Beautiful rooms, really comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, and outstanding customer service. Breakfast delicious. Great location. Lovely, kind staff. Restaurant food high quality and delicious. Lovely pool area Beautiful surroundings, and birds. It was luxurious, so sad to leave. Felt like home from home. Keep doing what you do.

A wonderful place in terms of settings, as it has its own botanical garden, lakes etc. It is absolutely wonderful. Service was very helpful and friendly. As opposed to what Hotels.com say- you can check in any time day and night (reception is manned 24/7). The only point of improvement I'd suggest is to improve their signs around the resort- it is super easy to get lost and not be able to find the bar, restaurant or even the room (it is a big place with many little walkways, and I wasnt the only one lost most of the time ha ha). Thanks for a great stay!!

The stay was lovely, great place, great service. However the place is not toddler friendly, one morning for breakfast had to eat with my baby on the laps because they have only one high chair and it was being used. We also had to share the bed with him because all baby cribs were occupied. The menu also doesnt offer kids options. The menu is also limited for adults, if you stay long you will get fed up eating the same food over and over again. Lastly we booked the Executive suite, was surprised to see that in an executive suite there is a double bed, i was expecting a king size bed, oh yes and we slept the three of us on that double bed. They can do better beds wise. Overally a great experience, luxurious place, well maintained.

Excellent stay. Surrounding gardens are an oasis of tranquility. Facilities are immaculate and it was clear to see that they take upkeep and maintenance seriously. I didn't spot a single thing that looked dilapidated or in bad shape, truly one of the most well kept accommodation I've ever stayed in!

I don't often leave a place feeling like I want to go back (especially not so soon after leaving) but I'd definitely be back, and am already looking at how to bring my family along.

The hotel is good but the room we were allocated was outside, very small with a lot of defects. The toilet and bathroom were very small. It was not good value for money. Certainly not for a couple who are used to their home luxury !! When we raised our concerns, we were told that it was allocated on line and cannot be changed. No sitting space and we sat on the bed for two days.

Loved everything about the hotel. The spacious rooms are set in well manicured gardens where peace and tranquility abound. Its so peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful with plentiful options. A highlight was the Palm Cascades restaurant located within the premises where great food is served with good service.

Pillow slips tatty and frayed.
Toilet seat and basin faucet need tightening.
Shower door stuck...couldn't get out.
Unaccommodating when I booked for two people instead of one for any kind of credit. Also checked out a day early and asked for a possible voucher when they are not full, but they would not accommodate.
Very inflexible in regards to that kind of help.

The loving place on earth

It was wonderful and beyond expectation. I do not think that the pricing should per person, it must be based on daily rate per Charlet, only charging extra bed if the guest requests. Note that besides the pricing issue, everything was marvelous, the staff are friendly, polite and the food is very good.
It is better to increase the wine list specially the red wine.

Beautiful gardens and scenary. Check in was a bit too slow and then also the wait for somebody to show us to our room was too long. There were no tv channels working and the interior of the rooms is showing its age. Its a beautiful place but seems some improvements can be made.

The fridge in the room was not working. I asked twice for it to be repaired but no one came. whatever food i had in the fridge including yoghurts all went stale. I checked out early and did not stay the extra night. The hotel will have to refund me for this.
I also requested for the airconditioner to be looked at as the room was not cooling down enough - again no feedback on this. Friday temperature 24 November was 41 degrees outside. Saturday was 33 degrees.

I would recommend the hotel utilise a trolley to assist carrying baggage from the car to the room and not just with their 2 hands. As a guest of the hotel, it was suprising that we had to also carry our own luggage and the room was not near to reception so there was a bit of a walk.
The hotel and rooms are lovely setup, however the hotel could do with additional in-door facilities eg Spa, sauna, jacuzzi etc.

Fomos enganados. Adquirimos dois quarto executive e colocaram-nos nos quartos 102 e 103 sem qualquer explicação. Quando reclamamos disseram que a culpa era da EXPEDIA e atribuiram-nos dois quartos inferiores alegando não terem executive. Não fomos reembolsados da diferença. No almoço de dia 24 não havia os dois primeiros pratos de carne do menu. Estamos frustrados com o atendimento do hotel.

