Breakfast was okay, powdered eggs. Pool was weird, but I don't know if it was due to an earlier incident of a kid stepping on an earring and was overdosed, or what. We were told it was a salt water pool, but it was definitely chlorine and salt. Which is another type of pool treatment, but water was very cloudy. Our room was awesome and had a nice view of the creek out back below the hotel.

i dont know enough about this hotel to review properly because i booked this hotel as we were staying overnight to attend a wedding. tried to check in early but was told coud not check in until 3pm. had lunch came back. tried to check in at 3 pm. was told that because i booked with 4 people but had 5 people(my 8 yo son who doesnt take any space) manager canceled ny booking but directed me to another hotel that could accommodate 5 people. we. checked into alternate hotel with less than an hour to get ready for the wedding. the attitude of employees of both hotels were apathetic bordering on hostile. i will be never visit Newnan georgia again no matter the reason.

Expedia had hot tub listed as an amenity for the property, however, when we checked in, we were told that there was a room that had a hot tub. That was not clarified in the ad. I only booked the room because I thought it had a hot tub at the property as an amenity. I was very disappointed.

Giving a star to this facility is considered overrated. This facility need to permanently close its doors. Both queen mattress beds need torching due to lack of firmness, and consistent lumps. Housekeeping services .... nil. Clogged bathroom sink with no plumbing services for the entire length of stay, although front desk was informed a few hours after arrival. Visited front desk and informed attendant of clogged bathroom sing.

Before arriving I spoke with a young man and he made a accommodations of giving me and my family con joining rooms and we really appreciated that. Check in went smoothly. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, the room was nice but not spotless, not to complain but there was stains in the carpet, walls and shower stall.

The interior of the building is getting “tired”. The carpet in the 1st floor hallway tends to ripple up moisture (coming through the floor from the pool in the basement?); the carpeting in our room was stained and again tired looking. But then again, I am getting old and tired also. And a little sun stained also.
But the staff members were excellent! Debbie was especially helpful, humorous and nice at the front desk. So over all a very good for short stay.

The front desk clerk knew me by name when I walked in at 9:30 PM to register and gave me a warm welcome. It was amazing. It was like I’d just come as a guest in her home. I’d traveled from Washington DC and was weary and she just made my day. The room was outstanding and everything was sparking clean. I may extend my stay.

Property right near interstate and clean. The breakfast area was nice but wasn't staffed like it should have been. Many things were gone and no one really present to keep it stocked. Like the fact you had bagels but not cream cheese or even butter for the waffles and hardly any syrup...why bother. The room and bathroom was nice and a strong shower which we liked. Right next to to Walmart which was great.

Area was good & safe. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking is not the best. Hallway carpet smells. They need to upgrade hotel. 1st day there, I had no soap or Shampoo in Shower dispensers. Lamp next to bed didn’t work, and I got woken up at 4am with the person above me making noise. Also, they only come every 3days to clean your room. But if you need towels, they will bring you some.

Quick get away..

It was a decent hotel for the price point. It has an indoor pool and a great location.

However, the lady at the check-in table wasn't my favorite. Very frank.. No rapport.

The carpet's condition raised some concerns with people in my party.

They also ran out of syrup, which made waffles challenging.

You get what you pay for.. And given the price point, none of these items are deal killers.. While it wasn't an incredible experience.. I could see us using this hotel again.

Checked in for a soccer tournament. Extremely friendly, great customer service. Room was clean and hotel smelled clean. Nothing bad to say at all! Definitely would stay here again. We had to check out early for a game so didn’t get to eat breakfast. Would suggest breakfast start at 630 instead of 7. That’s the only thing I can say.

I would recommend staying again, but not on the ground floor where the water was behind the window, which possibly contributed to the musty smell.

Everything was good when I checked in until the next day. I have a service dog which I mentioned the first day I checked in. And signed a paper and have paperwork myself.. the next day I was feeding my dog and walking him and the housekeeper people which the housekeeping guy told her as she told me I had to check out and me and my family was from out of town. She did it in a very nasty ways, that I didn’t get to show her my paperwork, his paperwork. The people at the front desk was nice and respectful the housekeeper on that first shift I guess there was her family and kids.She had working there and the kids look under age. if she’s the supervisor, she’s a very nasty person and disrespect. how will you be calling owners and anybody else that I need to talk to? I went to another place and they treated me with respect and accept my dog.

I checked in late at night and was ready to rest in my room. I set my ipad and phone on the bedside table to discover later that their was an oily substance on the table. There were stains on the carpet and the covering on the table was peeling off. When we went to the pool the next morning, the exterior door was propped open allowing insects into the building.

The staff was very unprofessional. My bathroom was nasty and when I tried to inform the staff, I was tread with the upmost disrespect.

Mr. Daniel mad a false accusation against me and Ms. Thomesena (who said she was the manager , but was not there), hung up the hotel phone on me when I tried explaining the situation to her.

I have pictures and a video that shows how dirty the bathroom was and how I was being treated by Mr. Daniel.

I will never stay in any Choice property nor this hotel ever again.

Horrible experience. Unattended children left in a room and jumped and ran around until we went and knocked on the door at 2:30 am. Reported to the front desk around 10:30 via the app, with no response. Reported to front desk around 2:30 and could hear them knock upstairs. If you want to sleep, don’t book here! Complained to management this morning was told we would receive a call and have yet to talk to or hear from anyone!

I was traveling for a tournament so we were exhausted and came in late. The hotel checkin was fantastic. The sweetest lady you've ever met. One the way to the rooms we smelled weed. Inside the room, it was humid and smelled musty. I showered hoping I can just sleep it off and the soap was disintegrating int he packet. The water would not drain. I noticed how dirty the bathroom was. I checked the photos that I booked and it looks nothing like where I was sitting. It was then I decided to leave and go to another hotel. Because I did not follow their protocol on addressing the issues, even though Expedia called on my behalf, I am being refused a refund. Please read most recent reviews. Do not stay here unless you absolutely must. I absolutely knew this was not a safe, clean environment for my son and I to be in for the next two nights. This hotel is individually owned so there is no way to receive a refund unless the manager approves. The hotel owner lives in the hotel and there is no way to get ahold of him for issues. We are currently in talks with Choice Hotels who have reached out to this manager multiple times without a response. The manager claims she has not heard anything and I'm lying. This is an absolute mess and should not be 8/10 on Expedia. All Expedia offered was $30 for me to book another hotel. They did not help me or assist in any way.

I had a reservation for a nonsmoking room. Upon check-in, the room smelled horrible, like smoke. I went to the front desk to get my room changed. They were nice to change my room, BUT the next room smelled horrible also, like smoke.
