Frukosten var bra. Dock var det väldigt trångt där man tog frukosten, det blir onödigt långa köer. Vid varma frukosten stod 2 stycken brickvagnar så där kom man knappt förbi.

I övrigt ett mkt bra hotell.

Vet inget om något gym men det kändes som vi fått ett enkelrum trots att vi var två. Vi fick leta upp sängkläder och handdukar till en person och det fanns bara en sittplats och man fick krypa över en person om man behövde gå upp på natten.

Very clean and organized rooms. Hotel is next to the Västerås Train Station. The breakfast was fabulous and the Staff both Counter and Restaurant are excellent and friendly. I recommend everyone to visit here while you stay in Västerås. Thank you for your service.

Frukosten va utmärkt . Personalen så trevliga . Rummet dock att sängen så smal och så trångt och vi kunde kannor sova. Vi själva är smala men det va så trångt och den va för två ?!!
Så hårt och obekvämt säng . Vi har inte sovit båda Har inte sovit och väcktes flera gånger !

Lite kallt på rummet och bäddsoffan fick en svag 2a då den knappt gick att sova i pga knarr och mjuk i mitten. Fåtölj hade också varit trevligt. Likaså hudlotion och bättre tryck i duschen då man knappt fick ur schampo i håret. Trevlig personal och helt okej frukost men jag saknade gröt.

Allt var toppen från det att jag checkade in. Personalen var hjälpsam och rummet var rent och fint. Frukosten bestod av enkla rätter, men för mig var det helt tillräckligt.

Jag reste ensam och kände mig trygg under hela vistelsen. Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen, och även om det inte ligger mitt i centrum tar det bara 5–10 minuter att promenera dit.\"
