Do not stay here. First off only one light works second off I found 1 dead cockroach in my draw. One under the microwave. And 2 inside it. On top of it was dirty inside. Then inside the shower, it was so dirty. But the iceing on the cake had to be the used syringe , I found it next to my bed. If anything go across the street and pay the extra seven dollars at the Motel 6.

Staff was friendly but definitely clear why it is the cheapest option in the area. I stayed twice within a week so two different rooms. They were not very clean, the tvs didn’t work properly, there was a very musty, smoky, unpleasant smell in rooms, hallways, stairwells etc. I care more about price than luxury when it comes to simply a place to sleep so I will likely stay again for the price but definitely not for people who need cleanliness and amenities.

It’s nice if you need a kitchen, but if you want some peace and quiet, ask for a higher up room. Mine was on the second floor, which technically is the floor where you check in. It’s family owned and the entire family, including screaming children are in the room right across from the lobby. So of course, my room was two doors down from theirs. I just want a place where I can relax and is quiet with few children, screaming and yelling.

Extremely dirty, nasty, all metal rusted, nasty stuff all over the walls and in tub. Floor & carpeting sticky. Air conditioning barely works, outer door doesn't close & lock properly. No hair dryer, no coffee maker, refrigerator looked like it has NEVER been cleaned.
Just don't stay here. It's horrible! Worst place I've ever been.

Uh...I'd go somewhere else!

Roaches and other dead bugs throughout the ground floor room. Furniture was filthy and/or broken. Front desk clerk complained about how tired she was and really seemed to dislike her job and not afraid to show it. Check in took a long time. That said, when we complained about the dirty room, she did help us move to a more acceptable room quickly and without complaint.

Checking was rude no information and if i hadn’t ask where room was he was just handing me my key and expected me to fumigate it out… holes in walls in room one in bathroom had toilet paper shoved in it and I had no phone no toilet paper and no plug ins next to bed for my phone. No stopper for bath tub sheet and comforter had stains on them and the mattress could tell is really old it made me fall backwards when I got in bed really wore down mattress

Hotel steaks like cigarettes. There were dead bugs in the entrance. Very unclean. They put in a room that looked like an apartment building. The room was dark and I felt isolated. I checked out and went to another hotel. Very creepy.

Clerk was friendly on check in.
Hot hot day, he explained where to find the working ice machine, thankyou.
He also moved along…..the drunk that was in the lobby on my arrival.
This drunk man was dropping money all over the place- he was out to lunch. The clerk suggested he call a taxi and that the drunk wait on the other side of the hotel.
Away from me.
As I was trying to,park and get into my room.

Honestly. This was a terrible property. The staff when I checked in were great. But. The secondary lock on the door to room 206 was broken/missing. The peep hole had been spray painted over. I understand people living in a motel due to limited housing but I had one individual pester me for a phone number and made me feel uncomfortable. This was not a good choice for a solo female traveler thats for sure.

Temp outside was very cold. Room door needs to be repaired so it properly seals out cold air. Heater could not keep up with the cold air coming in around the door. Website indicates very limited number of rooms. That is not true. For a low cost room, maybe not terrible. A place to sleep a little is all.

I needed a room at the last second.I booked a non smoking room and drove 50 miles to get there.Once I arrived,I was told that only smoking was available. I wanted to see and smell the room before I officially checked in.This may have been the most disgusting room I have ever seen.The smell was just horrendous. I saw bugs climbing up the walls.I did not stay here overnight,but if you are considering it,I would suggest that you sleep in your car like I ended up doing.Words can't describe this place.You need to see and smell it to really experience it.

I got a non smoking room that completely smelled cat urine. The room had some sort of construction going on as the carpet was pulled up. There were people sitting on the stairs to enter building drinking alcohol. We actually saw someone exit the building carrying the hotels t.v. to their vehicle.

Arrived at hotel easy check in when I got to the room it was really filthy stains on carpet and bedsheets with tons of cigarette holes in the sheets the tv didn't work either and there was no toilet paper and the best part of it all was I woke up at 5 in the morning and there was some guy trying to break in he was half way through the before I told him to get out. I really do not recommend this place at all

After a long drive we were not allowed to use the clearly seen lobby restroom while the desk clerk kept us outside with bulletproof glass and a locked door. In daylight. No Tv remote in room. Tub stopper no installed. Etc.

Lady at front desk was very nice. Checked into room and it was filthy. Knob broken on bath tub, door would not latch shut. Went to front desk and she moved us to another room. The second room was cleaner. Sink was clogged with cereal and toilet leaked water on the floor. I know the price was cheap but I would not recommend to anyone ever! At least there were no bugs.

Lots of yelling and swearing in parking lot was disturbing. Sizable gap under the exterior door caused the room to be very cold when entered. It also did not add to a feeling of being safe during the turmoil occurring in the parking lot right outside our door!!

Dirty. Had to sleep on top of top sheet-appeared sheets had not been laundered from previous guest. Dirty bathroom. Toilet paper had fallen into something (?) wet and was replaced on holder to dry. Bath towel had a hole in it, almost the size of the towel itself. Filthy tub-mat had awful black growth under it. Tub spigot was ready to fall out of the wall. Building hall was filthy with debris and dirt. Won’t be staying there again. Spend the extra $20 and stay at a nicer place.

Our first night the room was uncomfortable. Could not open window, food was left in the microwave (which did not work), no internet/wi-fi, no cable tv (just local). Could have been better with a little work.
Our second night was better. We had a clean microwave and cable tv. If you stay, ask to stay in the front building.

The first room was very poorly cleaned! It was a smoking room, the smell was horrible, Smelled like wet cigarettes. Went in the bathroom to wash my hands & the hand towel had ashes on it. Sink & tub was poorly cleaned. We got moved to a non-smoking room and it was cleaner & smelled better but inside the dresser was a little dirty plus my boyfriend had noticed what seemed to be bed bug shells. Needless to say we weren’t happy & left.

We came for Niehaus Cycles Open House! It was their 33rd year! We came from Kansas, took in the sights! Great Restaurants in walking distance, which we did do! Neat little town, did not get Bored! A lot of history, town nestled on Old Route 66!
