We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was also very kind and friendly — and the breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was so spacious and clean. Parking was easy and breakfast was great. The only thing was we booked a premium room with courtyard view but got a view overlooking the street. We ask if it was correct and apparently if its not pool view, everything else was courtyard view. Not an issue and we had a great stay.

Sadly we only ended up spending one night here as our ferries were delayed from weather but this was a great spot. Room was nice, pool looked great, and quite a large selection buffet breakfast was included. Hotel is in a great location and walkable to everything. Will definitely be back!

My Daughter and I were traveling throughout Greece Hotel Zefi was our 3rd stop in our trip we love the boutique Hotel staff was amazing. Breakfast was included every morning and it was wonderful with many things to choose from location was wonderful. We could walk into town within less than 10 minutes. We were less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. had a beautiful swimming pool and great lounging chairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We had an incredible stay at the Zefi Hotel! Our room was beautiful and spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and our pool was heated nicely. The hotel is in an excellent location just a short walk into town, which had a wide variety of shops restaurants and bars. The pool deck and bar area were lovely and the breakfast food was delicious.

Our highlight was meeting the delightful bartender, Ada. She was so friendly and a true pleasure to speak with and learn more about Paris and Greece in general. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and I was sad to say goodbye! We will absolutely be returning.

Great place to stay in the heart of Noussa, very close to lots of restaurants and the harbour. We visited in the height of Summer, staff was super helpful with sorting excursions. Rooms were gorg and clean. Quite a small selection for breakfast, but still enough to cater for a wide range. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful spot just the front desk staff wasn’t the most friendly or helpful. We had to request bedding to be changed each day and then they left it all in garbage bags infront of our door. Couldnt even drink your own bottle of water by the pool, had to purchase hotels. Wish pool was heated. Breakfast same items every day not the best quality but gets you by. Thankful TV had Netflix ability.

Zefi hotels was pretty good.. The service staff at the pool were nice. The check in staff were below par. The showers have no water pressure. The place was pretty nice, however there are much nicer places to stay for the price point. :D

Average stay. Not enough room around the pool for the amount of hotel rooms. Allowing residents to let friends come and use the hotel facilities taking up beds that actual residents are unable to use.

Be wary of in room jacuzzi and terrible service

We arrived to the hotel after an evening flight excited to check in to a superior room with jacuzzi for our honeymoon. I booked the room 6 months in advance and requested an exterior jacuzzi at that time, but were told at check in that they didn’t have any and we would have to take an in-room jacuzzi. Initially it seemed ok, but we quickly noticed how the room reeked of chlorine and worse yet how the humidity made literally everything feel wet. The sheets, the towels, there was even condensation on the walls and mirrors. We told the front desk we did not feel comfortable and if we could switch rooms, to literally any other level room. They told me nothing was available. I told them the sheets and towels were wet and they said “come to the desk at 11am tomorrow and we’ll see if we can do something but for tonight we can’t do anything.” Even if this employee could not move rooms, he could have at the very least offered us some dry linens. He didn’t offer anything at all, aside from suggest we sleep on the wet bed and come back in the morning. He repeatedly told me the hotel was completely booked so we could not move, and yet I could see rows of keys and numerous rooms available for booking online so he was just lying through his teeth. When we told them we were leaving to another hotel, he magically found a spare room to offer. Instead we found a beautiful hotel just down the road and lovely lady who helped check us in at 11pm because the service at Zefi was so deplorable.

My stay here was very good. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and everything in working order. The staff was friendly and made the best Fredo cappuccino. Breakfast was just right with simple but enjoyable options. The pool was small and limited seating but no issue and it was a quiet vibe, people reading around the pool. Just be aware when traveling with a child, that 3-5:30pm is seista time and someone complained that my son was loud as he played in the pool. So out of respect we went to our room, he wasn’t being loud, just laughing. Besides that we had a pleasant stay and everything is walking distance, about 7 min to everything.

11/10 - this has been an exceptional stay. Everything was perfect, made our stay 10x more enjoyable. Hotel staff were extremely hospitable, super friendly and helpful; they also gave us a superb out of the blue upgrade… can’t can’t wait to be back!!!! Huge shoutout to Maria, Panos, & Angela.

Location is ideal too - 5 min walk down to Naousa where all the restos are. Just a 5 min walk from the bus station and ATV rental.

The staff in this hotel is great. They’re friendly, helpful, professional, patient and courteous. In particular however, we had one person at the front office who keeps eyes on everything to make sure it is working as it should, her name is Angela, and, she is a real angel.
She was particularly instrumental helping us as my kid got sick on our first day there. She arranged for the doctor, checked, followed up and through in every detail and full filled every promise and plan. This speaks mountains to her ethics and the vision of this hotel regarding customer service and hospitality. Thank you so much.
The food is just delicious, their breakfast is superb. They checked all the boxes even though we were there during a heat wave and didn’t get out at all, it was a good experience when it could have been unsatisfactory. They made all efforts to make it good.

Basic hotel and not the best attention to the customer. The front desk staff are friendly. Sure, a basic room is just that but this is very basic indeed. The room does not have a mirror - what hotel room does not have a mirror ? It’s a mystery!? Pool area is very tight - flattering pics!? The website suggested this is a boutique-style hotel but it’s really not. Breakfast is really basic and presented pre-pandemic style. We had breakfast one day and then didn’t bother. Not good value for money. Sorry!

I took room with pool view so i had a little balcony,it was very nice.
The only downside was the the flow of the shower was weak, they said that between 18-21 all the people in the island take a shower and this is the reason.

