Nice staff. The rooms are a bit rundown. The bathroom was smelly, and the shower head was very old. Overall it was okay for one night stay off season. Oh, the breakfast was quite nice.

A little off the main road to Izmir, Foça is an amazing suburb untapped by the tourists. Hanedan was an under resourced and poorly managed property who need to improve alot if they want more tourism.

One advice for breakfast is that Chef needs assistance for cleaning. Rooms was overall clean but sheets&towels needs to be replace everyday. Also, sheets needs to be clean better. Foca is a great spot for holiday. Old Foca and new Foca definetely needs to be visited during your stay. You can take boat tours and visit surrounding villages/beaches if you have time.

This property is one of the prominent hotels in the area it serves, and it's very easily accessible by public transit. It's generally a nice hotel, the private beach is a huge plus, and the complimentary breakfast is great. All parts of the hotel are generally immaculate and well-maintained. The only issue with the facilities is the lack of a proper internet connection. The Wi-Fi is sporadic, and in the rare event that it successfully connects, the speed is very poor and disconnection is common. And this is in the pool/dining area. Forget about internet in your room, it just doesn't work at all. If you have a Turkish mobile phone with internet, you can resort to it. Otherwise you should assume you won't have any internet access during your stay at this hotel. The front desk staff isn't really rude but relatively inattentive. The people in charge of the food service are quite pleasant and helpful though. Please note that you're bound to encounter many animals if you stay here, and that's not limited to the stray cats, which is a common sight in Turkey. I spotted one bat flying by at night, and a baby gecko that entered my room through the balcony. I personally loved it, but that might not be everyone's cup of tea, so please be prepared.

Awful experience, overpriced compared to quality.
I paid quite an important amount for this hotel. Almost 300 USD per day. The rooms were very small and old fashioned. the furniture are like from 80's. All staff are either high school or college kids with a 150 USD monthly salary and no days off. Yet, they were very good at serving, but not experienced. I did not see a single senior staff in the hotel. I could easily find a better hotel with the same price.

Bir de otelin teknik islerine bakan kisi oldugunu dusundugum biri, sahilde telefonla goruserek cevrede yasayan bir kopegin toplatilmasini istedii gerekcesi de kopegin kabloları kemirmesiydi... bu da bize uzucu ve ilginc geldi, daha dost canlısı, doga canlısı olabilirler bence ortamlari bunun icin cok musait.

Çalışanlar çok samimi ve yardımsever insanlardı. Fırsatımız varsa, tekrar gelmek isteriz. Plaj da çok güzel, sabah dalgalar az, bu yüzden yüzmek için harika bir ortamdı. Plajda kullanmak için ücretsiz havlular var. Ayrıca duştan sıcak su hemen çıkıyor. Bunlar da hoşumuza gitti.

Fiyat performans olarak gayet basarili bir hotel. Gerek sakinligi gerek denizinin temizligi gerek kahvaltisi ve otopark sorunu olmamasi tercih edilme sebeplerinden onde gelenleri gibi gozukuyor. Kahvaltisi gayet basarili secenek imkani mevzut , odalar ferah ucretsiz ozel sezlonglu plaji , odalardaki genis dus ve banyo alani son derece guzel. Tek sorun kahvaltidaki arilarin coklugu ve tesisteki cocuk bebek aglama seslerinin fazlasiyla olmasi :) onlarin haricinde hersey on numara . Calisanlar genelde 20 yas altindaki ogrenci bireyler ama hepsi son derece saygili ve isini yapmaya calisan insanlarDi hicbir sorun yasamadik.

Das Hotel ist mit direkte Strand Lage sehr sauberes Wasser etwas steinig aber schön nie überfüllt sehr groß mit Beach bar alles vorhanden die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber auf Wunsch wird Bettwäsche gewechselt jederzeit usw. es wird immer gefragt ob was fehlt sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter Frühstück war super alles war da was man für ein türkisches Frühstück braucht auf Hygiene wird sehr gut geachtet und in die Altstadt kommt man direkt vor der Tür alle 15 Minuten mit dem Kleinbus hin ca 10 min. Dinleyen masa olmasa da 22:30 a kadar bangır bangır çalıyor, otelde veya villalarda kalmak farketmez, kapının önünde oturup sessizliği yada sıcakta odada oturup kafanızı dinlemeniz mümkün değil. Ses o kadar muhteşem!!! Müdürden konu ile ilgili ricada bulununca tüm nezaketiyle saat 22:00 de bitireceğini söyledi, ne yalan söyleyeyim etkilendim ama sonraki günler 23:00 e kadar uzadı :) sahilde aynı anda çalan davul zurna hariç tabi ki. Havuz başında kenan doğulu söyleyen arkadaşa sahilden davul zurna eşlik ediyor ve siz kafa dinlemeye çalışıyorsunuz. Müzik konusundaki saçmalık olmasa sakince kafa dinlenebilecek bir tesis.
