The room was exactly as advertised. They had an airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Walking distance to their sister hotel for beach loungers. Super easy walk to the bus stop to go into town. Staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a nice spread and the room service was also good.

The room originally assigned smelled so bad that my nostrils stung. When asked to switch room they stated they had nothing available. We refused to stay in the assigned room and their response was they couldn’t do anything. We said we would try and get a room at another hotel and would like our money back and all of a sudden a room became available. I felt totally deceived. I had stayed at The George Hotel three years ago and recommended it to all my friends and family at the time. I will no longer be recommending this hotel.

The hotel is a great location just a couple minute walk to the bus stop to take you into Mykonos town. The bar staff of Dimitri and George were so friendly and gave great local recommendations too. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. There's a coffee machine in the room with very enough capsules for use, with decaffeinated options which was very nice. The breakfast at the hotel was a 5 star level. Plenty of options and all delicious food. There is a waffles machine and a panckae one. Breakfast has very delicious Greek pastry options, savory and sweet. There was options even for the milk like almond, coconut, oat, etc. Overall the experience was excellent and the staff at the hotel is amazing and always smiling and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and stay again on my next visit.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The pools of the George were fantastic and we also loved the beach area of the sister hotel…the George offered the best of everything. Away from the noise of the beach but just a few minutes walk to enjoy the beach. The breakfast was one of our favourites also. Definitely a great Mykonos option.

Amazing start to our Greek Island Hopping!

Amazing location and beautiful hotel with great view. Pools are great and even better is that their sister hotel is on the beach and you have access to the loungers, just get there before 8 if you want a good spot. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh and good selection. Bar made great drinks as well. Lots of parking if you rent an ATV, the hotel can arrange the rental as well. The big bonus is they transfer to and from the airport and port…..Mykonos is crazy expensive for rides.

We stayed here at the end of May so still during the off season. We got a great rate on the place based on what it offered. We loved the pool and the view from the room was incredible. We could see the sea and the mountains from our balcony. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helped us get taxis around Mykonos. There was also free transportation to and from the airport.

Prime location 5 minutes from lovely beach

Spend 4 days at The George after much research on hotels. The George had it all including airport transfers and transfer to the port.
Location was fantastic only 10 minutes from Myknosos on the bus which are actually air conditioned coaches and ran every half hour until late. The hotel is 5 mins from the beach and you can use the sun beds and umberllas for free at their sister hotel on the beach - you just take the beach towels that they provide with a towel card - otherwise you are looking at at least 40 euros for the day.
Breakfast had everything you wanted including an orange juicer machine and great view. Beds were the most comfortable and we had and it seemed that all rooms overlooked the pool/sea.
The resort is lovely with some great bars and restaurants on the beach and little town. We ended up at a Greek night that runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays which was great fun. All in all The George is great value for money in a great location and looks better in real life than the photos as you are elevated up high and the view is beach. Would definitely recommend 😊

Hotel is excellent and well deserving of its 4 star rating. Rooms are large and airy with modern look and feel. Pool area is very nice and has plenty of space around it with 2 largish pools and a spa tub. Food was also excellent and service was efficient and friendly. Hotel is well worth a visit and would definitely use again. They also offer free airport drop and pick up which was welcome.

The hotel was Beautiful a bit away from town but perfect if you want a quieter experience away from the downtown traffic. Close to the beaches plus you get access to the beach at adjacent hotel. Walking distance from several restaurants and easy walk to paradise beach. If you walk further down and head up to Scorpio Beach Club you can climb up the rock a bit and can see an amazing sunset. The breakfast ever morning was wonderful with an amazing selection of everything. Beds and room very comfortable. We had a balcony with ocean view. Pool were beautiful and a daily use of the hot tub was essential after a long day of adventure, staff was friendly and helpful if you ask questions. Overall it was Amazing and best of the hotels on my island hopping vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay here. They organized a transfer service for us when we arrived from the ferry and for when we had to leave. The food was amazing. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was extremely relaxing. The staff at the restaurant especially Michael, were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended staying here!

The only issue with this property is its distance from downtown, it is about 15 minutes by car, but because of the traffic and sometimes it is hard to find Uber drivers and when you find one it is about 40€ one way, so it is better to stay in the downtown area of Mykonos, so you save on the transportation.

Such a spectacular hotel. Staff in restaurants and housekeeping went above and beyond. Absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. The sister hotel has a private beach which we used for free everyday.