Check in was okay. The man was very nice. The only issue we had was we were told a room that said it was for 4 people had only a double bed in it which didn’t make any sense to me. Because of this they “upgraded” us. The upgraded rooms air conditioner didn’t work. At first we thought we weren’t working the unit correctly. The front desk was very nice and said they would stay while we were out and make sure everything was up and running before we got back. We got back and it was a good 90 degrees in the room. Again they were really nice but told us they were completely booked so she couldn’t move us to another room. She would have someone come first thing in the morning to look at the unit but we could open the windows for the night. There are no screens on the windows and I get attacked by mosquitoes. On top of the fact that it wasn’t any cooler outside than it was in the room. It was a miserable night of no sleep. The next morning they checked the unit and found the problem but said they couldn’t fix it for a couple more days but could move us. It was all a huge hassle and one entire night of making the room completely useless. Afterward the extremely rude manager told us that all she would discount was 60 euros (not even half of one night) and then kicked us out.

disappointing in a few ways, we booked and paid for a premium room with a pool view, we didn’t get this room, our original room (35) that we were shown was then given to a family as they didn’t like their room and we were moved, to a room without a pool view, also it was our honeymoon this was on the booking but wasn’t recognised, I have been a gold customer previously now I’m a silver, no perks what so ever for us, treated not reasonably, didn’t get what I paid for

Idyllic Greek Hotel

Check-in was easy. Room was a good size with nice decor and a balcony overlooking the pool. My first night I was a bit chilly so I took the blanket from the spare bed and the following day when I returned to my cleaned room, house keeping had left me another wool blanket which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was not huge but such a delicious selection of hot and cold items I was satisfied every morning. There were only stairs to my room so anyone with mobility issues should ask for the ground floor. It looked like the bathroom door had a hook but this was gone so there's nowhere to hang a towel. There's a drying rack on the balcony but somewhere in the bathroom would be useful and no note about keeping towels to save the environment. All the staff were friendly yet professional. Hotel is well located and within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants, bars and the bus stop.

Absolutely lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite with jacuzzi- wow! Great location and excellent breakfast but the best thing we’re the staff. Nothing too much trouble and always with a smile. The bar men and gentleman on reception were just exceptional: so very friendly and made our stay. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The property was good in that it is close to downtown. The pool area is also enjoyable with a nice bar and good barman on staff. The problem we had was with management and lack of communication with the front desk. We were given a room with an indoor jacuzzi that hadn’t been cleaned in days. It had a very bad smell and it was impossible to enjoy the room. When we made this comment to the front we were told that someone would come to clean it now and the smell is due to the previous guests specifically not allowing the staff to clean it. The staff person then came immediately after and cleaned the area which took him a good hour. I found it quite problematic that we were given a room that was essentially not clean or ready for new guests. The thought of what if we had gone into the jacuzzi is pretty gross. Overall, for the price I paid this is completely unacceptable.

We ordered a burger off the menu and it came out completely raw in the middle, upon bringing it to the attention of staff they just put the whole burger back in the oven and re-served. Staff had a poor attitude about our request.

Overall an okay stay, however I wouldn’t recommend ordering off the snack menu.

Budget is the key word here.

Zefi is cheap and clean and the staff are very nice. But it’s an old hotel, the beds are really uncomfortable and the bathroom was incredibly tiny. Like mop utility sink as the shower. It’s only a 5 min walk into the center of Naoussa, but at night it’s not well lit along the path and I didn’t feel comfortable. It is clean, but we left a night early because of the beds and bathroom.

The pool and room were beautiful, although the a/c did not work when we arrived. The in room spa was cold which was a little disappointing as it would have been nice to relax some sore muscles from walking. The hotel offers taxi service but it will cost you 10 euros more than if you hire a regular cab.

A lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Basic but comfortable rooms with excellent maid service including changing the towels everyday. Good location for walking into Naoussa which is lovely. Our only minor gripe is that they didn't clean the pool thoroughly but still a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent amenities, but a little far

The hotel is beautiful with clean rooms, a big pool and a wonderful breakfast included. It's not in the main \"downtown\" of Naoussa; it's about a 10 minute walk uphill from the restaurants and shops. That might be nice in the high season, if town gets crowded, but we found ourselves going back and forth a lot and would have liked to be closer into the action. The staff was very nice and helpful — when we could find them. Since we were the only guests in the hotel, the receptionist was only there sometimes, which made it hard to get recommendations and directions as they'd promised. I can only imagine most of these issues would be improved during the high season, but it was disconcertingly quiet in the middle of April.

Charming and comfortable

We stayed in this delightful hotel for 12 nights and found ourselves calling it home! The room and outside areas are really charming and very comfortable. It is literally 4 minutes stroll down to the harbour, old town and bus station. It is peaceful and laid:back with the most welcoming and helpful staff. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back

Wonderful, cozy spot close to everything

This was a great stay! The room was really comfortable and very cute. It's a very short walk from here to the main town of Noussa and the bus stop to get to other parts of the island. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable about the beaches and how to get around. And the breakfast was outstanding! A huge spread of eggs, little sausages, ham and cheese slices, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

Away from the hustle of the busy port area

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and town. A family run hotel with a happy and efficient staff. Receptionists were particularly pleasant and helpful. A wide selection of food for breakfast. Pool and surrounds well maintained throughout. Our fourth visit to the Zefi, so must be good!

Great Hotel, fun style

Great little hotel. Stayed in two different rooms. Economy room is more than good enough. The kitchenette countertop and backsplash needs to be replaced yesterday, but other than that it was great. Marble tile floors, nice air conditioning, superb breakfast. The pool is just the right size. The staff were very friendly, which is a nice change from the usual in Europe.

Very friendly staff,a grate atmosphere,10 min walk to center of Naoussa. It would be perfect if they did maintenance in the rooms and bathrooms.Some small details that make a difference in the care of the host.
