Clean and comfortable, beautiful view if you get a balcony room. Shared bathroom, which can be tricky ( the first night a woman with very long hair emerged from the bathroom and when I went in there was long black hair all over the floor and shower. Not at all the hotels' fault, and the rest of the time there are no problems at all.) I saw the man who does the cleaning every morning and the place was spotless.

For accessibility, there is one step to get into the building, and the elevator is small, which seems typical in these older buildings. Not sure if you could get a wheelchair in there.

The hotel is very near to several restaurants, bakery, and a gelataria. For sandwiches, I recommend La Piadora. For excellent passed on salads I recommend Ristorante Vineria di Piazza.

I enjoyed my stay at You&Me. It is centrally located within walking distance to all famous places to visit, great choice of dining options very close. B&B was a great choice, very clean and bed was comfortable, I slept very well. You'll find all you need in the bathroom and there's also a coffee machine. Highly recommended!

At first there was some misundestanding/communication with the host. Before the arrival everything got clear. The host sent proper info for check-in and out in english. Everything went well with that.
My room was nice and clear.It wasnt on the river/street side. Suite me well, more quiet. Also other guests behaved very respectfully and quietly.
Complimentary from the host there was free coffee,tea, water bottle and a small juice. 2 bathrooms were well equiped - shampoo, showergel, toothpaste,hairdryers.
Good location.

East to locate, close to shops and dining, clean, easy to access apartment, owner was really nice! Didn't like that there was no where to park. We initially walked over 25 minutes with suitcases to get in. We later found some paid parking that we only had to walk 8 minutes back to the car in the morning. We were able to walk to shops and dining. We did walk to the leaning tower of Pisa in about 30 minutes.

I received clear instructions for self check-in and met the friendly owner before leaving.

The location is excellent—easy to reach from Pisa Centrale with many nearby restaurants. The building has a small elevator for one person and a large suitcase, which is a lifesaver. My room was large with AC, making it comfortable at night. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet, and the other tenants were respectful.

Each room has a lock, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. However, I didn't like that part of the door was glass, even though it was covered with thick paper.

The shared bathroom was relatively clean, and the hairdryer worked well for long hair. Free Nespresso coffee is available at the entrance for those in a hurry.

Overall, I recommend this accommodation for its location, elevator, and comfortable air-conditioned room. However, be aware that you’ll be sharing the property with other travelers.

Check In instructions were given to me prior to my arrival without me having to initiate the conversation. LOVE a proactive company!
Hotel was a 15 minute walk from Pisa Centrale and a 15 minute walk to all major attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of international dining/shoppiNg.

The business offers free coffee/tea/water and use of a mini fridge/microwave. There was also a bottle/can opener located on top of the fridge for people to use. If you arrive prior to check in, there’s free luggage storage. I had issues with one of my keys (never used that type before) and when I reached out via WhatsApp, I got a response immediately. I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate.

The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV?

This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer.

The bathroom was the best I've ever been to when I had to use a shared bathroom. The window of the room opened into a light shaft only and there was no carpet, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Plenty of sockets, table big enough for eating or working but sadly just one chair in a double room. Tee and coffee and cappuccino provided and a small fridge for the food, which was really useful. I could never imagine such a clean fridge of common / shared use. Helpful information and luggage storage for free. Definitely would recommend.

The property is in a perfect location. Right by the river front, with lots of restaurants and food options within minutes. The train station is a simple 15 minute walk from the room and 15 minutes from Pisa tower. The airport is also a 30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone. It was very secure and safe and check in and check out was easy. If I would suggest one thing it would be that the cleaners start early so if you enjoy a few drinks late at night, be prepared to wake up early. Other than that, it was perfect.

this hotel is amazing value for money! We thought it would be hostel like, but we thought wrong, this felt private and comfortable and the balcony was brilliant! Coffee is available for free and the shared bathroom is not a problem because there’s 3 of them and they’re all really clean! Room size is amazing, bed is comfy and staff are great when they’re there! When you arrive, approaching the property makes you think it’s going to be dodgy, however, being inside this place makes you feel safe and secure. The location is perfect and a great stop off point. Right near some amazing restaurants and only 10 minute walk to central station or the leaning tower! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place any better because for the price of this hotel it’s a bargain for somewhere that should have more exposure! We loved it here and would stay again if we revisit Pisa!

You & me is located in a very convenient part of town, it's only a 15 minutes walk from the train station and just slightly more from the leaning tower. There are many, shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. The place was well kept and clean and the self check-in was very easy. I had a room on the side of the building that is facing the street and the river. While the view was very scenic, especially at sunset, it was fairly noisy until late at night. I would stay here again in the future if in Pisa, but I would probably ask for a room on the other side of the building

I went there just to sleep and I left my luggage throughout the next day. Also, I prefer locker rooms instead of a public accessible luggage storage. Their system does not include humans to minimize costs. This is good in one perspective. However, at some situations, when I was in doubt about how to do a specific task, I wish to receive some help from a human.

An Absolute Disgrace!

Poor communication for check in process. Information regarding check in should be relayed at time of booking! It is not acceptable to receive emails a day or two before arrival. Most are already on their journey and too many assumptions are made that travelers will meet this rigid, self-serving establishment. If you are a hotel or B&B, you provide a service at all times, not when it suits your lazy, half effort to provide a service. When we arrived, no one to be seen, and another guest came at the same time with no information regarding check in as well. We had to find a local to call this group and get the information needed to enter and do their job! Very unprofessional and lacking courtesy to customers. No regard to normal customer service practices and very little work ethic in any standard of hospitality! It is a shock this establishment can operate in this manner, let alone exist! Poor breakfast, room good, and everything else not up to basic standards. We recommend to all, never to stay here regardless of cost or for your personal well being. Overall, a disgrace!

