I didn't get a wink of sleep.The bar played extremely loud music that filtered throughout until 4 am. Kind of like the sleep deprivation torture at Guantanamo!

The DJ and dance party was great. The main facility was nice - attractive, cool vibe, nice beach, beach shower, nice pool, nice lounge chairs... room / beds were great.. looked great... but the shower curtain was really gross - dirty and moldy and made you feel like you were in a cheap filthy place, even though everything else was good... strange that such an easy and cheap fix would be left in such a disgusting state. Staff were great and altogether a nice stay. Thanks

The property is right on the beach. Staff was helpful when our unit lost AC and we had no WIFI. Moved us to a new room. The restaurant Las Palmas was great!!

The attention of the staff and the atmosphere was excellent, however the cleanliness of the room was not appropriate, my daughter was stung by bedbugs while sleeping in her bed, the bathrooms were dirty of the previous tenants and the showers full of hair

We arrived there was no electricity. The restaurant was under water because of major storm. We told reception to cancel our reservation. We drove inland to escape storm surge.

The Property is ok and on the beach which is good The downside is I specifically asked for an air conditioned room and was given one without air and was booked in a TP tent. The noise on the property was awful starting from Thursday to Sunday. The music is loud and you can't get any sleep at all. They have parties without regards for others that don't party and want to rest. I will never go here again. Also when I booked I specifically asked for A/C and wifi. the gentleman who made the reservation told me the room had A/C which in fact it didn't. I will be sure to check any future reservations I make thru you.

I had to have my room changed three times before I finally settled in. But the staff was very helpful to make sure I was satisfied with my accommodations. The bar/restaurant staff were amazing and the food memorable. Their coconut smoothies were wonderful. And you can’t beat the location.

The experience overall was good, however there were some issues. When I reserved the hotel room, the description of the room included air conditioning as well as bathroom. However when I arrived they gave me a room that had no air conditioninig and a shared bathroom. So I had to complain, and fortunately they gave me a refund for the mistakes. Apart from that they had a party at night at the bar with loud music until 6am, even though I was probably the furthest away from the bar, it was impossible to sleep until 6 am. There was no appreciation for guests that did not want to be at the party or were going to bed earlier than 6 am, there was no warning of this at all.

Nice beach in process of destruction by tasteless developers. Good fun for wealthy youngsters, but inappropriate for adults. I like all kinds of music, but there is no possibility of sleep anywhere on the premises before 3am on weekends due to siesmically loud disco. If you are over 40, the Invisible Old Man phenomena is strong. Continue on to Cambutal or back to Pedasi.

A $120 deluxe room cannot not have a uncomfortable bed made out of steel. the shower was dirty And I request them to clean ans they never came. In 2 days I never see the housekeeping.

No wastebasket in the room? Never saw that before. There was one in the shared bathroom, but not in the room. Trash, therefore was left on the floor. Sorry, that's what happens when there's no wastebasket. Room was tiny for the price, but it was all about location right on the beach.

this place is probably the best value on playa venao. the rooms are adequate and in fairly good shape and you get a little breakfast as well. the location is great and they seem to have a lot of staff on hand fixing and painting the place up etc. the service in the bar/restaurant is somewhat laughable though. it seems that this place 'hires' volunteers who work for their stay. none of these staff seem to
have any knowledge or experience of working in a bar or restaurant. trying to get their attention to
order something can be quite difficult. and on top of everything they add a 10% tip
to the bill and don't tell you about it. plus they practically force you to
tip of top of that by never giving your change back when you pay.

Supeisibg compared to the reviews and rating. Overpriced for the services. No safe, no pool/beach towel. Dark rooms but comfoetable beds. Bar staff was very friendly and client oriented. Nice lounging area facing the ocean, beautiful sunset. Ideal for backpacker surfers. Good restaurant options around and veey clean supermarket

La experiencia no fue nada buena. Las habitaciones estaban sucias, no se le da buen mantenimiento al lugar.
HABIA MUCHO OLOR A HUMEDAD EN LAS HABITACIONES. VIMOS 3 Y TODAS TENÍAN EL MISMO OLOR.
Tanto fue que tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel

Venao beautiful, not this place

De lokatie is fantastisch en het eten heerlijk.

De ober van de ochtend is helaas ontzettend arrogant en totaal niet klant vriendelijk.

De eerste nacht was het een ontzettend kabaal omdat een heel aangal mensen zat te wachten voor onze deur op hin bus naar het vliegveld, tot 3:00 snachts was het kabaam en er wordt niks aan gedaan. Zal zeker Venao aanraden, maar niet deze plek.

Experiencia en Selina Playa Venao

Es mi primera vez en el hotel y la verdad la pasé increible con mis amigos. La comida y los cocteles son buenos!.. La habitación que me toco estaba muy limpia y comoda. Definitivamente el ambidnte en la noche estuvo muy bueno, con DJs, buena música. Considero que se debe revisar un poco la limpieza de los azulejos de la pisicina.

Me encanto que es Pet Friendly. Solo debes pagaf 10 dólares x día.

Lo recomiendo para trips de amigos, pareja o solos. Considerar que hay noches en donde hay mucho ruido por la música
