My stay was not as good as my previous one. Staff was not very friendly. Room did not have balcony or ocean view. Breakfast was good. White towels in the room were old and gray. Beach towels were old too and limited. Beach chairs were never available, almost. Cocktail Moscow mule did not taste like one. Probably, will not return.

The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We didn't get a chance to use the spa, pool or check out the additional restaurant options, so I can't leave an opinion on that. We had the best room option, which was nice and the view was amazing. Only grip would be the amount of smokers everywhere, but that is not the hotel's fault nor can they do anything about that. Other than maybe cracking down on people smoking on the balconies. We would leave the patio door open to get some fresh air and it seemed every time we did, we would get a waft of smoke and had to close the door right away. I wouldn't think being on the 23rd floor that would be coming from the street, so clearly some people were breaking the rules and smoking when they shouldn't have been or maybe they allow smoking on higher floors, not sure? Anyhow, the hotel worked for what we needed on our first trip and we appreciated the effort from the staff.

Luxury by the beach!

Our train was several hours delayed so it was great that the hotel immediately replied to me to not worry; we checked in at 3 a.m (6 hours late) but front desk were 24/7 & still gave us a welcome drink! Also got room upgrade so full ocean view: stunning scenery.
Great location for food/bars/shops: right across from beach. Despite looking busy, we still got lounge chairs & towels. Pool was v swish/open late. Also superb staff & free afternoon tea (cuppa & biscuit at top). Amazing breakfast (even a choc fountain & doughnut board each day).
Room modern, comfy. 10/10!

Highly recommended

Prime location with reserved hotel beach access across street. Was able to get grilled lobster and dipping sauces on the beach for about $20 USD! It was amazing. Hotel was very clean but also very busy. Huge breakfast buffet will have something for everyone. Front desk was super efficient in spite of how busy it was. They really tried hard to be courteous AND efficient!

Live like a millionaire at Queen Ann

We felt like royalty during our stay. Everything was exceptional. Service was prompt and efficient, the food was really good for hotel food, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We truly felt taken care of— especially with free shuttle service to and from the airport. For the price, this place cannot be beat! We had our laundry done and several meals and room service at the hotel all for very little cost. For people who care about the details:
-Water pressure could be better but not terrible. Water was always hot when needed.
-Staff always doubled checked before adding additional charges.
-rooms were cleaned and bedding changed every day. We know because we accidentally spilled pasta sauce on ours and came back to fresh everything.
- beach is just across the road and there is a private space on the beach. All rooms come with access to a beach chair and towels.
- location is a little distanced from the main market (about 30 minutes walking) but right in the middle of several eateries, laundry and gift shops. Great spot!
- rooftop dining has an amazing view.

I had a very good experience staying in the Queen Ann Hotel. It is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a good location. It has amazing staff, professional, nice, friendly, very helpful in every way.

I’d like to thank the ladies in reception for trying to find transportation for me to Quy Nhon and I’d like to express my gratitude to Tan who arranged a bus for me and transportation from the bus stop to my hotel in Quy Nhon and was checking to make sure I got to the destination.

Nice hotel in a pretty location

A really nice hotel; the rooms were clean with lovely views and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well. Only issues were with other guests (letting their doors slam constantly, crowding in the buffet and lobby, smoking off their balconies when they shouldn't be, etc.). I also wish the TV wouldn't automatically turn on and play the same welcome music every time we came back to the room.

Comfy beds!

The beds in this hotel are so comfy! The hotel itself feels a little old though and our bathroom wall was slowly leaking water which was a bit strange BUT we would totally stay here again.

Staff are all so lovely! The shaded pool was perfect for those super hot days and the private beach access is cool too!

What I will say is that it was very loud: we were there on a weekend and the noise was unbearable one night. Maybe not the best choice for young families hoping for an early night but otherwise we really liked this hotel

Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk.

Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful.

Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets.

Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport.

BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well.

Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

This is not a 5* hotel. The room smelled stale on arrival, and by 9pm the whole 22nd floor stank of rancid cooking oil. There was litter on the bedroom floor at arrival, it remained after two days of \"cleaning\". WiFi was consistently unreliable, didn't reach the desk in the room, and was sporadic in the common areas. Staff at breakfast and the pool bar were friendly, but checkout took over 10 mins to complete for no explicable reason. A hotel voucher was issued but not honoured, and none of the VIP perks were offered. Pool is undercover so stays cold all day, loungers are limited and get no sun. Area around the hotel is a building site, lots of prostitution in the vicinity. Do not recommend.

Definitely not a five star hotel but still a nice building. Upon check-in, my non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. A \"cleaning crew\" was sent to spray with air freshener. I declined, saying the smoke was preferable to the chemical air freshener, and asked if another room was available. They promptly moved me to another room which they heavily sprayed before I arrived. The next morning, there was no hot water for a shower. I let it run for 5 minutes, still cold. With only a handful of guests due to Covid, I get the feeling management is trying to save on services. There are lights out in the lobby and throughout the hotel hallways. At breakfast, I was told to \"finish up\" as they were closing 30 minutes early. The staff were very polite but seemed to be acting on behalf of management.

Will not stay again!!!

Room is clean and location is good. However, its service is definitely not a 5 star one. Staff without smiles and not professional. We got towels on the beach and said we will return it to the hotel as the counter was nearly closed. The next morning at 6a.m. we received a call from a woman asking if we have returned the towels! I don't know the towels were so important to the hotel that they have to call at 6a.m. while we were in a deep sleep! It is just ridiculous. The spa booking was kind of chao too. The staff said ok when we booked massage for 2 people but wait for 20 mins. However, 10mins later the staff called to the room and said the booking was not ok. We were so disappointed about that. Also, it is inconvienient that the hotel have to keep our passport until checkout.
