This is a truly wonderful place to stay. Very clean, very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts, there is nothing negative about the Rota Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there and it is centrally located. A short distance from the main town, with supermarkets and restaurants on your doorstep but also has the peace and tranquility we were seeking. A special place and one I will return to.

Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us.
Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much.

Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits.
NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)

On arrival we were greeted by the manager. Excellent service. Our room was both large and very comfortable.

The pool area was very clean at all times. Although some would like it our only very small issue is that the sunbeds were all in the shade.

Breakfast was very nice indeed and filled us until later in the day. The location of the hotel was also very good. A few minutes walk to the boats for the beach. Close to all shops, restaurants and bars.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful place and location. The bed support wasn't the best, my back felt a little bad after 2 nights. The owner is friendly but there is often nobody at the reception so you need to search for a staff in the place.

We loved the hotel, it was clean, service good and staff friendly.
There are a couple of things I believe would improve which are quite minor.
1. The breakfast was very basic, no yogurt, toast or fresh fruit.
2. The coffee mugs were old and chipped.
3. A small kettle in the room would have been nice.
Having said these things I would definitely stay here again 😊

We cant wait to return to this tranquil little gem.Set in a quiet area just a very short walk to town .The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday.The typical turkish breakfast was very good plenty of fresh bread and beverages.The owners are friendly and welcoming. We liked how peaceful and quiet this small hotel is,no loud music booming and other guests were respectful day and night,just perfect for us.

Lovely Hotel

Really lovely hotel in a great spot next to all local amenities and tourist attractions. Bus to istuzu beach only 20 lira.
Staff fab and arrived early so was offered breakfast free. Really clean rooms that are freshened up daily. Lovely place and so reasonable on price.

The Rota Hotel is a lovely friendly hotel, the staff are warm, welcoming and really helpful. The pool is a welcome break from the afternoon heat, and really comfortable for a drink from the bar too.

The rooms are not huge, but perfectly comfortable for a place to stay when you are out and about a lot.

Fab hotel! Not for young guests

Hotel is fabulous for the price. Staff are great! Howvere, we were by far the youngest guests at the hotel (in our 20s) and felt somewhat out of place amongst the other guests (50s-80s) so didn't use the communal areas as much.

Brilliant stay

We only stayed 2 nights but this was a great choice of hotel, Yücel and his staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable room, bar and the swimming pool still open despite majority being closed by the start of October.
We will hopefully return next year for possibly a little longer.

The Service from the owner and son were amazing! Communication was great! They were always there to help in any way. They are a small family owned hotel that is honest and seem to make their number one priority making their customers happy and cared for.

If I am ever in Dalyan again I will for sure stay at the Rota hotel!

I chose this hotel at random & was very glad I did.
The staff are outstanding . They go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy.
Location is very central . Air Con & wifi were good.
Breakfast is typical Turkish buffet & they do cook eggs if requested.
For the very reasonable price , its an excellent choice.

Stayed here for 10 days. Really convenient for town and all amenities in Dalyan just a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is clean, reasonably modern and comfortable. The real reason I would recommend are the staff. Endlessly friendly and accommodating, anything they can do to make your stay better, they will. When looking to book, there didn’t seem to be much between a lot of the choices of accommodation in Dalyan, so our choice was a bit of a shot in the dark. We’re glad we picked Rota. You won’t regret your choice to stay here.

Rota very clean and friendly hotel

We usually stay at a self catering apartment but were unable to get in at our usual place as we left it late to book so decided to try the Rota as it was conveniently situated close to the centre of town. The manager and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. if we were to stay in a hotel again we would gladly choose the Rota. the one downside was the intermittent wi- fi which was frustrating as I was finding it difficult to keep up with the World cricket cup news. all in all would recommend the Rota. We enjoyed our stay and the cheerful Kadir was always keen to chat and offer help if required.

Amazing stay !

This Hotel is a little hidden Gem ! We had a 2 x night stay and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is mid range for comfort and extremely well maintained and cared for. The breakfast was amazing and it was an amazing stay at such a low price ! Will definitely be visiting again without fail - highly recommended !

Nous savons garé notre moto dans la rue, mais il y a des caméras de surveillance. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec grand lit, nous avions 2 lits, peu de prises qui fonctionnent. 6 gece kaldığımız odamız çok rahattı, banyo ve tuvalet temizdi, kullanımı kolaydı. çarşaf, yastık temizdi. yataklar rahattı. kahvaltı her gün çok çeşitli ve güzeldi, her şey tazeydi. dalyan merkezde, çarşıya yürüyerek 5 dakika olması, yakınında pek çok market ve benzin istasyonu olmasıyla da gayet güzeldi. 8,5/10 vereceğim çünkü; odalarda alan olmaması sebebiyle kettle, vestiyer, masa vb ekstra mobilyalar yoktu, odaların tamamı havuza dönük, avantajı olabilecek bir durum olmasıyla birlikte dezavantajı aşağı katta kalanlar için odanız dışarıdan direkt görünüyor, odada olduğumuz sürece perdeleri kapalı tuttuk, bir de buzdolabı bu alan yetersizliği sebebiyle gardırop içindeydi, hem alan öldürmüş hem kullanışlı değildi bir de epey sesliydi biz kapatmak durumunda kaldık. haricinde 8,5/10 hak ediyor. herkes ilgili, saygılı, çok güzel bir butik otel. tekrar gelirsem tekrar tercih ederim. teşekkür ederiz

Insgesamt hatten wir schönen Aufenthalt im Rota Hotel. Besonders zu Erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten, immer hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück, gute Betten, zentrale Lage.
Einzige Kritik wäre der Zustand der Badezimmer, die mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen könnten.

22/26 temmuz tarihleri arasında Rota hotelde erkek arkadaşım ile beraber konakladık.Otel merkeze 5 dk tekne iskelelerine 10 dk uzaklıkta bulunmakta.Otelin yakınlarında bir çok market bulunmakta ve ihtiyaçlarınızı rahatlıkla karşılayabilirsiniz.Otelin kahvaltısı oldukça yeterli olup karnınızı rahatlıkla doyurursunuz.
Odalar ise çok yeni olmamasına rağmen rahat yatakları, oda içinde klima bulunuşu ,Tv ve mini buz dolabına sahip olması ile beraber ihtiyaçlarınızı fazlasıyla karşılamakta.Biz konaklama boyunca alt kattaki odada konakladık odanın balkonu havuza açılmakta istediğinizde havuza girebilirsiniz. Havuz oldukça büyük olup rahatlıkla yüzebilirsiniz.
Ayrıca odanız günlük olarak temizlenmektedir.
Bununla beraber konaklamamız boyunca bize her zaman destek olan Yücel Bey'e sonsuz teşekkür ediyoruz Kendisi her konuda size yardımcı olacaktır.Seneye tekrar tercih edeceğimiz komforlu bir otel deneyimi yaşadık herkese Rota Hoteli tavsiye ediyoruz.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es wird alles gut erklärt. Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, das Bett ist bequem und das Bad war sauber geputzt.
