Excellent room, friendly staff, breakfast was wonderful with fresh squeezed orange juice and made to order omelets. The S bahn was one minute a way and it was a 10 minute walk to lovely downtown.

The staff at this hotel was bar none, the best I have EVER encountered. They were friendly, hospitable, and really understood what it means to make people comfortable. Boboev and Christian were THE BEST! They went above and beyond! The coffee was free and some of the best I've ever had. The hotel itself was so beautiful. We cannot wait to come back...WITH FRIENDS!

I felt that I was mislead be the listing for this hotel on Travelocity's website for hotels near the Munich airport. It listed \"Shuttle Service Included\". It was not! I had to pay 50 Euros to get to the hotel from the airport and another 50 Euros to get back to the airport the next morning. When I asked about it they said there was \"no shuttle service\"!!! I was stuck and had to pay. The main reason I selected this hotel was because of the shuttle service. I would like to be reimbursed for the shuttle service. False advertisement!

Needs some serious updating

Unfortunately, this place was a bit disappointing. The staff were nice, but the place is really run down and truly doesn’t deserve the 4-star title anymore. The entire place needs a makeover. The rooms were ok, but again run down and the AC wasn’t working in several rooms (we learned this from other guests who had already moved rooms twice, so we didn’t even bother). To cool the room down, we had to open the balcony doors at night, but that meant no sleep because it was very noisy outside (people driving their cars at high speed through town).

Overall, I would not recommend this place, especially for longer stays. Find something newer or renovated away from the main roads.

We had an overnight stay and the staff was very accommodating in getting us an early Check in since my husband was under the weather. He slept most of the day and was happy to have a nice room to rest.. I explored Erding and was pleasantly surprised at what a charming little town it is.

We stayed at this hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are very nicely decorated and beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Great location across the street from the train station so we took a train into Munich. Very easy. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again.

Upscale property walkable to airport terminals with large comfortable rooms, wonderful ($$$) buffet breakfast, & indoor pool/spa/sauna. Elevator on east wing is being renovated—to minimize the feeling one is using a freight elevator, I suggest management place a throw rug and some potted plants or some other welcoming decor in the landings on each floor in the interim. As Hilton members, we had to request our complimentary water bottles and bathrobes after checking in and did not get our requested wake-up call, so have a backup plan! But for the convenience of being right at the airport for early morning flights, this is a great choice.

Comfortable, quiet, clean—in a convenient location

This place is clean, comfortable and convenient to MUC—München airport. The staff is very friendly and informative. We stayed here on the first and last nights of our two-week trip. We were delighted to find out that the town of Erding is picturesque and easy to explore on foot. It offers picturesque and historical sites and many restaurants, bakeries and shops. Would stay here again any time I fly into Munich.

Loved the location. Was close to the MUC airport. Had air conditioning that was perfect during the hot, humid weather. The parking garage under the hotel had an elevator that allowed for easy access to the get my luggage to my room. Although good, the breakfast was a bit pricy.

Easy walking distance to lots of eating places and shops. Love the balconies. Lovely to sit and listen to local church bells. Nice to have free snacks in reception area.

Very comfortable place. Breakfast is wonderful. I loved the rooms with an outside balcony. The shuttle is €40 cash to Munich airport. Very convenient. Restaurant is closed on Mondays BUT heaps of lovely eating places within walking choices within an easy and beautiful walk from the hotel. Lovely to have pre packaged cakes and flavoured water freely available in reception. Super comfortable bed and room.

We stayed in Erding the last night of our trip mainly because it was close to the airport. The room was top quality, and there were always coffee and snacks available in the lounge. Parking in the underground garage was convenient and inexpensive, and there is also free parking generally available in a lot across the street. The downtown area is a close walk away and very pleasant.

Great hotel prior to departures

Are snives stayed before flying out on a national international the next morning. We like to stay close to the airport and it’s a good it’s a good town to stay in. We found this hotel and found it to be very comfortable and really enjoyed it our check-in was very pleasant the girl was very sweet we were able to park right in front of the hotel across the street free overnight and walked drove downtown to the center to have dinner even though it was a Sunday night there was plenty of restaurants open and very enjoyable.

Unless you have a reason to be in the area, then do not choose this location. It’s not close to the airport so be prepared to spend 60-80 euro getting to and from. No Ubers are available so you’re at the mercy of taxi drivers’ surprise fares. I regret choosing this location. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Waiter smells like an astray. Food seems questionable.

I loved this hotel, staff was very nice & helpful in every way. Breakfast buffet very good. It is walking distance in a beautiful village to cinema, Italian restaurant, Bavarian restaurant, shopping, banks, train and bus station. Very scenic village with a river running thru it, close to Therme Erding which is an amazing spa and water park of huge dimension & variety. Not too far for a day trip to Munich. My favorite hotel of the 3 I stayed at in Germany.

Great room, very modern and clean. Super friendly staff at the reception. I inquired before hand and received a lot of help. Car parking is easy and free opposite hotel and free. The hotel also offers an in-house parking garage for EUR 7.50 per day. The only not so pleasant observation was that the supervisor lady is not treating her staff nicely

Good hotel close to airport

We chose the hotel because we didn’t want to drive through Munich before our flight. It’s a lovely town with some great places to eat nearby. The parking at the Hotel was not free but there was a free parking lot across the street. Our Apple TV in the room did not work, but the TV worked fine and the staff came to the room to try to fix it for us. They couldn’t get it to work, but they were very nice. If you don’t pay for breakfast (we didn’t) there are restaurants and cafe’s nearby.

After my fourth stay here, I keep coming back for the smaller town charm, great variety of restaurants, and an amazing town center. Of couse this town is where Erdinger Beer is made.

Quality Hotel in excellent location

Staff were extremely helpful, providing suggestions for restaurants and getting us train schedules and tickets. The train to central Munich only took 45 minutes and the station was within a block of the hotel. Rooms were excellent with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and large windows. The welcome message on the TV and cake were a nice touch.

This hotel is our favorite spot when we travel to and from Munich. We tend to make the hotel our first stop after arriving in Germany to recoup from the jet lag. The hotel is in a quite location perfect to get that first night rest. The heart of the city centre is minutes away by foot where one can find good food and drink at various locations (from traditional German to Greek and Japanese dining).

Transportation was not as easily discerned as stated. Options: 27 Euro Hotel Shuttle;
Cab again around 27 Euro; Train 12Euro but requires transfer in downtown Munich.
MVV Bus # 512 to Erding 5.6 Euro.(easiest but leaves only q 40 minutes ride is 35 min).
Hotel itself is very user friendly. Large room. Great bed. Coffee/tea in room. Interesting lighting. Lovely staff. No hair conditioner, all purpose soap pump in bath/shower. Body lotion. 15 Euro breakfast rudimentary. a few late night options.

No exercise room. Good free wifi for more than 1 device. Nice little alcove with free water, but mundane view. Not luxury but very pleasant. Gorgeous countryside.

Extremely close to rail station and bus terminus.

Building work going on behind the hotel so if you want a lie in, ask for a quiet room.