I booked the comfort with one bedroom room but they give me the luxury room with two bedroom. The site hotels.com shows the rooms that is fully booked. What the hotels.com show is not correct.

We stayed for 10 days over the holidays and had an amazing time. The location is beautiful, between Ezulwini and Manzini, in the midst of a botanical garden, with peacocks roaming freely, staff are fantastic (thank you Cyril, Doc), the rooms are spacious and clean, it is quiet and peaceful, the breakfast next to the pool area is plenty and delicious, the restaurant is amazing, next to the ponds, with an enticing menu. We will make this our „home away from home“ from now on.

There's honestly nothing like this place. We were there attending a friend's wedding and sprung for the Garden Villa for two nights as a treat. The room (or rather rooms) was massive. We have 15 month old and he enjoyed being able to run around between the living and sleeping areas and the bathroom was big enough that it had two doors. The room was spotless, Wifi was above average and the check-in and check out were smooth. The pool was also a nice treat and one of the best surprises was the abundance of peacocks, guinea fowl and ducks that grace the property. Honestly a little taste of paradise. If I had one complaint it would be that a couple of times I had to chase down my server when we wanted to settle our bill. Anyone that's travelled around the world post-Covid knows that this a pretty common issue with wait staff these days so no a huge disappointment.

The setting in botanical gardens with all the fountains and quaint seating areas is lovely! The many windows in the room allow you to be surrounded by nature for a serene experience...although the peacocks roaming the grounds can have some loud calls. They add an air of majesty and beauty though so worth it. Was surprised you couldn't add gratuity onto your room bill for the restaurant (cash only gratuity) but were given a way to add gratuity to your room at the breakfast (which was included in our booking so seemed odd). Loved sitting in the outdoor \"library\"...very upscale bush camp feeling.

Beautiful property, and the room and building we were in (Dove) was very cutely decorated with lots of vintage charm.
Unfortunately, the keys (which added to the vintage charm) barely worked on the first try. You had to fidget with them quite a bit. On our first evening at the resort, we went to the restaurant for dinner, but we found ants on the table. The waiter was kind to move us to another table without any question, and dinner otherwise was great. Also, we were supposed to have wifi in the room but it didn’t work at all.

Such a beautiful place. Our room was so pretty! Nice sized bathroom. The grounds....I can’t say enough good things about them....literally perfect
The staff....hmmmm.....we have lived lived in Africa for a few years now and realize that “ The customer is always wrong”.....and it was truly evident here, even though upon check in there is a framed note about customer service. Let me just say, when you stay at a high end boutique hotel, you expect the staff to be slightly helpful ( when paying for something and you don’t have change....don’t look at me weird when I don’t have smaller bills -GO MAKE CHANGE! Instead of making change they asked to run our card for about $2.50 - uhhh...nope! GO MAKE CHANGE!) . We didn’t have any internet connection in our room the first night so we asked reception....they told us to go talk to someone at the bar, who then in turn never fixed it. Small examples, but enough of these small things make you wonder if it is worth your money.....

Stayed over for 2 nights. Fantastic and lovely location with all the bells and whistles.
I was left disappointed though with the limited satellite tv offering. For a 5 star resort and price paid thereof, guests must get the rolls royce experience.

Oasis with Too Much Rain

The property was a definite oasis. Luxurious gardens and beautiful pools. The food was very good. However, the bad...I was charged twice for my room, because they got the reservations mixed-up. Then there was no WiFi, which is really irritating. So, that brings my experience done to a B-.

Garden super. Reception and service poor. Food in Restaurant average. Decoration and outfit outstanding.We had to change 3 times the room. 1st room aircon not working. 2nd room freezer full of ice, not useable. 3rd room very large, luxury furnished, but tv not working, lamps not working, in bathroom taps came off the wall. Regularely power gap from 6pm to 2 am.
Vast property, no signs where to go. Hard to find the restaurant or any place in the complex 'caus lak of signs.
