Nice location on river

The hotel is across the river from the city centre but in a nice location and easy to access by foot or bus. It has a very nice lobby and restaurant, and the indoor pool is a plus. Wifi worked well. The only difficulty we had is that the air conditioning did not work the first two nights of our four-night stay. When we brought the problem to the attention of the staff, they were not helpful - they simply came to our room and adjusted the thermostat in the same way that we had tried. When we complained after a second hot night, they admitted the whole system was down and that someone would come to fiix it. It was fixed for the second two nights, but we felt that the staff should have been more attentive to the situation and made recompense.

Very nice hotel

Excellent hotel. Although the double bed room was small but it was very nice and fully equipped for the solo traveller.
I really enjoyed the small indoor swimming pool and the steam room. The breakfast was good with a nice terrace areas over the river.

This is a modern, comfortable, clean, and very well run hotel. The receptionist was able to set up a room for me almost as soon as I arrived (around 1030am), so that I could sleep after a transatlantic flight. (There was a glitch, in that room cleaning service entered the room in the morning, while I was sleeping, thinking that I was checking out.) I liked the location on the right bank of the river L'Oise near the beautiful new bridge, and convenient to downtown Compiegne (an easy 10-minute walk), several of the university buildings (even the Innovatiom center, where my conference was located, could be reached on foot in just over 30 minutes, or with convenient public buses), and the train station (an easy 10-minute walk), which was also the stop for the bus to and from Pierrefonds (a recommended half-day excursion). I did not use the restaurant.

We stayed for two nights during a bike trip from Amsterdam to Paris. The location was excellent and the facilities were clean and modern. The staff helped us store the bikes and were accommodating when we needed to get them in and out. There was a weird mixup in our reservation but they fixed it with no issues.

Pas d’explication pour profiter de la piscine à part dire qu’il faut réserver . La douche fuyait . Et au départ pas mieux …À revoir

Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel en général, la chambre très confortable, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas balcon. Tout le personnel, très agréable. Le restaurant, parfait.
La piscine, petite, c'est pourquoi il faut réserver, mais elle est là et c'est très bien.
La salle de sport, un peu petite et manque une fenêtre pour aérer, mais les appareils, top. On a adoré notre séjour.

Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel, en prenant notre dîner et notre petit déjeuner sur place.
Tout s’est bien passé, la salle de restaurant donne sur l’Oise.
Le personnel est très agréable.
La piscine et le hammam ont été aussi largement appréciés

Une courte escapade le temps d'un week-end d'un repos souhaité et obtenu !
Tout est propre, le restaurant est bon, un parking est disponible avec 6 places pour recharge de véhicules électrique.
Le seul inconvénient pourrait être ce que propose la ville mais c'est indépendant des prestations de l'hôtel.

Excellent week-end : chambre confortable, présence appréciée d'une Nespresso et de capsules (il est rare d'avoir aussi des capsules de décaféiné). Chambre bien insonorisée. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet, très varié ; un point à améliorer cependant : les distributeurs de boissons chaudes sont mal situés et compliquent la circulation. De plus, l'équipement est sous dimensionné : nous avons dû faire plusieurs fois la queue. Autre conseil : pourquoi ne pas proposer de théière, ce qui ferait sans doute moins de gâchis de sachets ?
Pour le reste, on peut y aller les yeux fermés.

Bonjour, j'ai réservé dans le cadre d'un déplacement pro très bref , j'ai été très bien accueilli un dimanche soir par le personnel souriant même sous le masque, j'ai pu profitez de la salle de sport , ma chambre 122 était propre et la déco vraiment sympa...il y a une machine à café et du thé dans la chambre...je remercie l'attention du personnel à mon égard qui amène un vrai plus à l'hôtel...merci pour le jus d'orange frais !
