The hotel does not have an airport shuttle anymore. Staff was very helpful to book a taxi to airport but the taxi driver was very rude and drop me somewhere between the terminals. I had to walk in the rain with my luggage

My towels were dirty. I booked this place specifically because a shuttle was mentioned and when I got there they informed that there was no more shuttle. I did receive a message saying that the cost for a shuttle would be €10 and nothing happened. There was no phone in my room to reach out to the front desk about the towels. Breakfast was very limited, not worth the cost I paid for.

Typical of European hotels, efficient, clean and differently decorated. Breakfast was exceptional!! Lots of choices and great coffee machines!! Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful!! Will stay again if we travel to Munich and need an airport hotel! There was a really good Italian restaurant directly across the parking lot that had great food and service!! Highly recommend if staying in this particular hotel, for dinner.

We had only 1 short night stay after late arrival at Munich airport and the basics needed were covered. However, my husband had to go to reception and asked for extra pillows and bath towel even though my booking was for 3 guests, we were only provided 2 sets. The rooms and doors were in pink ;) and room size was rather small. We liked and appreciated the bathroom floor heating. Breakfast was basic continental style and was sufficient to refuel before we leave. Check out was key drop which was convenient. Shuttle transport provided by hotel was a little too expensive (€10 one way), regardless of children's age. So we took uber instead. Location is near airport, not really an airport hotel where we could just walk over conveniently from arrival hall. No amenities nearby hotel vicinity so best to get own food and drinks at airport supermarket before heading over. Hotel lobby provides some snacks and drinks for purchase.

We stayed here once before and found the same poor service. But felt perhaps it was just an off day. My advise… pay a little more and go to a hotel that will treat you as customer.

Some staff were friendlier and explained check in and airport shuttle better than other staff. Hotel room needed a paint job. Overall, hotel was good. Bed was comfy but pillows are hotel pillows...not the best. I didnt eat breakfast but seemed to be a wide selection. It was right across the street from an amazing Italian restaurant. I would stay here again, if Im ever back in Munich area.

The hotel was basically okay. However there was a high pitched whining noise in my room that woke me up. It was about 2:30 am. I went downstairs and the mgr on duty came up heard the noise and gave me another room to sleep in but I had a very early flight and my night was totally interrupted. The shittle service was 10 Euros and the driver was kind of rude and we were just dropped off w no idea where to go. Just overall a not great experience...

The hotel claimed to have an airport shuttle, but apparently it only went in the morning and at night. the shuttle stop at the airport hard to find, we were waiting there in the middle of the day not knowing that until got a taxi. the price for the taxi was the same as for the shuttle after all.

A day time employee helped us with the parking meter but there penalities for coming and going. The room had no space to put a suitcase. You could not use TV to mirror the phone. The front desk would take smoke breaks together so there would be no one at the front desk to help. It was clean and quiet with a good breakfast but that is about it. Die Zimmer sind sauber und absolut ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise des Münchener Flughafen. Die Flugzeuge startet direkt über den Hotel, dies ist aber in den Zimmer kaum zu hören und ist absolut nicht störend. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle von der man in 10 Minuten am S-Bahnhof ist. Ein Supermarkt sowie die Bushaltestelle einer anderen Buslinie die zum S-Bahnhof fährt sind direkt die Straße runter.
In der Bar befindet sich eine kleine Bar an der man auch zur späten Stunde noch Drinks bekommt. Frühstück gibt es dort auch. The room is bare minimum. Nothing extra to rave about. The staff looks like students. It took awhile to wait for check in. The air conditioning works good and even if it was cool I had to use the air conditioner. The room smells stuffy so I had to open the windows for sometime. Airport shuttle doesn’t work all times. when I got in at 1 pm I waited and took a taxi instead only to be informed by staff that driver is off from 12 pm to 5pm. The hotel is near a pizza place, and walking distance to 2 supermarkets.

The shuttle to the airport, which in the US is a courtesy shuttle cost 10 Euros per person for a ride of alproximately 3 miles.The room itself was very small contained one chair at a corner shelf, needless to say there was no coffee maker in the room. There was a breakfast buffet which could be purchased. The hotel is located in a business area.on the outskirts of the town.

Everything was flawless, from check in to the shuttle they offer to the airport, the information was super clear. The staff at the Front Desk is very attentive and professional, I don’t remember the name of the guy that checked me in but my check in was in August 30 at around 3:30 or 4:00 pm, he was very nice. Very efficient and great for an overnight before flying out. The only thing that wasn’t great was that not all staff seemed to be well trained on how to sell the tickets for the shuttle to the airport, and we had to keep the bus for 10 min as it took a while to find a staff person at that time to sort it out. But then, they were willing to do what was needed to get us onto the bus.
Also, they sell those bus tickets that cost €6 for €10, but I suppose considering the price for the night, it’s still a good deal.

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the shuttle on time.
However, the bed and pillow were hard, the air conditioning did not effectively cool the room for comfortable sleeping, and when the bathroom light is turned on, it glows through the wall and lights the entire room. We had an early flight and unfortunately got very little sleep.

Perfect stay near Munich airport
Perfect place to stay close to the airport, especially for an early morning flight. Room was extremely modern and was comfortable, with no airplane noise. The bar in the lobby was great for grabbing a glass of wine, and the breakfast buffet was very good, including scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, on top of all the usual breakfast stuff. There's a cute little Italian restaurant almost right across the street that has nice outdoor seating. The shuttle bus was on time and reasonably priced to get to the airport in the morning.

I stayed one night between flights. I missed the last hotel shuttle at 10.10pm. The taxi and uber were expensive. I Googled an alternative way to get to the hotel. I took U bahn and the bus. Here is how: Take the U-Bahn line S8 in direction Herrsching and exit at the Hallbergmoos stop. U-Bahn is underground level 02

I had to wait for the bus 692 20-min since I just missed one but at 11pm at night there were several other people waiting for the bus and the bus stop was well lit, so I felt safe. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the bus station (I used google maps to monitor the stops, I think it was 7 stops but the bus didn’t stop at the first 3, so I hit the stop button when we approached my stop). When I got off the bus stop I started walking with other people and asked them where my hotel was- they pointed to the left. At night it looked like we were in the middle of the forest with all the trees around. The hotel was cute, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I books the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

It is a basic hotel for overnight stay. Small, no frills, but clean quiet room. We had difficulty finding the shuttle to get to the hotel, so ended up getting an Uber from the airport (about 20 euro). There was no explanation at the reservation or online on where to get it and how frequent the shuttle is. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was very good free coffee in the morning.
To get to Munich downtown, we had to get a bus (on the side of the hotel) for a few stops and then the S-ban - takes close to 1 hour. There is not much one can do in the area of the hotel.

The front lobby is modern, clean but a bit deceiving as you walk to your room you immediately notice the walls need to be painted. The hotel rooms are set up in a manner that does not offer you any place to put your luggage. Not enough hooks. Beautiful bathroom but this location is quite far from the city. It will cost you a lot of money and time to travel into the city. Beware as city buses stop running at night.

The 2 Euro/hour parking fee was unexpected since the parking was at and underneath the stilted hotel. Very early breakfast option is available for those early morning departures. Check in/check out staff were great!! Breakfast had a lot of options. Great location near the airport. Cute and eclectic decor. However, the ac didn’t work, the floor heater didn’t work and the rooms didn’t feel very clean. People were so loud and you could hear every door slam, every conversation in the hall, and it sounded like someone was dribbling a ball in the above floor and since fan and ac didn’t work there was nothing to drown out the sound. Wasn’t easy to get sleep before leaving for an early flight. Also, the shuttle was more expensive than an uber.
