The hotel enjoys a superb location near the centre of Eski Foca, which is a 5-minute walk away. Izmir is around an hour's drive from the hotel and the Port Beach Club is 7 km away.
Izmir-Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 100 km from the hotel. This sophisticated boutique hotel dominates the ruins of Beskapilar Fortress and enjoys spectacular views over the Aegean.
The décor is stylish and has a modern Ottoman feel. The air-conditioned beach hotel has a total of 11 rooms.
Guests are welcomed in the lobby/lounge area, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a newspaper stand, cloakroom and currency exchange. There is a TV lounge, bar and à la carte restaurant and guests will appreciate the wireless Internet access available throughout the hotel.

One of the best boutique hotels in the area; not only because of the beauty of the rooms but also because of the team that truly makes you feel at home. Hotel clean and friendly staff.
Location of hotel is not easy to find and parking is away from the actual hotel at the top of a grass hill. Walkway to the hotel is not good and recent bad weather has washed away much of it.

service needs a lot of improvement
The hotel is located very close to the marina and if you choose a sea view room you get a great view of the sea. The streets around the hotel are quite dirty with trash but once you are on the road adjacent to the sea it is clean.
I was very disappointed by the stay mainly due to poor service. The cost of the stay was not worth the quality of stay. I have stayed in many luxury, boutique hotels previously and never received a service this poor. Even though Foca is known for its seashore and beaches, the hotel staff did not provide me with the correct information regarding where to go for swimming on the first day. The staff pointed me in the opposite direction away from the good beaches making me waste my first day of stay. Also, the staff gave me inaccurate information about public transportation to Izmir airport and if I had followed it would have missed the flight. Although there is service from Hatundere train station to Izmir airport, it only runs in the morning (up to sometime around 8 am) and evening rush hours (from 5 pm) at least during the time of visit. The staff was told about my travel time but did not warn me that Hatundere was not serviced during that time. The closest station servicing all day is Menemen. I had to find this on my own wasting almost 2 hrs the night before travel. These are services that normal hotels or boutique hotels would have offered to travelers new to the region, but this hotel failed to provide.

We recently spent one day at this Hotel. The staff was very helpful and their recommendations regarding restaurants and boat trips were exceptional. The rooms were very clean and very nicely appointed. Waking up in the morning with the beautiful sea view was a treat and we could not believe our eyes when we went downstairs to have breakfast and we were presented with an amazing and tasty selection of dishes for breakfast. El personal del hotel es encantador y muy servicial, Google Maps nos llevó a una calle por la que no se podía pasar con el coche y nos vinieron a buscar y aparcar el coche, el desayuno muy rico servido en una terraza preciosa con vistas al puerto, la pena es no poder quedarnos una noche más ya que teníamos que seguir la ruta del viaje, por poner una pega la habitación nos tocó en un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero para nosotros no fue un problema.

Oteli konumu için seçtik ve diğerleri arasında en pahalısı olması da bize konfor ve temizlik güveni verdi. Yanılmışız. Otelin fiyatının yüksekliği pencerinden bakıldığında deniz ve park halindeki tekneleri görmeseymiş. Bunun dışında otelin dekorasyonundan, banyo temizliğine kadar her şey kötüydü. Sadece manzaraya güvenip böyle hizmet sunulamaz. Banyoda diş fırçalığın içinde önceden kalma diş macunu akıntıları vardı. Lavobaya günlerce çamaşır suyu dökülmemiş gibiydi. Lekeli ve pisti. İş ve tatil sebebiyle yüzlerce otelde kalmışımdır bu kadar parasını haketmeyen otel görmemiş olabilirim.

Manzarası muhteşem, Foça’nın kalabalık caddesinden 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde, bence sakinlik arayanlar için ideal, çarşının müzik seslerini duyunca ne kadar iyi karar verdiğini anlayacaksınız. Kahvaltısı ise çok güzel bir ege kahvaltısıydı, çok iyi bir şefin elinden çıktığı belli. Sadece civara göre biraz fiyatı fazla gibiydi. Bunun da 29 Ekim tatilinden dolayı olduğunu olduğunu düşünüyorum.
