The \"guesthouse\" hotel is wonderful! The \"Victory\" complex is a large \"thermal water park\" with people walking around in bathing suits, towels and robs, even at the restaurants! 100% unsanitary. I would not recommend staying at the \"hotel\" water park.

The guest house hotel is on the other side of the complex, which is quite and provides some remoteness. The staff is very professional, rooms are fantastic with many updates, balconies and also included daily breakfast. Well worth the price paid. Would 100% recommend.

Therme Erding Gasthaus suited our needs for a short stay—clean, convenient, and close to the spa. The room was spacious enough for our family, but a bit outdated. The kids loved the hideaway beds, though they didn’t have any sheets—was that an oversight or by design? Breakfast was solid, and check-in was smooth. Is there a way to request extra towels in advance? Overall, it worked well for us and we’d stay again for another spa visit.

When we got to the hotel, we find it out of the city. Not as accessible as we thought it would be. But when we started exploring, it was not too bad. Train station is walkable, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurant at the spa is a bit pricey and no grocery store onsite. Small bottled water at the vendo is 3.85 euro. If you are staying at this hotel, I suggest buy your supplies at the airport grocery where everything is way cheaper. Otherwise, Victory GastehausTherme Erding is a nice place to stay.

Valentin at the front desk was the absolute BEST! So helpful, the best front desk we experienced in Germany. Bread and crossaints at the breakfast were stale. Sheets pretty scratchy and awful pillows. I appreciated the offer of lactose free milk. Rooms are small. There is a small stove area but no utensils. Strange.

I thought this might be a downgrade from the main hotel but this was not the case. Apartment was well designed with all the features one might expect. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Only one suggestion. The power plug outlets could use some instructions as they are not the typical simple plug in types. You need to play around with it to fit the two prongs into the outlet.

The Victory Gastehaus was a nice hotel to stay at overnight before flying out the next day. The only issue we had was that they are advertised as kitchenettes which they were, but you are not given any dinnerware, cups, utensils or pans to cook with. There's an extra fee to use them and then once you get them, there's no soap to clean them. When I asked about the soap, I was told I could go to the grocery store to buy some. All other kitchenettes I've ever stayed in provide all the plates, pans etc and either a dishwasher with soap packets or detergent to handwash.

Good if you take it as a nice hostel

Great location, clean, looks spacious feels tight, cheap interior (looks much better on the photos), breakfast okay (great scrambled eggs), friendly staff.

In case you want to use to kitchen, make sure to bring anything you might need (pots, cups, plates, silverware...) - all you will find is a stove, a sink and a table.

Misleading and overrated

This review comes after my second stay to Victory Gastehaus, so I have to let other holiday goers be aware what they should really expect.
On hotels.com, the rooms are advertised as having kitchen utensils in the rooms that is not the case, as you’ll only find 2 wine glasses, 2 more juice ones and that’s pretty much what you going to get.
In my case had to ask the reception to get a basic corkscrew about which I was told that it should be in the room as standard. Let alone, it wasn’t the case as it was nowhere to be found, so after a bit of hassle, I was given a plastic basket with almost everything but the much needed corkscrew, so I have to ask again to finally get one.
I was told that a charge of €5 will be put on the room, as kitchen utensils are seen as extras or special request. Say no more!
This was my authentic, unadulterated experience in this respect.
When it comes to bedding, the bed’s mattress was supportive and decent, but the pillows and the duvet were in my view of the poorest quality anyone could find, translated in awful head support, simply put awful.
The breakfast never changed, being offered basically the same food every single morning.
To finish it off properly, upon check out, I informed the reception staff that I will not pay the charge for them kitchen utensils as they are not a special request but standard and decent, so every respectable facility should offer it with no exception. It’s common sense and goes well on long term.

Nice Hotel for Vacation, NOT close to MUC

The hotels near MUC were all booked and so I was looking for a room closely for a flight the next day. as the kilometers go, it seemed not so far, but the property is NOT near the airport and very difficult to get back to the airport without an expensive TAXI ride. The hotel does have transport but it is not cheap. So if you are looking for an airport locale, this is not your best choice.

All other things considered though, the rooms, the breakfast and the staff are all TOP. So if you are instead enjoying a holiday, this place gets 5 stars. The rooms are nice and comfy, the staff is extremely friendly and the spa is great. (I was on business and just needed an airport transfer, and so this was not the best place for that...)