The B&B is perfectly situated in the middle of Pisa overlooking the river. If possible try to get a room with balcony. The "breakfast" however is not a real breakfast, just some snacks placed in your room, without disappointment with the advertised breakfast the experience was good.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. I emailed them letting them know I would arrive early and they were able to check me in early. It was a very secure and safe place. Moreover, the room's balcony provided me with a magnificent view of the Arno River and definitely made my trip a more memorable one. In the room they had snacks and water. They had a couple of juice boxes and some coffee and tea with a coffee maker as well. The restrooms were shared but they were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I've been traveling for several days and been at many hotels but I think this was the most comfortable bed from my trip thus far.
The hotel's location was convenient. It served as a midpoint between Pisa Centrale and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, both of which are about 15 minutes away. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will most likely book again if I go to Pisa again.

We pretty much got what we paid for, but we were still hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Our family of three stayed here for one night and we were glad it wasn't for much longer. Location was a positive and the staff that's their in the mornings was very friendly and helpful. That's pretty much where the good things end. The elevator is tiny so if you've got more than 2 bags you'll have to make multiple trips or climb to the third floor. The curtains were thin so our 3 year old woke up at 5:45 right when the sun came up. The "breakfast" was just a prepackaged croissant with Nutella. Furniture looks to be 30+ years old. Bed was stiff with lackluster linens.

This place is set up in a large 3rd floor flat in an apartment building. There is no reception, and unless you get your code through by email (which I didn't although they insisted that they sent it) you can't really get in the building! There's no reception so we had to ask in the estate agent's next door who fortunately knew the owners and contacted them. Once it, it was fairly pleasant, well looked after and clean, and the owner/contact did his best to accommodate us. Good sized room. The location is fantastic!

Excellent stay in this hotel. I lived there for more than a week and it was one of best hotel experiences so far. Staff is perfect, you won't notice them anywhere around when you don't need them, and when you need them they go above and beyond to help you. Especially the young beautiful lady! Thank you!
All rooms are cozy and neat. Location of the hotel is very convenient as the city is tiny. The view is breathtaking all day any day so I suggest to take room with a balcony.
Internet was pretty fast, no problems.
There are 3 shared bathrooms on the floor, all clean and nice, no problems whatsoever.
Wish they cleaned the room more often but overall is a great place. If I ever go back to Pisa I'd definitely pick this hotel again.

Central, good price but bit nosy outside at night

Good central location, very reasonable price, street is noisy at night on weekends so if you're a light sleeper its not for you otherwise this place is ideal.

FYI Breakfast was a basket of pre-packaged items in your room - you may want to go elsewhere for some fresh breakfast :)

A good place to stay.

I only stayed there by myself for one night but there was a lot of amenities available for me like the free in-room breakfast and tv and the in-room kettle and tea and coffee you can make yourself whenever you want! The bathrooms were also clean so that's always good.

Great automation and location

Everything from check in to check out was automated which made it very easy. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast/ coffee was in the private room which was great- eat whenever you wanted. The shared bathroom felt clean and we may have been the only people using it as it was at the end of our hallway beside our room. The location was very walkable to most sites in the city - we walked there from the train station and to the old part including the tower.

Good accommodation but massive letdown at check-in

I stayed here for one night one my way back from Florence. While the room was comfortable, with working heating, the bathrooms were well equipped and clean though they really should have more than just a net curtain on the glass door. Unfortunately my stay started with a huge disappointment and it set the mood for the rest of it: when I booked on Expedia it was not indicated that this place has an autonomous check-in system, only that "front desk is open until 8pm" when I turned up at 6pm I couldn't get it, I was unable to ring the contact number and only after I was let in by other guests (after relentless knocking) was I told that the hotel sent me an email. They did indeed, the day before, by which time I had no internet access. I emailed the hotel the next day and have not received any response so far.

Overnight stay in Pisa

It was a great overnight stay. Had a little issue with check in though. There is no staff present at all time (seems like) so they send you an email with precise yet simple instructions on how to get in. As I wasn't aware of it I didn't check the email and had to knock on the door disturbing other hotel visitors. Luckily, hotel staff arrived in 2 minutes after me and show me my room and everything. Besides it, everything was great: good location,room condition, amenities ect.

Great hotel

I get bug room with huge bed and more storage space then I have at home. The staff was super friendly. Location was good too just short walk to the leaning tower. Great value for money!

Great room. Shared bathroom!

Room was great with balcony and view of the river. Location close to sights. Only drawback was shared bathroom which in my opinion was not highlighted enough. But all in all a good place to stay at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic little BnB in a perfect location.

What a gem - we got a family room on the front complete with a balcony overlooking the river.
Enjoyed an amazing sunset from our balcony and jazz music late into the night from the nearby river side restaurant. Couldnt be more perfect.

Room was spotlessly clean and the decor was new and tasteful. Beds super comfortable.

Only downside is that you share a bathroom with the other guests in the hotel - this would normally bother us but even this seemed remarkably unproblematic.

A great value - great location - functional BnB.
