The hot tub only had 2-3 working jets. Otherwise it was OK. Breakfast was so so. The food was OK. But could improve. Was not like what was expressed in photos or description. Room was clean, but could be better with wiping tables, they had oils from personal "lotions." Bed was comfortable. But the pillows were SMALL. And blankets were very thin. Overall not a bad experience, but could be better for what i paid and what i expected.

The hotel was dirty. My shower's body wash was empty. When I went to the front desk to ask. They said the hotel was out of body wash. The next day i asked for extra towels. They didnt have any at rhe desk. They said they would bring some to my room. They never did.

Everything needs an update (rusting door frames in bathroom, Windows on outside were dirty, Carpet was outdated, stains on the chair) Breakfast had many options and the jacuzzi was very warm! Will definitely be back, just wish they would consider a restoration soon.(I’ve stayed at nicer county inns)

Front desk - excellent. Great extended pool/hot tub hours. Pool was warmer than most, but still too cold for my husband, but grandkids loved it. The ladies working the check-in desk were both wonderful and helpful. The rooms bedding wasn’t changed. The hotel itself was nice , and I know the management needs to trust their staff to do their jobs but it’s just a shame when staff doesn’t. Probably won’t stay there again The manager the following day was very apologetic and he was genuinely sorry that we had an incident.

Supposed to be a fun celebratory alumni weekend, that turned into a disaster. Never had to be relocated into another room in my life due to poor cleanliness of the room, as well as, broken pieces of dresser, the mildewy and moldy smell, along with second room smelling like cat pee. Found bug on bathroom floor in second room unsure if it was just a beetle or cockroach but this trip, needless to say, was very unsettling, uncomfortable, and the worst stay i've ever had. 100% do not recommend as there is some big adjustmants that the company needs to do for upgrades, staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully the one staff member had came up and taken pictures. However still highly do not recommend!

My room keys did not work--I had to keep going back to the counter to get them reset. I was told--keep them away from your phone (they were in my wallet)--the staff acted like I was bothering them. Breakfast was good, coffee was like drinking weak tea. Location is convenient to the highway, lots of restaurants nearby. Too bad I couldn't give it a better review.

Older hotel. The hotel met my needs for a couple day stay. Breakfast was great but Staff smoking by the front door was a turn off. Additional I felt like the cleaning staff that turned my room was in a hurry. There was no toilet paper and the shampoo was almost empty.

The room was all right. It seemed to be very dusty and my wife started sneezing a few minutes after we checked in. We could see dust in the morning all over the table and furniture before we checked out.

Check in was quick & easy. Found our room without issue. All areas are clearly marked. Pool & hot tub were in working order and clean. Everything in our room was in good repair and well stocked. Staff is friendly.

Zero customer service

Went to take a shower before bed and found that the shower valve was broken and no water. Went to the front deck was told they were full. In the morning told the manager and was told to nothing they could do. And zero effort was made to compensate. I would sleep in my car and shower at a truck stop.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel was in great shape and the staff were excellent! Pool was perfect temp and the breakfast was very good. Excellent location with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
