The staff are friendly and professional. The air conditioning barely moves any air at all ams it is hot in the rooms (in summer). Thankfully the windows can open which helps a little. The breakfast is delicious. It is a bit far from the actual city of Munchen but you can use bus and train to get there relatively cheap and reasonably fast. Overall it is a great place to stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

While it’s not within walking distance of the S-Bahn, it’s conveniently close to a bus stop that connects directly to the S-Bahn. The location is near the airport rather than in the city center, which made it very convenient for catching our flight without needing to take an Uber or taxi all the way from downtown. I would have easily given 5 stars for this excellent hotel, if not for 2 things - lack of ventilation even with windows open - unless you turn on the AC. Without AC on, too hot in the room even on a cool day. The second - noise from airplanes taking off,if you are in one of back rooms, although they didn't fly past midnight till about 6 am. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I have to say, the airplanes these days aren't nearly as noisy as before, maybe half volume or even less.

There was some confusing at check in, first finding my reservation, then saying I hadn't pre-paid [when I had] and it taking time to figure that out. It was resolved, but not a pleasant check-in. It's in a town, Halbergmoos, that's close to the airport, but to GET there, you take a bus away from the airport for 15 minutes to get on a train [20 minute wait] that takes another 15 minutes to get to the airport. So, it's not really convenient for the Munich airport after all. We ended up taking a taxi [$30 there, $25 back to airport] and the taxi arrived 15 minutes late.

Zimmer Ausstattung war absolut super für den Zweck absolut angemessen. Das Zimmer war echt groß sehr geräumig, da da ein sehr sauberes und vernünftig ausgestattet Bad. Das einchecken lief absolut problemlos. (ich war etwas eher da und hätte für 20 € auch schon das Zimmer eher bekommen können habe aber stattdessen lieber noch einen kleinen Rundgang durch den Ort gemacht).
