeantworter. Dann fand die Mitarbeierin meinen Namen nicht.Ich war unter Herr ..eingetragen,obwohl ich eine Frau bin.Wir brauchten,dann nochmal gute 20 min,bis ich ins Zimmer kam.Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.Da Bett war bequem.

Klobrille kaputt, Zimmer stinkt nach Rauch
Checkinn bis 22 Uhr. Auf der Website steht, dass man sich bis 21 Uhr beim Hotel melden soll. 90 Minuten geht niemand an das Telefon. Familienfeier abgebrochen, um zum Hotel zu fahren. Hotelmitarbeiter erklärt, er habe an def Bar arbeiten müssen.
