Noisy, foods of breakfast don’t change menu. The hall way of the third floor does not have air conditioner, so it was very warm

Can do better for 4-star hotel

Experience was fair, would like to highlight:

(1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim;

(2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage;

(3) Hotel was surrounded by construction;

(4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety.

A good point was the location, it was near the beach, as well as VinWonders cable car / speedboat station.

Reasonable price with excellent service!
The front desk staff (especially ‘Minh Phu’ who knows a bit Chinese), bell boys, staff at restaurant, and the like provide very good services! The restaurant is crowded with noisy group visitors during breakfast time. Don’t come down too early. The swimming pool is beautiful but much smaller than it looks in the photos.

This hotel has seen better days. It was in an OK spot for walking to tourist areas, but surrounded by construction, and the hotel is very run down. The pictures look way better than the actual hotel. The spa in the hotel was very unprofessional. Another therapist kept coming in and out of the room, and they were talking and laughing loudly. I would not recommend staying here.

Very nice overall. Beautiful rooms. Customer service was excellent! The staff were all very friendly and respectful; always willing to help.

need to walk 5mins to the hotel, road to the hotel is not fully done hence there were many rocks/dust when you walk to the hotel. our king bed was 2 single beds combined and can feel the gap in between when you sleep. overall it was comfortable and good. friendly staff!

The breakfast is OK. Staffs are friendly. Price is reasonable. Worth it. The area is quiet.

The hotel was good, clean, fairly new. Included breakfast with great Vietnam coffee and buffet. The only problem was that surrounding the property on four sides is nothing but a construction site, so beware !!!

Nice hotel, away from the noise!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got an extension to my room for the last day for free.
The only problem was that there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel but at least it wasn't right in the noisy centre of town and was only a short stroll to the beach and shops. The balcony wasn't really a balcony. There was only room for one person to stand.

Nice small hotel close to the beach/ restaurants

The rooms were nice and clean with a huge sized bed. We stayed there during the weekend when the typhoon hit Nha Tram despite the damage it had caused to the hotel interiors - the hotel staff was highly professional, caring and fully accommodating to the guests. I felt safe and well taken care off by entire staff from reception to kitchen.

New 4 star hotel exceeded expectations

Four star hotel. All details were great. Plenty of electric outlets in room for cellphones and laptops. Strong wifi. Ample rooms, good towels. Beautiful clean pool and gym, friendly service at every turn. 10 minute walk to beach is a little congested right now with construction.so advisable to take a quick cheap taxi unless you are accustomed to walking in SE Asia congestion. We walked to get a little extra exercise. I'm sure the reason for the great value price presently is the adjacent construction. I should mention breakfast was a big buffet, very fresh, we'll staffed, strong coffee. Noisy breakfast due to largee tours in town, but not a problem for me. Best hotel facility and service I have experienced in my third trip to Nha Trang.

Uima-allas rappusista puutui askelmia oli todella vaikea nousta ylös, esitteen kuva ei kertonut todellisuutta muuten ok.
Käytävissä kokolattiamatto todella epäsiisti/ likanen.
Huoneet kosteus vaurioisia ( laminaatit huoneessa rullalla vettä ei oo säästelty pesuissa)
Kylppäri ok.
Henkilökunnalta ei hymyä näkynyt ja ystävällisyys ei välittynyt. ( ollaan tykätty vietnamista kun ihmiset ovat iloisia/ ystävällisiä.)

숙소 가격대비 만족입니다.
일단 시내에서 살짝 떨어져있고 해안가쪽도 아니에요.
그런거 신경안쓰시면 매우 좋아요
방 넓찍하고 수영장에 다양한 조식까지.
조식그릇은 조금 더럽긴한데 그런거 별로 신경안쓰시면 매우 좋음
