This overwhelmed my expectation. Everything was perfect. Staff went out of their way for everything for us, they spoke great English, rooms felt new and very clean, the cleaners were so nice and good, restaurant was so good and great service, price was amazing, walkable. Can’t say enough good. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

The pictures looked good on the Hotel's website, but when we went in the room, there was cockroaches and no soap what so ever. The outside balcony door and the bathroom door was handing for dear life and underneath the bed was big dust accumulation. In the morning for breakfast was put in the downstairs part, where there was visible mold in the paint and falling paint chips that are on the old furniture. The breakfast meat & cheeses were not cold and very limited in selection on breads, which was almost solid. We did not eat dinner once there, and we ate elsewhere for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Hotel staff was limited when we checked out and we notified them of the issues when we checked in, and they were surprised on the condition of the room. They did respond quickly, but in future travel to the area, will stay somewhere else. Have pictures of the condition of the room, but out of respect to the establishment, not posting.

We arrived around 9 pm to the hotel, and found out that no rooms are available, even though we have booked this hotel few months in advance. Even though the front desk person was nice, apologize and provide us with sandwiches for the morning, the hotel they have found for us to stay overnight was terrible: no shampoo or shower gel, no breakfast.

We were taking the morning flight from Munich airport and chose to stay at this hotel. The room is VERY basic. The room that we were allocated has recently been renovated. Sheets are very clean. There's a TV although I didn't turn it on. There is no kettle, microwave or anything like that. Just a room.

Room was clean and comfortable, but location was not great. Also, they state that the check-in will be open until 11 pm, but when I arrived at 10 pm, it was already closed.

Selten so schmutzige Zimmer gesehen. Das erste uns zugeteilte Zimmer konnten wir nicht akzeptieren aufgrund des versifften Kopfteils des Betts. Das nächste Zimmer war diesbzgl. zwar etwas besser, aber dass man gelegentlich Staub im Bad und Zimmer entfernt, scheint sich dort nicht herumgesprochen zu haben. Insgesamt runtergekommene, lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer.

Rezeption ist selten besetzt. Frühstück sehr spärlich. Teilweise kein W-LAN auf dem Zimmer. Fernseher nur 3 Programme!!! Fernbedienung wurde nach 2 erst nach 2x nachfragen die Batterie getauscht. Shampoo war bei Ankunft leer. Insgesamt unterer Durchschnittlich. Das Hotel liegt dennoch sehr verkehrsgünstig und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Kopfkissen sind ausgeleiert und klumpig. Glücklicherweise wurden uns nach Reklamation andere gebracht.Es fehlt ein Schrank, das Regal ist unzureichend für Kleidung, die über einen Tag hinausgeht.Im Bad fehlt eine Ablage für die Kulturtasche(n).Es gab nur ein Duschtuch, zu wenig wenn man sich auch mal die Haare waschen möchte.

Because of the Volksfest the kitchen was closed for 4 days. No information beforehand! Also a party on Saturday: till 04:45 very loud music. Did not sleep one moment: terrible experience. Also very unfriendly and unpleasant arrogant personal. If we knew this beforehand we never had booked this..

Aufenhalt ok aber mit Abstrichen

Hinterhofzimmer mit Blick auf die Küche und Lüftungslärm. Zimmer war kalt da der Heizkörper abgedreht war. Gutes Bett aber Kopfkissen ganz dünn. Tisch und Fernseher schlecht platziert. Die Toilette direkt hinter der Badezimmertüre, dadurch kommt man beim aufmachen der Türe immer an der Klomuschel an. Lange Wartezeiten bei der Essensbestellung im Restaurant aber wollten schon das Getränk wissen obwohl man noch nicht mal richtig beim Tisch gesessen ist. Die Kellnerin die uns dann bedient hatte war aber sehr freundlich. Essen, Trinken und Preis Leistung waren vollkommen ok.
Frühstück war ausreichend aber es wurde nicht kontrolliert ob noch alles da ist. Kaffee und Rührei haben wir dann aber nach Anfrage bekommen. Die Dame beim Frühstück scheint kein Morgenmensch zu sein.

Unzuverlässig

Unser reserviertes Zimmer war belegt. Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel verwiesen welches angeblich nur 10 Minuten entfernt sei, jedoch letztendlich waren es 25 Minuten. Dort wurden wir sehr frostig empfangen und erhielten nicht das gewünschte und gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Nicht Empfehlenswert!!!!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett und die Matratzen waren hervorragend, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, war alles dabei was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht bis auf das Brot, da gab es leider nur zwei verschiedene Brötchen. sonst war alles echt Top. wir würden auf alle Fälle dieses Hotel wieder besuchen wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend sind.
