I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional ,they truly set the tone for a great experience.

The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended

Disappointing

The room (141 in the new part) was bleak and strangely designed, feeling cold and prison-like. We don't think you should have opened it when the courtyard was not yet finished (artificial grass and no garden). The old pool area was OK but there were no tables and chairs there.

Comfortable overnight stay. Nothing to be excited about. Bathroom area looks and feels dated. Little attention to detail in the room and bathroom.
Breakfast - salt & pepper condiments were filthy dirty and not wiped down from previous use by other guests. Disgusted!

We were disturbed in the night by the security man who decided to let two women who had swam in the pool until midnight and opened the doors for them and closing the doors with a chain which was extremely noisy and also his radio was on and he was talking into it loudly not far from our room. When we went for breakfast we were told we could it take an apple even though we paid for it and had to return it in front of other guests. I questioned this with the lady on the desk and told her a local had taken fruit out and why we were not allowed. Her answer was not convincing and we were very disappointed.

You need to initiate quite a serious maintenance plan in that hotel. It was raining and I could see water running down your passage wall.
Other than that, my stay was cool.

The breakfast was great and staff were friendly but not too helpful. Pool was so overused by people that we were not able to relax there. Used water bottles were still out in our room when we arrived. Restaurant on site had very poor and slow service. Took over an hour after ordering for our meal to be served. We did like the location and our room was quiet at night.

The worst experience ever. Will never book online again without having someone local confirm it is ok and these rooms were surpose to be Garden rooms but there was no garden. We did stay at this hotel as it was nothing like we booked and paid for so management offered to move us

Overall the hotel is very nice. While rooms are non-smoking, there is a lounge off the loby where smoking can occur and it is very unpleasant to walk past it. The Internet was unreliable and made it very difficult to work and communicate using Skype or What's App.

The worst ever in Swaziland

1. The receptionists struggled to retrieve the booking. They admitted that their system is not equipped to receive Expedia bookings.
2. Not given the desired room even it was available.
3. Internet is the worst. Not good for business travelers at all. Had to pay so much in 3G to get my emails
4. Room carpets are old and not clean nor hygienic
5. Food quality baaad
6. Air condition doesn't work. Even after a technician tried to fix it.

I wish they could give us the password for each day of our stay on the first day upon our arrival. When I awoke at 5:30 in the morning, I did not have the password and I didn't want to call the front desk because my husband was sleeping. If there was a way to list all the passwords for the number of days we were there at the first day, it would of been very helpful.

Other than that, our stay was excellent. Thank you so much.

Hi,

I had a request to the hotels.com concerning the recent hotel reservations of Happy valley.

when I arrived at the hotel in ezulwini on 25 November, a desk woman told me the reservation was cancelled and showed me the sms.

And she asked me to pay at the desk for 2 nights and I payed with my same visa card of standard bank with which I payed to the hotels.com online.

I checked the bank statement yesterday and knew the money was taken out two times.

what is the problem? I need to get your answer and be corrected soon.

A night in the Valley

I found Happy Valley Hotel very convenient for me, it had all I needed nearby . Not terribly fancy but very effective. Pricing was good for breakfast and dinner inclusive so that worked perfectly for me even though I had to ward off mosquitoes half the time at dinner. I was only skeptical about the random walk ins into the hotel because of the casino. I found the staff courteous and helpful with information needed. Overall it was a good stay, no regrets.

A Tired Hotel

People were very polite and helpful. I found the hotel pool area very bad. Pool loungers, with broken wheels, old, pool not cleaned,gave me a distinct impression that hotel management never been around and saw the mess or if they did, found that the status of the pol area to be acceptable.I found it unacceptable.The bath rooms and carpets on my room, 206 were \"tired\" very \"tired\" No water pressure in my shower, tiles grouting were discoloring, a bit of quick fix here and there. For a 4 star Hotel in that area I expected much more. The meals were very good, the bedding was equally very good.
