Condition of bathroom cleanless is questionable. Black/dark silicones in shower indicate condition of whole hotel. Not acceptable for 3 stars hotel - much less than average.
No silent resistant doors, till midnight all hotel sound disturb sleep.
Nice and helpfull staff.
Avarange breakfast vs other hotels.

We needed a family room for an early flight out the following morning. The lady Hannah on reception and the bar couldn’t have been better - excellent service. The family room for the four of us was massive and spotless. Excellent value.

Rengøring var okay, personalet var meget venligt.
Morgenmaden får 2/5.
Den indeholdt det man skal bruge, men den værste kaffe jeg har prøvet på et hotel og æggene var så vandede at jeg måtte bruge en skål.

Værelset var ringe udført, konstant lyd fra lysstofrør og hver gang jeg var i bad sejlede hele badeværelset i vand - der var intet dræn udenfor brusekabinen.

Fitness centeret havde flere ødelagt maskiner og hele bygningen bar præg af misvedligehold. F.eks, var gelænderet knap nok fastgjort på væggen.

Vil mene man kan få bedre til samme pris.

Bra hotell med bra standard och god mat

Sängen var skön och rummet litet. Ingen lyx men det är absolut inget fel på rummen.
Superbra gym med tillhörande dusch och bastu. Där finns även biljardbord.

Vi åt plankstek till middag som var mycket god. Det ingick ett glas vin i detta. Frukosten var bra. Saknade ej något.

God frukost men i behov av renovering!

Bra och god frukost, stort och rymligt rum. Tyvärr lät bäddsoffan väldigt mycket vid minsta rörelse så alla hade svårt att sova. Duschväggen gick inte stänga ordentligt så det blev vatten på hela golvet om man inte tänkte på hur man höll duschmunstycket.

A part l'accueil et le petit déjeuner, nous avons été trés deçus par la chambre que nous avons trouvée petite. Le lit est collé contre le mur, le mini-bar posé à même le sol, le fond du lavabo fendu, une barre en bois au sol entre la chambre et la salle de bain

Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet an eine Hauptstraße und Eisenbahntrasse. Nur wenige Gehminuten ist ein Coop.
Die Innenstadt ist per Fahrrad/zu Fuß erreichbar, ca. 1 bis 1,5 km.
Das Hotel sieht von Außen etwas \"alt\" bzw. ungepflegt aus. Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. Es war sauber, aber wirkte \"in die Jahre gekommen\". Die zenzrale Klimatiersietung funktionierte besser als gedacht. Aber die Fenster ließen sich auch öffnen. Das Bett war sehr gut.
Das Bad war sauber, aber eben schon älter.
Das Frühstück war überraschend gut und reichhaltig. Da das Hotel anscheinend gerne von Monteuren gebucht wird, ist zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr eher wenig los.

Väldigt trevlig personal och en mycket fin frukost. Rent och fräscht. Rummen städades inte dagligen, men inga problem om man ville få något gjort om behov. Nära ner till centrum. Bra bussförbindelser. Gott om parkeringar. Rekommenderar hotellet

Helt okej hotell! Ligger lite tråkigt mitt i industriområde. Hotellet har sett sina bättre dagar och är ganska slitet, men funkar för en natt. Personalen är mycket trevlig.

Prisvärt hotell med bra service och trevlig personal. Bra läge hyfsat centralt i Västerås om man har bil.
Gratis parkering med gott om platser.
Finns mat fram till 21 på kvällen, mycket bra.

Undangömt boende i ett industriområde som var bättre än väntat!
Ligger nära hårt trafikerade vägar men det märktes inget av det på rummet.
Valde ett litet enkelrum och det var verkligen litet men mycket funktionellt. Sängen var varken dålig eller något extra men var helt okej för 3 nätter.
Liten frukostmatsal med en fullt tillräcklig frukostbuffé.

Svart mögel i badrum, när jag skulle checka in så stinker det parfym i lobbyn, i rummet måste någon precis varit och även där duschat/tagit parfym för det luktade något fruktansvärt starkt.

Även hår kvar på golvet i badrummet.

Det var kallt i rummet, förstått sen att den extra värmeelementen som fanns i rummet berodde på det efter att vi läste om det så problemet fanns en bra tid tidigare utan lösning.
Frukosten var sådär, kalla kokta ägg brukar inte vara gått.
Men personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma särskild hon i receptionen.