Wonderful. 2 beautiful pool that were never crowded. They include a lovely breakfast with lots of options and they have a sister hotel right at the beach with sun chairs and umbrellas. The walk to beach is 3 minutes. Highly recommend

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Property was clean and tidy at all times. Rooms were sized well and very comfortable with nice sized bathrooms. We had the two bedroom two bathroom unit with enormous balcony with amazing views.
The kids really enjoyed the pools and being able to use the beach and facilities at their sister property across the street was super convenient. There are eateries in the walking distance as well as a small market.
Overall we really liked it here and my kids can’t wait to return!

Location, location, location! So close to everything we needed but quiet and peaceful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and catered to everyone! The free transfer, and use of recliners on the beach were a real plus as was the bakery and bus to Fabrika very close by. Definitely would recommend!

A very nice hotel room with balcony and sea view. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice shower and toilet. Breakfast buffet had many food choices, fresh squeezed OJ, good coffee, a waffle iron, and an automated mini-pancake machine. The service was excellent. The hotel shuttle driver, Kostas, went the extra mile to help us recover a small bag we'd left on a boat trip the day before. Would stay here again.

An amazing hotel

This was arguably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and just went above and beyond. We were greeted at the airport and shuttled to the hotel where we were able to check in early. The two pools are great and they weren’t crowded. Food and drinks are great - especially the breakfast! The location can’t be beat. The view is beautiful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for everything!!

I would stay here if I ever visit again.Starting from arranging free shuttle from Ferry or airport to providing Shower facility on departure. We had a check out at noon but the late departure at 9 PM. We spent the whole day in the beach club, which is owned by the sister hotel and showered and changed before being dropped to airport at night zBoth hotels are beautiful and this is the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the room is breathtaking. Luxury shopping a mile away is a definite plus. Lord of steps to the room, but that adds to the charm of this hotel.

C’était juste parfait en plus de magnifiques conditions météorologiques pour la mi-octobre. Nous avons été privilégiés de pouvoir y passer 3 nuits avant que l’hôtel ne ferme ses portes pour la période hivernale. Nous avons donc pu profiter jusqu’à la dernière minute. Le transport vers l’aéroport ou le port sont offert par l’hôtel, ce qui s’avéra extrêmement apprécié et a terminé nos vacances à Mykonos de façon parfaite. La vu de la chambre (130) était à couper le souffle. En plus du lien avec l’hôtel sur la plage pour les chaises longues devant une eau extraordinaire.

This hotel is very nice and well located. It is quiet for relaxing close to the swimming pools. It has a sister hotel (walking distance) where we could enjoy the beach.
The staff was welcoming and nice.
The room was amazing, with a balcony to enjoy the sunset.

Loved this place!! Beautiful, clean, great view from room, breakfast selection was excellent! Two Swimming pools and a wonderful staff. Niktaria was wonderful and helpful. Super close to beach and restaurants. Loved the Spanish music being played while we ate. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s wonderful!!

I had a wonderful stay at the George. The property is clean, and well appointed with amenities as described. The included breakfast and transfers were greatly appreciated. The hot tub and pools were clean and much appreciated amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. The area was very good. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I would definitely stay again.

Great view of the ocean from our large room. A true King bed (uncommon in most of Europe), 1/2 a block to thier sister propery that allowed us to access the beach. Excellent complimentary breakfast, and airport/seaport transfer included. The porter, Hassan, was a consumate professional. Overall, great place that we would stay again.

The most beautiful hotel with the most beautiful view. The staff was so sweet and their breakfast was amazing. The beach is a 5 minute walk if even and you get access to free sun beds from the hotel next door. The service was amazing I have nothing to complain about for this hotel. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel with the best snacks and drinks and there’s several stores on the beach with clothes, souvenirs, and more. Don’t even think twice just book this hotel if you’re considering it. It’s also very close to the town and little Venice, it’s a 10 minute bus ride and about the same for a taxi

Perfect little hotel in the best location

We had a wonderful time at the George hotel!
The family room is actually two rooms connected so you get two showers and two balconies, one huge and the other standard. The hotel swimming pool is large enough and you have the option to go to the beach and get free sun beds from the sister hotel nearby. ( otherwise around 20-40€ per bed!)
The breakfast was perfect. Fresh and plentiful! Serving for every taste. The food at the pool bar was also good and reasonably priced.
Lots of good restaurants around, Nammos beach is few minutes away but we preferred the more quite Platis Gialo bay.

The pools were amazing and so was the free breakfast! Most of the staff was awesome! Just a grumpy one or too. Our room was huge and had an amazing view. I think they need a second person at all times in the lobby to deal w concierge items and a separate one for lobby items. The one girl was always way too over worked but there always seemed to be obe extra worker near the bar.