This was a great discovery since we were only looking for a reasonable place to stay and drive into Munich. The Therme is fantastic and Munich is only a 40 minute train ride from a railway station that is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Lovely and helpful customer service!

This hotel was our first stop after arriving from the states. We were looking for a quaint charming place which this was. The staff was incredibly charming, hospitable, helpful, and just overall lovely. Kirk was amazing. He helped us get into the other property as it’s connected to the water park. We have 2 children and they loved it. I would recommend this hotel for quick stays. Their breakfast was well set up and had a very nice selection. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the S2. (We have 2 children so the walk seems longer with them). It’s a short walk to the water park.

My family and two other families decided to take a trip down to therme Erding water park for the weekend. At first I thought booking the on property guest house would decrease the value of my trip but it didn’t. Kirk the manager was an amazing front desk person and went above and beyond for my little family and our comfort. This place is literally steps from the water park, the beds are comfortable and if your like my family and always miss the free breakfast hours the kitchenette will come in handy. We were able to wake up at a time that accomaadates parents of two, cool breakfast and make it to the water park and spend the entire day. Staying here allowed us the opportunity to also go to sea life because if we woke up and our daughter saw the water it would have been hell to get her to leave. Kirk even accommodated the two other families that came with us with giving us all rooms right next to each other. Everything was amazing we definitely will be back to visit.

Victory Gastehaus is located on the same property as the amazing Therme Erding spa with its attached hotel, just a short walk across the parking lot. If you're headed to the adults-only Sauna side it might not actually be any farther away.

Rooms are simple in a very high-style sort of way, and very much to my taste. Front desk check-in and check-out efficient with excellent English spoken (helpful to me since my German is not very good). Breakfast much better than typical \"value-priced\" hotels in Germany.

I've stayed here before, will go back.

Das Zimmer zur Therme hin im Erdgeschoß war Nachts leider zu hell, denn die Beleuchtung vom Parkplatz schien durch den Verdunklungsvorhang durch und der Rollo ging Mitternacht von selber wieder hoch. Keine Vorrichtung für die nasse Wäsche. Abluft im Bad sehr wenig. Zimmer war sauber, Schallisuliert. Safe,Kühlschrank,Föhn vorhanden, USB Steckdose, Seife und Duschdas sowie Kleiderbügel. Der Empfang und Reinigung war ok..Ganz großes Lob an das Personal beim Frühstück inkl Küche. Alles war sauber sehr oft wurde nachgefüllt, sehr zuvorkommend. Hat mich sehr gefreut auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag zu bekommen. Vielen Dank

Sehr netter Empfang, Brezeln lagen aus zum mitnehmen, Zimmer äußerst sauber, zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten beim Eingang zur Therme, Küchenausstattung fehlte komplett, kann man wohl für 5€ / Tag mieten, Parkplatz vor dem Gästehaus, Balkon vorhanden, meine Aussicht war leider auf den Friedhof. Es wurde beim Check in ein ruhiges Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hauses versprochen, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang (laut, Rauch, Winterdienstfahrzeug ab 4 Uhr) Trotz leerstehenden Zimmer haben wir nicht tauschen können.
3 Stunden nach dem Check out kam ein Mail dass die Therme Erding sich im Umbau befindet, da waren wir schon abgereist. Ein paar Wochen früher wäre diese Info wertvoll gewesen.

Ausstattung und Personal waren gut nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmerlage hat leider dazu geführt das der Lärm der Frühstückvorbereitung ein schlafen ab 05:30 unmöglich gemacht hat. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war zwar ok aber auch ohne Suchen war deutlich Staub zu sehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet konnte mit leider geringer Brot/Brötchen Auswahl die auch um 9 schon sehr trocken war nicht überzeugen.

Organisatorisch und personaltechnisch war alles super. Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Mir persönlich haben auch die Wandmuster und - farben im Treppenhaus und in den Gängen gut gefallen.
Wenn man ein Familienzimmer nimmt, passen da gut zwei Erwachsene und zwei große Teenager hinein. Allerdings ist dann wenig Platz zum Rangieren, wenn noch Taschen herumstehen. Die Staubränder unter dem Bett darf man ignorieren.
Die Nähe zur Therme Erding ist prima. Einmal über den Parkplatz gefallen und schon ist man da. Wenn man nicht in der Therme essen will, muss man jedoch ein bisschen zum nächsten Restaurant fahren.
Bei Getränkenotstand gibt es bei der Rezeption einen Automaten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer - sauber, große Betten, ruhige Lage.
Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und alles was das Herz begehrt.
